Blown away with HRS and mainly Hector. I was provided Hectors name and number by a friend. I had Goettl come out 31 days ago due to a noise. They charged me $553. for a hard start and didn't even fix the noise. I found out later hard starts are $8 - $25.00. The guy was only there for an hour. My AC quit working Sunday evening. Hector was at my house at 11:18 am the next morning while I stayed at work. By 12:01 pm he alerted my condenser motor went out, sent me the work order. He said he could fix today, I approved the work order online. My AC was fixed by 1:18 pm I never once had to leave work to let him in, sign something in person, or turn my AC on, so he could work/check. He turned it on by the unit on the roof, I signed online and paid online. SUPER easy, convenient and fair. I was charged $354. vs Goettl quoted $833.00 I still cannot believe how easy this all went yesterday. After a few hours, my house was nice and chilly. THANK YOU so much HRS & Hector.
