I was having difficulty finding anyone willing to do it, until I found Handyman Pro via Google. Aramis responded quickly to my inquiry, gave me a very reasonable quote for the job, and was able to schedule the job quickly as well. He and his assistant knocked out the job like a champ in only a few minutes, even polishing the fingerprints off the glass fixture. They were very polite and professional, detail oriented, and obviously cared about doing quality work. I am definitely keeping the number handy for our future house projects.

Aramis and his son were great. We bought a house a year ago November and to say the least it needed a lot more work than we knew. There was a carport instead of a garage so Aramis and his son and enclosed it Making a full garage. also in the garage, he put in a sink. He also moved the attic door from the bathroom ceiling to the garage. Plus he put in new kitchen cabinets And fix the floor in the kitchen, took out the soffit so we could put kitchen cabinets all the way to the ceiling. Also, he put in a new back door. He insulated the crawlspace. There was also a register in the middle of our hallway floor, and he moved it and put it in the wall, which was great so now we do not have to worry about tripping over it. He put a new vanities, new mirrors, enlarged our closets, and so much more. Our house turned out beautiful and I’m so thankful to him and his son. They are also very trustworthy I could leave and not have to worry about anything. Definitely will be using them when needed.

Mr. Zeno answered my email inquiry very quickly and scheduled a visit to look at the kitchen cabinet issue that had vexed me for ages. He actually was able to come a day earlier than scheduled! Within a very short time, he found the problem, showed me what it was, and fixed it! He was very polite and professional. Thank you, Mr. Zeno! I’m keeping your business card close at hand!!

I was wanting to update my two bathrooms and get a walk-in shower instead of a tub. I hired handyman pro to do the plumbing work and Ceramic Custom Tile to do the tile work. This company showed up when promised and finished within the deadline. He went out of his way to find materials that worked for me and my old house that are not custom sizes.

Had an emergency with some drywall in my master bedroom and decided to give Handyman pro a call, Aramis came over and made an assessment and got back to me shortly with an estimate. When it came time to start the job Aramis and Aden were on time, very respectful and very professional. They preformed quality work with quality results, great people to work with. I'll definitely contact them for any future projects!

Handy Man Pro just added a half bath to my basement, and remodeled my upstairs bathroom.  Both bathrooms look amazing now, my upstairs bathroom was in desperate need of repair, Aramis took it all the way down to the studs and removed the flooring and ceiling.  It was a lot of work and now it is amazing! My wife really loves the new tub and the new double vanity, somehow they were able to fit more stuff in the bathroom and yet there is way more space in there.  I think mainly because the bathroom was from the 50s and had so much wasted space and Aramis was able to streamline everything and actually use all the space in an efficient manner. My wife and I were VERY happy with the work done for us by Handyman Pro. They did all the miscellaneous tasks we asked them to do, quickly, cheerfully and efficiently!
The tasks ranged from electrical repair and instillation to new flooring in a bathroom as well as exterior and interior door repair.

After weeks of trying to find a plumber that could move an exhaust pipe in my upstairs bathroom, I was given the contact information for Aramis. I was able to schedule with him fairly quick and he was confident in his game plan to move the pipe. It was a fairly technical job so I believe it scared off a few of the people I had spoken with beforehand. Once Aramis arrived he got straight to work and had the project wrapped up in a few hours! I was impressed with how little lath he removed to reach the new location and he and his son cleaned up after completing the job. They were absolutely excellent. I have been recommending him to my neighbors and friends! He was so kind and, for the ladies out there, he didn’t “mansplain” or treat me inferior in any way!

Replaced a rear entry door and pressure washed the entire house. Excellent work. Prompt and professional. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

Got here as scheduled and get the job done really quick and clean. Even helped me to pick a heavy package up and carry the cardboard away when I get no idea where to take them. Thanks for making my move in day much easier!

I’m sure the quality of their work is fine so I cannot comment on that. However, I was stood up twice on getting a quote for a basement job. If you’re too booked to keep your appointments and securing jobs for later this year then say so to begin with. That way I can give another local business the opportunity to secure a job and get my project done in a timely manner.

Edit: it seems as if the business owner has changed his response from his original threat of blacklisting me to something that makes me look unreasonable. I will post the original response below...

“We are sorry that we were not able to Accommodate your needs. Most people understand there are more needs in the home industry than there are qualified and licensed contractors. If you are one that likes to use local businesses, I will inform those that I know here in Frankfort circles if they cannot keep there appointments because of circumstances out of their control they will receive an unjustified one star review. You really need to get a life. So sad.”

I don’t mean to seem like I’m picking on a small business but most people have to take off work or move appointments and plans to meet with a contractor. I doubt “most people understand” when they encounter a situation like this.

Did a small repair on the outside of my house beside a newly installed storm door. It looks fantastic. Like there was never anything wrong. Cleaned up after himself and I couldn't be happier.

Our basement was suffering from years of neglect, and as a result, the back walls were badly molded, there were cracks in some of the blocks, and the window casings were in disrepair. Aramis pressure washed the walls, repaired the cracks and window casings, and applied two coats of sealer. He also replaced a piece of plywood that had been covering half of one of the windows with plexiglass and hauled off two loads of trash. After cleaning up and putting things back in order, he repaired drywall in out bathroom ceiling. He did an outstanding job. Everything he did looks wonderful, and we have a more healthful basement. Aramis is a skilled professional, punctual knowledgeable, reliable; and he works hard and fast. He's also one of the nicest people we ever met.

Aramis built a custom gazebo enclosed sunroom. This was done from scratch using his own custom design to fit my needs. He is truly a master of is own craft. He also is very clean and neat when it comes to the finishing. I highly recommend for any job large or small.

Aramis has an broad knowledge of home renovations in general and does not cut corners. He will show up and do exactly what he says. He removed a wall in our house and patched the drywall. Like it was never even there.

Handyman pro were by far the best I have ever used. We had major water damage to the beams above our garage. The flashing and vinyl had to be redone as well .Mr Zeno was prompt, professional and highly skilled. I’ve lived in Frankfort for 26 years and have yet to come across any other handyman services that rival his. My family and I will be return customers. Awesome!!!

I had my bath's shower which wouldn't stop leaking. After they identified that the faucet was an obsolete model and the valve seat wasn't going to resolve it because the valve itself had worn they installed the whole unit in the wall in 7 hours and did a fantastic job. Aramis handled a challenging painting job with a "no problem" attitude. And when he was done it looked so clean and fresh. He tidied up as if nothing had ever happened. Very pleased.

We hired Aramis for several jobs around the home. He painted and installed a chair rail in our dining room, hung new doors around the entire apartment and painted and installed kitchen cabinetry. I actually hired Mr. Zeno at Handyman Pro to dismantle a complex office and studio work space, pack it safely into a truck and then set it back up again in the new space. I could not have entrusted it to the movers because the job needed someone with attention to detail and an understanding of how things are put together and come apart. He was thoughtful, careful and amazingly creative in how he packed the work stations into a truck that didn't initially look like it would have enough room. And when we got to the new place he came up with brand new ways to configure two of the stations that were so much better than they were originally set up.
