We were so excited to purchase our 2025 Manchester. Once it got here and the crew put it together we noticed problems. The floor has about 15 spots that need fixing. One spot looks like there’s too much flooring and it’s not pulled tight enough. It’s a big crease in the floor. Bedroom Doors don’t shut, cabinet doors don’t shut, the kitchen counter was sent with a broken piece in the counter that they tried to hide and patch fix. A cabinet door was painted over where a chunk was missing and it’s very noticeable because the paint doesn’t even match. A window has a chunk missing out of it and needs to be replaced. Our second bathroom shower was not sealed and water poured out on our first shower. Caulking around the tub was not finished. Master shower was not grouted at the bottom so the water was being absorbed into wall panels until they couldn’t take anymore and water poured all over master bathroom. We now have mold and rotten smell in the closet where the water ran into. Several cabinet drawers don’t shut. We are missing light fixtures on the outside lights. The vent for the laundry was boarded over so we had to cut it out. Trim is falling off everywhere in the house. Trim in closets and bedrooms were cut short and don’t butt up to each the other piece. The master bedroom has an a/c issue Hamilton knew about but let the house get off the lot as it was. We are now waiting for specific part to be built because there’s no air flowing into the bedroom. It’s 78 degrees in there while the rest of the house is 72. We have countertops coming up and it was delivered that way so it came off the lot that way. We find the lack of quality workmanship irresponsible. Someone should be healed accountable to this. When Hamilton was contacted they made sure to let us know when they come out it’s a courtesy to us. We have tried to contact David at Hamilton and he rarely will return a phone cal. Now I know why places like Palm Harbor laughed at us when I said I found a house at Hamilton Homes. Run as fast as you can from this manufacturer. It’s not worth the headache.

Our experience with Hamilton Homes has been nothing short of infuriating. From the very beginning, the communication has been absolutely piss poor. Once the paperwork was signed, they practically disappeared. Getting anyone to respond to a simple question was like pulling teeth. You’re on your own the moment they cash your check.

As for the house itself? It’s garbage. Within six months of moving in, the entire exterior started showing signs of mold. Yes—mold. That is completely unacceptable for a brand new home. To make matters worse, none of the exterior doors seal correctly, which not only allows in moisture but also bugs and drafts. This kind of construction is beyond sloppy—it’s just plain careless.

Hamilton Homes clearly cuts corners and has no interest in standing behind the quality of their work. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I highly suggest you look elsewhere. This company is a joke, and the product they deliver is even worse.

Pretty pathetic builds. And they state that they build with pride.. purchased in August of 2022 from regional homes of Brunswick co Nc.. and boy what a Hassle it’s been to get things repaired after the walkthrough.. also we didn’t do the walkthrough until February of 2023 and was put in the lot in September of 2022…. trim is coming off throughout the house loose plumbing loose cabinets etc .. and after multiple complaints to regional home we were pretty much told that it was part of homeownership… which blew my mind. Can’t believe all the issues we have had and our still having.. will never purchase a home from Hamilton homes again.

Unfortunately, I didn't read all the negative reviews before we purchased our home. We are having the same issues with the floor buckling due to water leaks, doors not closing properly, cracks in the walls that were overlooked after installation but the floors are my biggest issue. Also, the window blinds are tearing up and can't be fixed. We've only had this house for almost 2 years but these problems were not addressed properly by the people who came out to fix them. I'm extremely disappointed in this house as well as Hamilton Home Builders. I strongly suggest anyone that is in the market for a manufactured home to look elsewhere because I feel like this company doesn't care about the people who have purchased their homes or they would hire more efficient and more capable people to assemble the homes. I wish I had purchased a Clayton home instead.

