What a great team of people to work with. Would definitely recommend. They cleaned up my nightmare & really did make it look like it never even happened. I hope to never have to have an issue again, but if I do I will call these guys back for sure!

The staff at ServPro was excellent. April, Renea and Kevin worked closely with us during Michigan's recent flood in Aug 24. They sent a very professional, courtesy, kind and friendly staff. They went above and beyond to help us. As we are a elderly couple. I was so amazed at the work. And I would recommend them to anyone that has a flood in their basement. I can’t say how their actual service is because I never got that far. It almost two weeks after I called for the first available appointment for someone to come out look at the property give a quote. After that it was over a week and I still hadn’t received one. So I went elsewhere.

WOW! Professional, friendly, and quick. We had raw sewage in our basement due to broken floor drains. These guys showed up and did everything. They brought a dumpster for all of our destroyed property AND hauled it all out! All we had to do was tell them what to launch. We hope to never require their service again but if ever we do they will be the only ones we call and I will recommend them to everyone I know!! Fast, professional, friendly, and efficient

Company removed water from basement, removed a foot of dry on two small walls, took out a few items, and did a mold treatment. Used a bunch of blowers and dehumidifiers for 3 days. We turned them off by 2 to 2.5 days, basement dry and noise to much. Cost $8088.88, insurance policy benefit $10,000. My adjuster reached out to them, they thought excessive amount. Adjuster was advised how many blowers they used, manpower, etc. Had they been up front and given us an estimate of cost, I would have done it myself. The average cost of contract grade blower is $150.00, I could have bought as many as they used for less. Top it all off, my husband and I pulled almost everything out of basement. We lost almost everything in our basement.

When you call a company for their type of work, and they cant show up for over 24 hours, and worse push if back further cause a MAJOR company called after you appt was set up... lack of professionalism. Not saying didnt do work, and then added more work for me, to clean, rehang items, oh and fix the door they all but ripped out of jam....

Servpro did a great job of power washing our house. The staff was timely, friendly and respectful of the landscaping. AND the house looks amazing!! I definitely recommend them and will use them for future needs.

I would absolutely recommend this company! The crew was fantastic. They put me at ease during a stressful time and made me feel like a valued customer. The work they did was exceptional and looks great!

When our basement flooded, we contacted ServPro of Carleton-Maybee. An estimator and a representative came out promptly to look at the damage and explain the process. They worked directly with our insurance company on the quote and payment. The crew was professional and friendly and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. Someone from their crew or office was in contact with us every day (6-day project) to update us on their progress.

Had a lot of trouble with them trying to clean up after a kitchen fire. Communication was extremely delayed and we were constantly left wondering what was next. The first time the house was cleaned, barely any of the work was done. You could see where someone put their finger through the soot, yet never cleaned it. A company employee saw and agreed at how poor the job was done.

Last communication with the company, they still plan on charging the full amount despite all the trouble we have had with them. They don't try hard to correct issues or mistakes.

For restoration, we have been using another area contractor. He is a good example of what great communication looks like and partners with us to get insurance to cover what needs to be covered.
