I redid a wall in my house and added a granite counter top to make an eat in area.
Joe is very good at responding and talking with you to make sure you get what you want. Pricing is fair for the work done but does not always include materials. Half is paid upfront and the other half at the end of the job. Joe and his guys are very proficient and work fast. We did have hiccups in the project but none due to his guys. They were because we didnt know what was behind our wall and small issues like that. We had another project set up and we pulled out due to family issues but joe was very understanding and still keeps in touch and helps with any questions. I will note I called him about a problem with a counter in my kitchen and he came and fixed it no charge. As for joe and his guys they are an honest company and hard working and they will try to work with you the best they can. I recommend them to you and I will continue to recommend them
to my family and friends.

Joe and Handy Mania remodeled our restaurant. He and his team did a tremendous job and was Joe was personally outstanding in getting us to comply with village permits and inspections to get us to open in timely manner. His knowledge of village codes and terrific ability to communicate was very important. We appreciate that Joe and Handy Mania will take our calls for advice and even come out if there are ever any issues.