I bought this home exactly 1 year ago. Like one review said contractors come out 5 times. Leak spots 3 of them in my house but roof don't leak. Master bathroom sinks handles cheap they replaced today. Underneath leaked ruined floor he puts board on says he has to order and replace whole sink couldn't just replace floor. We'll that has been 3 months. Lots of glitches and flaws. My floor had big bulge in front of my kitchen sink, young lady that came calls her supervisor he tells her i would be better off putting a floor rug over it. So i texted him on her percformance and then informed him i didnt appreciate being told to put a rug over a 100000 dollar floor. They send a man out who fixes it. SMH! Sliding door has screen that dont look like it fits door. And air blows thru it. Now 2 or 3 different ones have looked at this door. The majority of plug ins and light switches crooked specially the heat controller its almost sideways smh. But the biggest problem around Thanksgiving oven went out after a month or two of my board on top numbers and lights acting crazy which I reported. So I call they tell me out of warranty so I have to call whirlpool who comes and tells me my stove is a 2021 remind you my trailer is 2023! My refrigerator doesn't match mother appliance it also is a 2021! Ladies were nice men n women that came out was nice. Guy I talk to today smart mouth! This home has been a thorn in my side since day i bought it! To much money for half but home! DO NOT BUY HERE OR THIER PRODUCTS UNKESS YOU WANT MAJOR PROBLEMS! I have written maybe 3 or 4 reviews in my life but this is could not let go. I have reported to better business bureau and not thru! I work to hard to be swindled by crooked folks and that's being nice. I understand we all make mistakes and we can forget something but this is absolutely ridiculous and didn't even offer to fix my stove. 1 year and stove out how the crap! Who builds trailers every day and has 2021 appliance left in a warehouse? SMH! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!

Customer service is nonexistent. The people they send out to do repairs are just washed up contractors that can’t make a living locally due to their bad work so Hamilton hires them as contract labor. So many problems with this house. What was supposed to be my retirement home is nothing but a disaster. Home was wrecked by one of their drivers during delivery but it was delivered anyway by another company. Siding was to be replaced on whole house but when the person comes the excuse is always well we brought wrong color siding or we don’t have time etc etc. the soffit was installed wrong so siding was falling off house. They refuse to repair it properly and the answer was to just put screws down the side of my house so now water can get in every place there is a screw. Speaking to customer service the man in charge is the most rude person I have ever dealt with. The last so called contractor they sent out could not walk without the use of a cane he could not do anything. This company is terrible. Please don’t make the same mistake I did purchase from another manufacturer.

I would not recommend Hamilton Winston homebuilders. They have provided horrible customer service and been highly unprofessional in their handling of issues with my home, which I purchased last November. When we moved in, we noticed the vinyl on the outside was two different colors. The manufacturer informed us they had changed the color code for our home. Additionally, we discovered our kitchen was leaking and compiled a list of over 30 defects and construction issues.The builder sent a contractor to inspect the problems, but months later he still had not resolved the kitchen cabinet damage caused by the water leak, claiming he lacked the necessary materials. Yesterday, unfamiliar workers came to my home and only had one kitchen cabinet to work with, despite my explaining the ongoing issues. They also inexplicably added concrete to my kitchen floor. Based on this poor service and unprofessional workmanship, I strongly advise against purchasing a home from Hamilton Winston. They appear to employ young, inexperienced crews who are incapable of properly addressing and resolving construction defects. I regret my decision to buy from this builder. Wishing I would’ve chose the home that I liked it from Clayton

Do not EVER buy a home from this place. The quality of their homes are so awful it makes me hate my own home. We have lived here for 8 months and there are still things that have not been fixed after repeatedly telling the manufacturer. They have been out here more than 10+ times to fix things that still are not fixed. Things that have been wrong : our ac unit started making a funny noise and had to be repaired (it was a big fix), pieces of outside vinyl had cuts and needed to be replaced, they had to replace vinyl skirting at the top because it was cut way to short, they had to replace a piece of metal on the dormer because it was bent outwards, wall sitting crooked, crooked cabinet over the coffee bar, water leak through the roof into our ceiling in the guest bathroom (left a water stain on the ceiling, a massive flood in our kitchen and our living room (kinda my fault but wouldn’t have happened if our water pipes were hooked up correctly. My husband got under the house and fixed the pipe within 10 minutes. It was freezing weather and our pipes got frozen so I turned the faucet on to let it run a little and forgot to turn it off before we left for church. There was not a single thing in our sink when this happened and we only lived here for a few weeks or so, so we knew nothing was clogging it), another flood due to running our dishwasher and the lines not being hooked up correctly, a leak underneath master bathroom sink that we didn’t notice and cause the Sheetrock to be soaked a couple foot up the wall, 25 or more trim pieces needed to be replaced and they are constantly popping off the walls (still) multiple linoleum holes, places in the ceiling that weren’t mudded, scratches on doors and door facings, an entire drawer in the kitchen completely fell apart, scratches and holes in the Formica on the kitchen countertops, they had to replace the entire top of the kitchen island because a whole corner was busted out, whenever they replaced the kitchen countertop, they didn’t screw in the cover that covers the wood underneath the cabinet and it was just hanging, the guest bathroom shower wall wasn’t even attached and came completely down (took them 3 trips out to actually fix it), brad nails shot through window frames, uneven cut angles on the trim, crooked floor vents, crooked wall outlets, door frame with a big gap between the frame and the floor.
Things that have not been fixed that they’ve been repeatedly told about : Formica popping off the sides of the countertops, there’s animals somehow getting inside our roof, septic is leaking up through the ground somehow, there’s nails sticking up from the floor and cutting through our linoleum, uneven floor seams, and still trim that needs fixed.
We had always talked about building a home on our land one day. We found out we was expecting and decided to do something quicker so that we could have our own home ready for babygirl when she got here, and a home that we would feel comfortable raising her in. Your house is supposed to be your life and your comfort. If I could go back, I would in the quickest heartbeat because this house has been nothing but the absolute biggest disappointment.

