Unlike many other small GC businesses, Guillermo always gave a detailed and clear estimate of work required, and followed this up with really high quality work done in a timely and professional way. He worked on multiple areas of our 270 year old house (1750's homestead) and I trust him to complete difficult and technical work. You can rely on him for a honest and pragmatic approach to repairs and improvements, and he'll work within your budget if it's realistic. We've since moved to the West Coast, but if we were still local, I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

GZ General Contracting brought my 100 year old house back to life after it had suffered many years of neglect. The job included everything: plaster, sheetrock, carpentry, cement, tilework, drainage, driveway, windows and more. They did an amazing job, fast and efficient and with great communication and sensitivity to my wishes. I can't say enough how happy I am with the job they did and the positive experience it was to work with them!

GZ Construction replaced an old screen porch facing our deck with a space enclosed by double-hung windows and a storm door with a roll-down screen. They were able to completely remove the old porch screening and walls with minimal disruption and build the replacement using Azek materials. Their attention to detail was amazing and the space they built for us far exceeds our expectations. They also replaced some rotting wood facia boards on the roof near the chimney with Azek. As a bonus, GZ quickly fixed a leak that had been dripping rain water into the old porch for years. We will certainly be using GZ Construction again for future projects.
