I was introduced to CIS a year and a half ago during a new home purchase & mortgage insurance needs.
CIS made it easy & have been very thorough! Working with Rhonda Thompson has been amazing. She is pro-active & easy to speak with.
As a matter of fact, she recommended we shop Auto rates during a recent Mortgage update… She did and saved me $$$…!
I hope our relationship continues for years to come.

I can't recommend Michelle Barkley at CIS Insurance enough for handling our homeowners' insurance quotes at our manufactured home dealership. Awesome Service! Recently had to have roof replaced and the carrier that CIS Insurance placed me with provided excellent service. The process was seamless! Amy Emerson at CIS went above and beyond! She followed up on completion status and updated my policy which in turn provided a reduction in premium. WIN WIN Something I had not even thought of. Thank you, Amy and CIS for having my best interest at heart!

One Never Knows how good their insurance is until there's a claim. It's true! In all my years I've never experienced such a stress free claim! I highly recommend CIS Insurance! Thanks to Amy Emerson and Tammy Bostick. If you have not let CIS quote your insurance you are taking a HUGE risk! I know because I experienced a claim.

CIS Insurance Agency services my insurance. I am very pleased with the level of service I receive! There is always a friendly agent or customer service rep available to help me! Being able to get a live person anytime I call in means a lot!!! Also, knowing I can have all of my insurance serviced under one roof with options to shop my rates should I ever see an increase, makes CIS a win-win in my opinion!!!! If one is looking to find the most coverage for the money, CIS is your place period. There are a lot of good insurance agencies here in our area. However, good is not good enough for me...My grandfather said, "Your insurance is as good as your agent." He was so correct on this! CIS sells many different companies from SAFCO to TRAVELERS and so many more-around thirteen different companies under one roof. That impressed us. We simply told the agent what coverage we were looking for and our budget. She called us back, told us what she could do and what she could not do. She didn't try to sell us, she honestly wanted to protect us! That my friend made all the difference!!! If CIS cannot beat your cost of protection they will simply tell you. Moreover, when we had a claim, CIS fought for us! Integrity in Insurance is hard to find this day and time, but I can tell you from experience it still exists at CIS Insurance.