This is the worst home ever...I bought my home 2 1/2 years ago and well I had minor cosmetic issues they came and repaired...then I had plumbing issues they came and repaired...then there was electrical issues they never came and repaired...now I got a Crack in my ceiling, weak flooring in my kitchen, something looking like mold in the bathroom ceiling bleeding through, siding buckling just to much...I'm almost 3 years in and there's nothing I can do...I thought this was a brand new home instead it's a new fixer upper...I'm very disappointed

This company has been absolutely horrible to us. We bought one of their homes brand new. It had a broken and defective shower pan. Which has ruined our walls and leaks excessively daily in our home and under it. The dealership can't fix it because it is the manufacturer who has to. However, the manufacturer has sent workers out numerous times to look, take pictures, take videos and document the damage only to never come back and ever replace the shower pan or fix our now damaged and mildewed walls. We are almost at 1 year in July of asking for this to be fixed. The dealership can't even get these people to fix their broken product. This has been such a frustrating and horrible experience for our first home. This doesn't even include all the other damaged items they barely fixed a few weeks ago after asking for months. After sending people with the wrong materials, the wrong sizes and/ or no materials at all. This company is horrible to their customers! Please buyer beware. They are beautiful homes, but they do not honor the quality or a punch list.

Stay away! If I could give no stars I would. I purchased a home built by them and had it installed in November 2022 it is now at the end of February 2024 and they still haven't fixed the warranty repairs needed properly after 3 visits. They sent the same handyman 3 times to fix the issues and it's never fully done right. He was very unprofessional. The siding around the entire home is still largely warped due to improper installation at the factory. I still have a massive hump on my kitchen floor and other issues that have not been fixed properly or addressed at all. They will take a long time getting back to you and won't return your calls.

Buyer beware I hope this post will help someone else avoid the mistake I made.
I purchased a Hamilton home in July 2021and we moved in December 2021 I completed and sent my punchlist in by the end of January 2022. My work still is not done Every time someone comes to my house, they actually damage something else and make my home worse than it was before
We have had four different repair crews make a total of six trips to our home over the last year and a half.
The home is definitely not built to the quality that they claim it is on their website. Obviously, your local sell center has a lot to do with the set up of your home, and the quality of the people who set the home, install the HVAC, and handle all the marriage wall connections. None of that has been satisfactory and in the brief period of time I have had my home I have had to pay $1500 to have my house strapped correctly so it would qualify for a refinance. I have had to pay almost $2000 in HVAC work because the unit installed in my brand new house appears to be about 10 years old. Those toilets leaked, the roof leaked, I had mold in my bathroom and bedroom that they never took apart and cleaned inside the wall cavity so whenever it rains, I can still smell it . The local center that I dealt with was also incredibly dishonest during the paperwork, set up, finalization of set up phase.. They actually lied to me about what the set up form was and why I needed To sign it and caused me to owe a house payment on a house that was not livable and rent for a three month Period. They did reimburse me for two of those months. But the warranty work issue has been so bad that it makes the local people look good. One of the crews was supposed to replace the carpet that was installed in a bedroom with paint all over it. I had taken the day off work and moved all of the furniture out but before he started working on the carpet, he got angry at me because he told me about different things on my house that he was going to repair with caulk instead of actually repairing, including a cracked countertop, a cracked sink in my laundry room, vinyl, siding peeling off my house And horrible gaps in the wood trim . He got angry when I said no and I called to speak to the warranty office while he got ready to install my carpet. I was sitting in my backyard on the phone and the warranty lady put me on hold to take a phone call from the gentleman at my house. He informed her that he could not install my carpet because it was raining. When she got back on the phone, she told me there was a change due to the weather and I asked her what she was talking about because I was sitting outside in the sunshine with absolutely no rain clouds in the sky whatsoever. They still left without installing my carpet, which has never been done. The carpet that did get replaced during another visit from another crew was not seamed where it met up with abother carpet that was supposed to get replaced, but not during that visit so now both rugs are ruined because every time I vacuum it rips fibers out of the carpet
Every cabinet door in my house needed to be replaced because the hardware was all installed crooked and the cabinet doors were falling off and the new cabinet doors are still falling off and do not close correctly
I have had a week from a bathroom sink that damaged the bottom of the cabinet that they did not bother to repair even though it was swollen and discovered, and they just dabbed some paint on top of it
There were ceilings cracks that had to be repaired, and when they got fixed, the workers hung plastic in my house with staples in the ceiling, but did not remove all the staples, or fix the holes from the staples that were removed
It has been a nightmare and 100% do not recommend

