As always, we had a great experience with Handyman Connection! We needed a new bathroom fan installed (we bought the fan ahead of time). The craftsman was friendly, on time, had all the necessary tools, and installed it properly. He did not leave a mess. The price was fair. We will continue to use Handyman Connection for the various jobs that come up from time to time. As we get older we are not able to DIY as we used to. We appreciate that we can hire H.C. with confidence in their quality work and value.

This was my 2nd time using Handyman Connection. The first time was years ago when I needed an antenna wire run in my attic. This time I used Handyman Connection to install my permanent Govee string lights along the front of my house. The craftsman, Paul, knew exactly how to hang these lights as he had hung them before. The price was very affordable and the lights look great.

I have been using Handyman Connection for several years now, all kinds of home projects. Always do a great job, for a decent price.

Did one job fairly well. I booked another. I have about 8 different projects that I asked for quotes on almost a month ago. I kept getting told they were busy but working on it. After 6 attempts to get quotes, the owner called and said they’d get me two more this week then hopefully two more next week. He went on to say they make their contractors give quotes on their own time and they have personal lives. I expressed this was not a way to run a business and their personal lives should have nothing to do with when I get a quote. That they should pay people to give quotes during business hours. He was rude and acted like they were doing me a favor. So if you want to chase them constantly to give quotes for simple work like painting and tiling and have months to wait just to get on their schedule their very high prices might work for you. There are many other companies in the area that will take your $30k and actually make you feel like a priority. I’ve contacted the franchise corporate office. They are NOT ok with the brand being represented like this.

This is an amazing group! We have used them for two very different projects with outstanding results. The latest one in December 2022 was with Roger, who repaired three ceilings, then actually changed the ceiling finishes with a very creative idea that changed them from old textured ceilings to beautiful smooth ones, then painted them. The results have really transformed our old home. Roger did a great job working around all the issues of our old house, our schedule, and even our pets. Tiffany in the office is totally amazing also. The whole team is a great find, Terry had worked on a very tricky door replacement previously & that was awesome too. Thank you all so much!

I had a really good experience with handyman connection, from a customer service perspective to the actual work. Paul Sexton did a great job. I have more jobs for them! Unfortunately they are booking out 3 months and its just too long of a wait in most cases. But if you have the time I highly recommend them.

We used Handyman to replace two broken shutters and to secure the remaining shutters. Their employees were friendly, on time, and did good work.

Both the guys who came out and did things for us were very professional friendly and competent and thorough - beautiful job on subfloor repair at a reasonable price - gutters cleaned and fixed nails so stay on house better - and got rid of a hornet's nest - all done with reasonable cost

Marc, from Handyman Connection shaved the bottoms on 7 doors for me (needed to fit over new carpet) and to re-assemble a storage bed. He was on time, nice, and did a great job! I would not hesitate to call Handyman Connection again if needed.

Bruce did a great job tearing down some old decking, leveling our shed, building a couple landing and stairs, cleaning our gutters etc. Pleasure to deal with. Continuing to find more work for him to do. The office ladies are always a pleasure to deal with. Fair priced. Highly recommend.

I reached out to get a quote for staining deck and powerwashing house. They were very nice when i setup the appointment, communicated it would be approximately 1 1/2 weeks to setup for contractor to come out for an estimate and was told will receive quote within a couple days after. They came to review the property but then a week later I called because I never received the quote. Ultimately it was almost 3 weeks to get the quote. The entire process was extremely long to get the quote and never provided accurate communication of the expectation for the quote. From beginning to end it was approximately a month 1/2 to get the quote. No telling how long it would take to get the project completed if I decided to go with their quote. Meanwhile its getting to the time of year you can't stain the deck. Due to this I decided to look into getting another quote. I ended up going with another company due to not only customer service but the quote was extremely high from Handy Man Connection in comparison to another contractor. For large projects I definitely recommend getting multiple quotes as they were over 40% more expensive than the quote I received elsewhere.

Todd did a fabulous job installing the subway tile backsplash in my kitchen. He arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day. I have used Handyman Connection in the past and will continue to do so for future projects. Thanks!

Todd did a great job! I expected great work in the drywall and trim carpentry work - and I got it. What I did not realize is that he is also a master when it comes to installing resilient vinyl plank floors in complex arrangements! I am so grateful that Todd and Handyman Connection were ready to make the big repair to my damaged basement!

Todd did a great job. Our storm door shuts better than it did when we bought our house two years ago. He was very thorough and stayed until it was perfect. He was also very professional and polite. Also, Handyman Connection does a great job communicating. I was contacted by them a few times both by email and phone to confirm and remind me of the upcoming appointment, both before the date and the morning of the appointment. Then Todd called 30 min. before the scheduled appointment to say he would be there in 30 min. We were very happy with the service we received from Handyman Connection and Todd.
