Drew was very knowledgeable and friendly and also VERY honest and didn't try to get us to do anything that wasn't needed on our air conditioner. His prices were very reasonable.
My sister recommended him, he did a MAJOR job for her. He replaced her air conditioner and duct work as well as fixing other problems. My sister knew everything was a mess and needed replacing but she had already tried using another company that made things worse. She had doubts that another company would be any better. Drew and Tru Comfort have been great. My old HVAC started leaking, so I solicited a number of bids. Tru Comfort not only had a very competitive bid, but they were also the most thorough. They gave me 6 options so I could figure out the exact system mix I wanted, each with full AHRI efficiency ratings. Drew also did the opposite of upselling me, talking me out of some of the more expensive options. And his bid included extra work like re-running lines to the thermostat as they were starting to look pretty dodgy.
Install was quick and easy, and so far the system is working great.

Found Tru comfort heating and cooling on google. I was needing a repair of my heater. I wasn't interested in calling the company I had used for several years due to things not getting repaired very well and always getting an upsell pitch instead. Gave Tru comfort a call because of their reviews. I figured it couldn't be any worse than what I had tried. Drew, responded and evaluated the problem and had a solution immediately. He diagnosed and fixed the problem, no upsell, no song and dance. Just fixed it (earlier than expected) and explained everything very well. The response certainly gained my trust in in their company. I will use them from now on. The difference here is they do not work on commission, they are highly trained and will be honest. You will not be sorry.

Changing over to a new HVAC system is not a small decision. There are many choices out there, but Drew and Tru-Comfort should absolutely be on your short list. He is a true professional and will patiently walk you through the entire process and all the options you might consider. His prices are very fair, it is bottom-line (no surprises), and his work is exactly what you would count on, timeliness, maintenance, and accessible. Very highly recommend!

Drew is an expert repairman, he explained everything that was wrong and promptly found the part I needed to my A/C unit.

Recently had the AC unit replaced in October by a different company but was having some troubles with the fan constantly running despite reaching the appropriate temperature. A friend had also had their unit replaced by this company and complained about needing to call them out many times to work on it. I decided to go with Tru Comfort instead and get the job done right the first time. Turns out the original company never replaced the wiring appropriately and did not even connect all the wires up. Drew showed me pictures of how the wiring was exposed, and due to fading in the sun, you could not even tell the colors of the wire to connect properly. We redid the wiring completely and installed the appropriate thermostat so that I could have heat. Drew had to work late to make sure the work got done and checked in the following day to ensure it was performing as it should be. I was grateful with the install since the kids will be returning back to the home with me for the next week. Very professional and helpful.

Tru Comfort is our go to Heating and Cooling company. They are very honest and trustworthy and they don't try to up sell. We had them assess the A/C for a rental property and Drew came back with repair options. I asked about replacement and he gave me two quotes for different systems. We chose to replace the system and our tenant said Drew was incredibly nice and easy to work with. I would highly recommend.

The staff was professional and curious. The prices are comparable with the competition. Drew was the technician and was extremely thorough. When the tune up was done I was given a 9 page report detailing every step of the service performed as well as recommendations to prolong the life of my system. I will recommend them to everyone.

Had an AC unit go out. Drew and the guys at Tru Comfort were super responsive, very knowledgable and great to work with. We had a really tight attic to work in and at first thought we were going to have to enlarge the attic access (lots of extra work and time) but the guys made it work and shoehorned the new air handler right in there! The absolute best HVAC service I've ever received, was from Tru Comfort! Drew really knows his business, and was able to explain things to me about my unit (and HVAC systems in general), that I never knew. He takes the time to explain and provide photos of your unit as well. And, he stays in touch via text/email to confirm appointments. And, the price was right. You can totally trust him, as he won’t try to sell you services you don’t need. Have only great things to say about Tru Comfort, where we have a multi-year service contract. We love Drew, and he was recently very prompt in helping fix our broken A/C in the extreme heat when our home warranty company couldn't send someone for over 48 hours.

I would highly recommend Tru Comfort Heating & Cooling. Drew was out with in 15 minutes of our call as was the owner Brad to help restore our AC. They were both informative and productive. They had our AC back up and running in less than an hour. We will definitely be using them for all heating and AC in the future.

***** So a year later I called the owner Brad and had him and his team replace our entire HVAC system on our house. Their system let me know they were on their way and the showed up right on time, They had to old system out and the new one in pretty quick. They cleaned up after themselves, gave a detailed tutorial on how to use everything.

The new system is awesome.

They contact me in advance to schedule each check up and service.

*****So it has now been a year and half, I had a issue with my thermostat, which disconnected from the internet. I gave Brad a call and he and his tech showed up with in 2 hours and he had it back up and running in no time. Not only do they do great work, but their continuous service and response is second to no one.

June 2021 - This was the one year service appointment for my new heating and air conditioning system. The guys did a fantastic job with the setup and follow up regularly to make sure everything is working to my satisfaction. I am extremely satisfied with the service that I am receiving from them.

Update in June of 2025 - We had a power surge go through our neighborhood last night and our air conditioner stopped working. I left a message for Brad this morning and he called me back within 5 minutes and let me know what I could do to stop any further possible damage to the unit. He was there 30 minutes later and had the whole thing back up and running shortly thereafter. The price I was charged was much lower than I expected for such a quick response and fix. Amazing!

To be honest I went with them first off because of the pink vans. I thought the supported Breast Ca Awareness. Turns out They DO and a whole lot more.
Drew is one of the owner's and was my technician. Drew is a Veteran and their company was founded because to provide low cost but quality services to the community and they support a host of events and charities as well. Drew provide a good service and for a reasonable price was able to add a start assist kit for longevity of the unit.