We purchased a hamilton single wide 3 yrs ago.if you are looking to buy a mobil home.DO NOT BUY A HAMILTON, our flooring has since been redone in both bedrooms.replaced front door,new stove, the vinyl siding has to be taken off an redone. When the temp gets below 30 the furnace runs non stop due to poorly insulated an cheap windows.so 80k for the mobil home an another 15 k in repairs..run away from this company.

We absolutely love our Hamilton Home!!! We noticed a few things after we moved in, made up a punch list of the items, the dealer in Hamilton took care of everything promptly to completion. It’s a house that was rolled into place in a trailer, of course they’ll be issues. I think the important part is how the problems are dealt with. We have zero complaints other than the finish work could be alittle better. Some of it looks like someone was living for the moment! Other than that, the house is great!!

Horrible horrible home builders!! We paid $186,000 for a home that looks like we have lived in it for ten years and had tried fixing it up!!! Worst company do not buy a home for this company!!! We haven’t been able to get out home fixed at all and we have a load barring wall that’s off and will eventually cause issues with our home!!!! Don’t just don’t buy a home for the horrible company!!!!!

I bought a Hamilton home over a year ago and still have not had all the issues that were wrong the day I bought it corrected. I have been dealing with the Yess Home Center who sold it to me however they have been very unprofessional and not timely at all. I would not recommend anyone buy a Hamilton home ever!!

This has been the worst experience ever. They are very unprofessional and promise to fix your home once you buy it but the people they send only make the issues worse. It’s been over a year and our house is in worse condition than it was to begin with. So if the issues out of the long list: I haven’t even been able to use/ open my front door for a year, there are nails sticking out of door jambs, staples sticking out of carpet, doors that don’t shut, bumps in the floor, dips in the carpet, carpet seams that have nails sticking out, tub/ showers don’t drain, trim pieces falling off. I could go on and on. I have a baby and young child and I picked screws, staples, annd nails out of carpet and off the floors for months after the workers left. This has been nothing but stressful and pouring more money into our “new” home. 3 words, DONT DO IT!

My wife and I bought a 2023 Utah Mobile Home and spent over $200,000, with the land and have had over 8 major water leaks, the trim is falling off the walls, all the nail and brad holes in the trim are not covered on any of it. They leave messages but do not return the calls. We went through Town and Country out of Tupelo to get our dream home and it has been a nightmare, that no-one prepared us for. the Finance company, triad, will not return your call and there is no communication. We want a new home not this piece we were given, from Hamilton and Town and country. Even the workers that have come out to stop he leaks, say this home was not put together with the care of being a family's dream. If this isn't worked out soon, Litigation will be the next step. There is so much evidence, along with photos on this matter. waiting on response.

The home we bought is not built at the standard they have their website. We have multiple problems and issues. We have filed a claim with the dealer and have not seen one person from Hamilton nor have anyone called to schedule a time to fix this. We paid $190,000 for an over price brand new fixer upper. Do not buy a home from them, it is poor quality and customer service is non-existing.

