These guys were amazing! They came out Friday cause our a/c quit working and they got a team together to fix it the next day. Once they were done they explained everything in detail and showed us how to use our new system. Very professional and friendly!

Friday late afternoon ac stopped cooling. Indoor temp at 82. Called Hammond after hours line. Within 2 hrs Mike Walls of Hammond was on the case. He found the problems and efficiently fixed everything. He went above and beyond with his knowledge, time and commitment. A+++

Our ac went out on Saturday, a holiday weekend to top it off. I assumed we were gonna have to go without due to that. That was not the case! Mr. Mike was at our door roughly an hour after we initially called! Mike came in, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and even offered my husband some maintenance tips. He was beyond helpful and we greatly appreciate his and this companies services!
Also, the cost! Again... it was a Saturday, a holiday weekend, and after hours! I assumed we would be looking at a big bill, but I was pleasantly surprised! It was incredibly fair.
We will recommend this company to anyone who may be in need of hvac services and they will now always be our first call.

FANTASTIC service. Called with a problem and they sent Mike. And Mike, let me tell you, he was quick, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Everything you want in someone poking around in your AC. I'd leave an extra star if I could. Will definitely consider Hammond again if there's another problem.

Keny came out to look at my AC. Very prompt, and professional. Was able to temporarily fix an issue to get me by until I can get a new unit.

New unit install. I told the office what I wanted on a Wednesday and less than 30 hours later my new unit was in and running smooth. Everyone was very helpful, courteous, competent, professional and very thorough. They took the time to answer my multitude of questions and explain the answers so i could understand them. This also includes Lisa in the office. Rhett was the diagnosing mechanic and he was great. Kevin and Jimmy were the installation mechanics and they were awesome. They did a great job! It's been a long time since anyone in any service capacity impressed me but THEY did. I wish I had an HVAC company, I would steal them away.

Kevin and Jimmy came out, did a great job in a timely fashion and left the place better than they found it. I will definitely use Hammond again and recommend them to anyone who asks.

My AC unit went out the night before 4th of July so I wasn't expecting anyone to even answer my call. Brian was at my house within an hour to try and diagnose/fix the problem. I did end up needing a new AC unit but it was well worth it.

I called to get routine maintenance on my a/c unit and was able to have someone out to my place within a day! Very competitive/affordable rates too.

Jeff was so great! We had regular maintenance and a check on a unit that wasn't working quite right. Everything is fixed and working well!!

Brian, the technician who swapped out our two thermostats showed up on time, with the right equipment and completed the job quickly and professionally. he took the time to explain all the features of the new thermostats made sure we knew how to operate the new thermostats before he left.
We were so impressed, we signed up for an annual maintenance and service contract. I highly recommend these guys.

Very professional company! Very responsive - they arrived when they were scheduled. Jacob and David were very polite, hard working and knowledgeable. They were here for almost 6 hours removing and installing a new central heating and air conditioning system. They explained everything they were doing, how the system worked and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them to maintain the new system.
