I have found over the years that I have been associated with Handy's services have been above all expectations. Always courteous and professional. We have been all over Vermont and NH looking to find a vehicle in power price range. Power last hope was at Handy GMC in St. Albans, VT. When I walked in to the show room Hope Bockus greeted us and we explained what we were looking for and she said she had something she would show us. Hope even went and brought the car us to the show room where we were parked so my husband wouldn't have to walk that far. He has trouble walking. We went for a test drive. We bought the car. I popped in because I was interested in a Tundra that I saw from the road. I ended up talking with Jackie Van Norman. I had a lot of questions because I don't get a new vehicle often. She was great. Answered all of my questions, even ones that weren't really about the truck at all. I was in a hurry, but she took me out to take a closer look. There were a couple of requests that I asked if they could take care of if I was to buy it. She said no problem. I also asked her if she could break down the cost for me and email it to me. That night when I got home, it was all there for me. Unfortunately, I didn't end up buying that truck, but would absolutely recommend dealing with Jackie. She also understood that I had found a good deal elsewhere, and didn't try to talk me out of it. Absolutely no pressure, but she was there when I needed her. Thanks so much Jackie!

I had been on the hunt for a newer used regular cab 2500hd for most of the summer to add to my business. Handy took one in trade, and this thing is perfect for what I needed. The color and style even match my other truck. They certified it and listed it at a great price. I called to verify it was available and connected with Hope, their super awesome sales lady. I got no pressure or bullshit from her. She got me all the info I needed and also contacted my insurance agent for me to save me a little time with the process. We made an appointment to pick it up the following day and had a great conversation about life when I picked up the truck. Couldn't be happier with the whole process. First arrival was uneventful, drive through drop off was decent, though not overly welcoming. Service advisor was friendly and accommodating. All service items done promptly with an extra "we noticed" an expiring inspection sticker which was renewed by complement (having purchased the vehicle there). Overall, a pleasant experience.