So I bought this new home in October and we moved in the week of Thanksgiving thinking I’d be so satisfied with it but after moving in there were such a long list of problems. The master shower leaks into the wall and the floor because it’s not caulked or sealed properly and the paneling and trim has to be ordered and replaced. I have doors that won’t stay open and ones that won’t stay closed. The receptacle that my stove was plugged into shorted out and melted on one side and didn’t even trip the breaker. It just had to be replaced in the last couple of weeks. Also the dishwasher had to be looked at recently because it leaked in the floor I think the door seal didn’t seal properly causing it to do so and it’s brand new! The sinks in all the bathrooms leaked. Nails in the floor coming up under the floor covering. Many more issues also that need to be addressed. I’ve contacted the manufacturer and left several voice mails with no one returning my calls to fix the warranty repairs. The quality of our used single wide that we bought around 2005 was better than this brand new double wide. I wish I had never bought this house. I am very dissatisfied and would love some answers!

Bought our house 2 years ago at first they seem to want to fix there 2nd rate work but just kinda faded out and will not answer the phone some roof panels needing fixed , busted cabinet doors , trim falling everywhere , the guys they sent out the first time was supposed to fix the gouges and the ill attempt to cut a sinkhole in the counter top and they rubbed black caulk in it . Overall house is built 2nd rate , services are even worse . But I guess I'll set in and do the work myself even though I feel I've already paid for it to be done . Will not recommend them to anybody .

I've dealt with several service providers as of late. And with the way things are going these days I can honestly say that most are undermanned or overwhelmed with the current economic situation. But to shine a little light on what seems to be a dim situation. I'd personally like to thank the staff @ Hamilton Home Builders for there willingness to work with us and clearing up most of the problems we have faced, where most would not. I'd like to thank our contact Kim for going the extra mile and taking time out to go a little further than most. For fixing things that were of no fault of Hamilton Home Builders. We bought our home 8 months ago and it has brought me and my family so much joy !! Our service experience was great when we had an issue with one of the siding panels. The techs came out right when they said they would and got it done. thank you to Regional Homes too... they helped make it possible for us to be living in this wonderful home!

I thought this was a good quality home, but after living in it for 4.5 months I can say it is not. The Siding is already coming off the house. The trim is coming off the walls and the air vents in the floor don't work properly. I have doors that won't stay open. Drawers in the cabinets don't work properly. Windows that don't open. The range hood has dents in it from installation. I'm very disappointed in the quality. The led lights are going out, I have had about 12 replaced, not the bulbs the entire led light had to be replaced and more are going out everyday. The appliances are terrible also. The refrigerator makes weird noises and the microwave, I'm in the process of having replaced under the manufacturer warranty. My old manufactured home was in better shape andit was made in 1972. This cannot be a new home like they say. It looks really worn. I've contacted them about these issues and have not heard anything back. I am disabled and cannot afford to pay someone to fix this stuff. The house is still under warranty and I don't know what to do. At least I can warn others to not buy these houses, they are terrible.

My daughter is buying a Hamilton single wide. From a dealer where we live. Her first home. She was so excited. Until salesman messed up her order. She ordered it without appliances, but wanted a spot left for a microwave over the stove. He confirmed through text that everything would be exactly how she wanted it. It was delivered with a 40" exhaust over a 32" stove opening. They refuse to fix it. I called Hamilton Homes, hoping they would help. All she needs is the cabinets replaced. They also would not do anything or stand by their product. Now, we are getting an attorney. I really hate when people screw with my daughter. No telling how long it will be before she even gets moved in. I hate that we even stopped there. I would not recommend either place to anyone. Class action law suit?? I would be up for it.

Read the reviews!!! Do not purchase a Hamilton home. I purchased a Hamilton Burlington from Regional homes of Brunswick in NC.... Everything that could possibly be wrong with our home, is!!! Dips in floor, 4 cabinet doors have fallen off, cabinets are peeling apart, strips falling off of wall, nail holes everywhere in trim, appliances not working, light switches cracked, water damage to both marriage walls, mold/ water damage in closet, leaking sinks with water damage under the counter, none of the doors latch properly (if they latch at all), missing siding off the house, sliding glass door doesn't latch all the way, counter in kitchen cracked and peeling off, some windows do not lock, electrical problems in 1 bedroom (lights do not turn off all the way when the switch is off).... And the list goes on! We still have all of these problems after they supposedly came out to fix things. I have a punch list 3 pages long! Save your money and choose a different manufacturer.

TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT are home was put in April-2021. There is so much wrong with it that the punch list is more then 6 pages long. MULTIPLE Leaks, shower leak, all doors weren't put in wrong, sliding glass door leaks, most of the windows will have to be taken out. There is just WAY to much wrong to mention. They were supposed to be out here Jan-2022 to fix everything. NO COMMUNICATION from there office can never talk to anyone on phone. What do the Office staff get paid to do? POOR POOR COMMUNICATION the worst Company ever. 175,000 later and this home isn't worth 10 grand. They need to be SHUT DOWN & everyone who works there needs fired replaced and NEW MANAGEMENT.

part 2 Today is FEBRUARY 4, 2022 and we have YET to get a date of when someone will be coming to do our repairs from the punch list. When I turned my punch list, I was told that within a 90 day period, someone would be sent to complete our repairs. We are now approximately around day 115 (+/- a couple of days). There is a random number that keeps texting my husband, and every time, it’s the the same story every other week. When you try calling this number, no one answers the line. I tried contacting Kimberly, the customer service coordinator, previously by email with no response and today by phone again with no response. I also called the number to Hamilton Home Builders numerous times, each time there’s no response. Please see attached screenshots. I believe that if you are going to continue to be a dealer for Hamilton Homes, and promote their products even though you see that they NOT fixing the issues or taking care of your customers, then that tells me that you do NOT care about your customers. I’d also suggest that before opening more businesses and expanding, please take care of the customers you already have that are still waiting on repairs. Also, do not promise your customers that you will have one of your contractors fix them if you don’t plan to do what you say. I am aware this does not solely fall in the dealers lap, however, it should be the dealers priority to help their customer get answers and ensure the customers that they’re doing everything in their power to help push along and resolve the issues. I purchased directly from Yess not Hamilton Home Builders directly. The day the review section was removed from your Facebook page told me that you’re only out to make a dollar and that the care and happiness of your customers does not matter. Since starting this dreadful process, I have been made aware of other customers of yours who have had or are dealing with more problems than we have had with our home. I am very thankful ours is nothing major, but it definitely will be later down the road if our issues are not corrected now. The issues I’m referring to are not minor issues. I am talking about issues that with the circumstances, these homes should have never been delivered to the property in the shape it was in. I will NOT hush or go away until my issues are resolved. We want the promises made to us complete, and our home fixed correctly and timely. If you as a dealer feel like you cannot depend on the manufacturer to do this, then maybe you should find a different manufacturer to support. DO NOT BUY HAMILTON OR YESS HOMES

If there was a zero they would have got a zero we bought our house a year ago and still to this date have not had all our repairs done we call Hamilton homes with no call backs lie after lie after lie very unsatisfied with their unprofessionalism will never buy a Hamilton home again

This place is terrible! Do not I repeat DO NOT buy a home from Hamilton homes I bought an 85,000 dollar single wide and it looks like 2 homeless people built it there’s not one inch of the house that isn’t falling apart and built like crud! No one will return any phone calls or messages. It’s going to come down to hiring an attorney but it is what it is. Hopefully someone will read this and not make the mistake I made!

I absolutely fell in love with The Madison on the lot and we special ordered one. We haven't even moved in yet and we have noticed crooked walls, crooked electrical outlets, plaster EVERY WHERE (floors, walls, cabinets, appliances, water faucets, etc), the doorways into our closets ARE NOT EVEN TRIMMED!! We had a bad experience with our dealer and now the house is a hot mess too! We thought we were getting a well built, Saturday, nice home... We were wrong! Do NOT buy from Hamilton Homebuilders!!

If there would be a option for minus 5 stars they would get one from me.
House came in September 2021 and ever since I am waiting for the repairs to be made.
Wrong color floors, wrong sink, wrong color on island,
wrong counter tops in kitchen, shelving in kitchen missing, gash in the outside wall, unfinished side panels inside the
cabinets , no lights in 4 walk in closets, windows which don't open/lock, leaking plumbing, trim falling off, shower fixture installed crooked, everything is off center. I never seen so much sloppy work in my lifetime.
The mobile home dealer promised to pay for new floors, but they are dragging their feet, starting at 8 K is now 11 K, month later. I send a 17 page repair list what needs to be fixed. My ductwork was 8 feet stuffed up with insulation, 1/2 of house was blowing warm/cold the other side, nothing.
Now I have a hole in my ceiling in the laundry room as well.
Let's all get together and file a class action lawsuit and get their license pulled. Complain to your
local Building department and get the process started. If enough people complain they will hey their license pulled and then they have time to make repairs on these lemons they fabricate.
So sick and tired!!!

