The Haase people are so nice to work with. They also know what they’re doing, and do an excellent job. Most appreciated is their willingness to do smaller jobs, and not insist on a major remodel.
I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about Haase Construction. They (all) are friendly, respectful, efficient, mindful (of their customer's hard earned money) PATIENT and all around great to work with! Tom & Riley were there everyday, on time and stayed an entire "work day" each time (instead of leaving at lunch time then going off to another job) until the project was done. They, along with Bill, Garrett, The Cholette Brothers (electricians) and Pat (plumber) were all very meticulous... you could hardly tell anyone had been there after they left! I will not hesitate to share their name with everyone I know and will definitely be calling on them again for future projects!
*I had my laundry room relocated from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor/master bathroom. They removed the existing garden tub and replaced it with my washer/dryer. I'm over the moon ecstatic with the results!
A complete Waste of time!..... Had to reschedule a few times. Set up an appointment with Bill the estimator. Already gave a price before coming out to home or knowing Full details. Guy was very nice, but a little disconnected. Stated that a Kitchen repair/remodel was going to be approximately $50k, Full Basement Finishing 50k. Seems like they just stick with a figure a run with it. Gave him rough drawing of basement finishing. After he left the home days later he stated we have to come to office to see what's going to paid for and worked on. Wouldnt release sketches / drawings even though we gave basically what we wanted to be done beforehand. And as far as estimate Email a rough price of of low 30k, but basement was going to be 90k. Nothing more, No Details ....But for 90k I have to come in to see sketches. Bill the Estimator seemed disconnected and confused of pictures he took of Electric Breaker box stating we need a New one. The slots wasn't all the way used and some breakers was for things that was removed. So why should we spend Extra Money for that. I wanted a detailed quote for that amount. Never heard back. My Son reached out to owner "Norm" Owner seems a little strange, gets on the line and finds out somewhat of the situation. And just cuts the conversation and very nervously "states that "HAASE Construction doesn't want to get involved with the projects." So it's best we move on..... Weird.... But they send out these Christian cards at Christmas with Bible Scriptures,... Wanted to Finish Basement and open up Home Ministry. I guess we will find Someone else to do that.
God Bless Norm, in this day and time you and your Company Needs it. Just a little advice, if you're Company isn't interested in a Project, Let the Home Owner know very quickly so they can move on...Okay. By the way Please Remove me off your Mailing list for Christmas, I would want you to waist your Money on Me.