I hate this house and I mean I HATE this house. I’ve been look at this one house for years. Finally I buy it and it’s been a disappointment every since. The AC Ducts in master bedroom blows slow to soft. I was cold in the winter and hot in the summer it’s winter again!!! And it’s still not fix! I had a leak in my kitchen area. My financial company say lawyer up. Still trying to be the nice lady but it’s getting me no where.
I over heated my son trying to make my room warm. I keep sending emails and Michelle offers me $500.00 I asked her what if the cost is more than that and she stop replying.

I don't even know where to start...All I know is we were so excited to be moving forward with our new journey....Until the home was brought out.Needless to say our hearts are just not in it anymore..To much to mention that is wrong with the home.Inside and outside of home has issues and what you look forward in getting trust us You Don't . I know what New means and what we got is far from New..Was told to make a list of things that are messed up...Hope I don't run out of ink or paper...Heart Broken over it all...

I would NEVER buy a house from Hamilton Homebuilders again! We paid cash for our house last year and the buying process was great, of course, because they were getting their money. However, after our house arrived it was left a mess that we had to clean before moving in, the flooring was torn in several places, and nails coming through flooring. I took pics and sent them before we even moved in. We moved in last June and they have still yet to come and fix them. I have been calling for 4 or 5 months and I keep getting told someone will call to schedule. I have asked several times for a manager to call me and none yet. Then again Monday I ask for a manager to call me because it is ridiculous that I keep getting the run around. So I get a call from a service tech who wants to schedule the next day or two and when I say we already have plans it will have to be next week, his office tells me that I am refusing. BS. She has lost her mind. I’ve been trying for 4 or 5 months to get y’all to come out and you expect me to cancel my plans because you want to come out in a day or two. Then she tells me I signed a paper stating that I would be available during working hours to get my repairs. I said yea and I will be next week. I never said come on a Saturday or Sunday. Next week is still during working hours. Again, I don’t typically rant or do bad reviews but I’ve been trying to get them to come out and keep getting the run around. They got their money upfront so they don’t care about their customer satisfaction at this point. This company is a joke. Especially when you can’t even get a manager to call you back.

Cheap, cheap, and cheap,, very poor quality for the outrageous prices. We still have a whole beam missing. The material in the kitchen area soaks up Grease splatter and will not come off. Staple holes every where, doors that won't close properly.,one whole wall in the main living area is warped. Breakers keep kicking off in the plug ins. Bald spots on the ceiling that weren't finished. Crooked doors. Bathroom sinks will not hold water, one of the plungers came completely out of the sink. Dishwasher doesn't work properly and they say that's not there problem. I could go on, but you get the jest,, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY,, POORLY PUT TOGETHER WITH VERY CHEAP MATERIALS.

Had my home delivered and it looks like I bought it from the dollar tree. The walls were uneven in my living room and most are bowed throughout the house. I ordered vog wall behind my stove and got drywall. They didnt even put an air vent in on of the bedrooms. Countless staples sticking out of cabinets and over my stove. There are things that have to be fixed in every room. The quality is just terrible. I will not buy another Hamilton product.

Just got my trailer delivered yesterday ,bought it at Regional Homes in Cullman,I find out that a perk test hasn’t been done yet ,when I bought the home I didn’t like the appliances they put stainless steel like I ask but cheapest ones they could find, now that they have our money they are taking there time ,I would never recommend these people unless they make it right and get moving!!

Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this company and their product!
I'm glad this is a great place to work, but let's talk about this so called "quality craftsmanship" that Hamilton's boast about on their website. This has absolutely been the worst experience of my life! The sloppiest slapped together house!!! Paint touch-up does not match, chair railing, crown molding and baseboards do not seam together, cabinets are scratched, bar in kitchen is cracked, floor has gaps in the subflooring that you feel when you walk across, shower leaks, painted/putty/caulk/grout splatted on floors. This is just to name a few of the issues. Had to have an electrician come to the house because their was not electricity in half of the kitchen and half of the living room---all due to a faulty breaker; which costed me $352.50! Kitchen cabinets are not the color that was ordered and the kitchen faucet that we paid extra for was not up-graded...nor have we received the up-graded faucet! Received a response via email from Hamilton requesting a phone conference, twice, he never called! He also ensured me that the house had been inspected at least 12 times and was professional cleaned....please take time to look at the attached photos (just a sampling) of the crappiest construction job and professional cleaning!
Hamilton Home Builders is all about QUANTITY over quality and most definitely does not pride themselves in customer service!
