Gunner made effort to make sure my home was protected by the elements when it was raining and my skylight had a leak. Overall, they are a much higher price, but the only company offering 15 year warranties. They check in and try to accommodated us coming before a snow storm and for this reason we recommend!

The Gunner crew boss, Danny, and his crew worked very hard in cold and icy weather and got the whole roof done in one day, Very impressive and appreciated. The logistics of material delivery, dumpster delivery and pick up and clean up was also done efficiently. Danny was also very responsive to all questions and status matters. We were very happy with the end result and received a fair estimate for our roof. Our salesman Ryan and our project manager Andrew were great! Great experience with Gunner roofing. From the start with sales rep Jeremy who provided a detailed quote and explained all the materials used with no pressure. To finish with project manager Edwin who came to the house to walkthrough all the work to be done and schedule an install date. Roof install was completed in one day by his crew Atlas, who took the time after to pick up all nails and debris on the property and leave it as it was before. Edwin also provided me with photos of the progress throughout the day and walked me through everything done at the end of the job. I highly recommend Gunner to anyone and would recommend everyone named above for a great job.

I had a wonderful experience with Gunner putting up a new roof. The whole team, especially Victor, were incredibly proactive, responsive and professional. They made it a seamless experience, even bumping up the timing to beat a bad storm on the horizon and finishing the job fast. After bad experiences with other contractors, this one was a pleasure.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience using Gunner Roofing. From the start, I met with Brian for the initial quote to do the job. He was super knowledgeable and expressed how happy he was working with Gunner Roofing , which in these ages is rare to hear that someone loves their job. After dealing with Brian, I was assigned Victor as my project manager, Again, Victor was super accommodating from the initial phone conversation, super detailed and made me feel comfortable about using Gunner Roofing. The day of the install, a crew of about a dozen people showed up super organized and had the roof done in one day along with the gutters. I also have to mention the day before the install there was a change made, and Victor and the staff at Gunner Roofing made the change seamless and effortless which included extra material the next day, and did the install as well. I also have to mention that Victor coordinated with the dumpster company to ensure that my brand new driveway was not damaged at all. They came out days prior with sheets of plywood to protect my driveway yet another aspect of how detailed and customer oriented they are. My final thoughts on Gunner Roofing like I stated previously from the start, everything was communicated and explained and knowledgeable manner. Everyone I encountered on the gun staff really showed that they cared about their customers and the quality of their work. Gunner Roofing was an absolute pleasure to work with for my Roof and Gutter replacements. They came in with a massive team of professionals from the project managers to the workers all were professional and respectful. They completed my entire 2950 square foot roof so fast that it was over and cleaned up before Christmas and we started it only a couple days before! A big shout out to an amazing team all around you deserve 5 stars Brian, Gabriel, Andrew and Vic for managing this project like pros!

Gunner did an incredible job on our roof and repaired some siding. The work was done professionally and my project manager Mike was extremely communicative keeping me up to date on everything. He also knew exactly what was happening at all times even when he wasn’t on site. He responded to any questions I had immediately. The crew did a great job on the roof and left my yard and deck cleaner than when they came. Highly recommend gunner for any roofing or siding jobs.

Mike Macchia was fantastic to work with on our roof repair. He listened to all our needs and worries, and made sure to get our job done even during the busiest of seasons - right during the holidays. Quality of work was excellent and price was reasonable. They did an amazing job on my home’s siding and roof replacement. The team was skilled and experienced.

I hired Gunner for my roofing, siding and window replacement needs. Over all the workmanship was professional and they lived up to their promise; that I would be very happy once all the work was done. Workers remained on tasks at all times and ended the day cleaning up and setting up for the following day. I can't sing higher accolades to Gabriel, Crew Manager, for the amazing job he did. He finished the job within the timeframe I was given in spite of some rainy days and his being a one man working machine at times. Connor, Project Manager, was very professional and checked in either in person or by phone. He returned calls or texted quickly so I felt I always had access if I needed to get in touch with him. Connor always answerd all my questions and would follow up if need be. He always had a cheerful disposition, was friendly and very approachable. He even helped me with concerns that weren't even part of the project. I recommend Gunner without hesitation.

The team did a great job on the roof and was very reliable in working everyday until it was completed. Mike was always very responsive to any questions that I had during the process which I value a lot. Good work and communication are keys to success and Gunner hit both right on target! I had a great experience with Gunner Roofing. I appreciated sales person answering my questions no matter how stupid with no hint of a condescending tone (I'm a certified tone police) and an attentive project manager. The website was user friendly, service was quick, and the quote/billing was transparent. I highly recommend.

Gunner put a roof on my house in 4 days, as promised. Work was done professionally and looks good. After several heavy rains, no problems with the shingles. Price was very reasonable compared with other quotes that I received and work was begun within 3 weeks of signing contract.
Kudos to Sean , the foreman on the job. He kept me apprised of the work schedule and was always available when I had questions about the work.After work was completed he returned ,as promised, and did a final cleanup and touch up of the work.

We had our roof replaced by Gunner a month ago. From quote to scheduling to completion was smooth and professional. Brian was excellent and responsive during the quote and color selection process. While we were traveling out of the country, Project Manager Mike took care of the job, kept us posted by sharing pictures of status. We returned home to see a great quality roof job by Gunner. I highly recommend Gunner and would definitely make use of their services in the future.

My house looks like a brand new build! They were the most competitively priced with the most resources. Super responsive. The crew showed up on time everyday and were able to complete the work in the timeline they said they would. We are really happy with the quality and work.

I also want to shout out our project manager, Connor. Huge perk of picking this company. He was on-site almost everyday, constantly updating us with photos and making sure everything was done perfectly. He (and the crew) would adjust, tweak and fix any issue or design question that came up.

I highly recommend Gunner Roofing to any homeowner that needs to replace their roof or siding. I had both done by Gunner and am thrilled with the results and the customer service I received during this project. I worked with Brian Demersky who was utterly patient with me during the initial proposal stage and took the time to educate me on my roofing and siding options. Once we went into contract, I had the best project manager, Joe Dugan who oversaw the whole project and updated me daily and went above and beyond with the clean up and making sure I was happy with the results. The crew was fantastic and this whole process was made simple and easy with Gunner. I could not be more pleased with the outcome and compliments are pouring in from my neighbors. I am happy to now be part of the Gunner family! Highly recommend!

My daughter won a new roof when entered in a drawing at an expo. Your company replaced her garage roof and did a wonderful job. I have to say that she said that she was treated so well by everyone involved. On top of getting a roof for free, she was so happy with everyone she encountered in your company.

I met Sean Hogan when I was at her house, the day of the roof replacement, and I had asked if he could take a look at my mother-in-law’s garage roof. We thought it was leaking and needed to be replaced, as there were areas in the garage that showed some water damage. Sean came out to her house and looked at the roof thoroughly and examined the areas inside the garage where we saw areas of leakage. The damage inside was not as bad as we thought and Sean found that the roof had leaks around the nails, that were coming up, that the previous roofer had placed in the tiles. Sean said he would just have to place caulking over those areas and would be back. He returned the next day and placed the caulking in the areas that needed it, at no expense.

Since my mother in law was recently diagnosed with Stage IV cancer, it helped to alleviate her worry about having to pay for a new roof. It is nice to know that there are still caring individuals and companies that are willing to do things for people that need the help. He could have easily told us that the roof needed to be replaced and we wouldn’t have known the difference.

Sean was very kind, caring and compassionate. He is definitely a positive asset to your company and I just wanted to let you know that, and I would definitely recommend your company to anyone that is looking for the services that you provide.

This was a large job with a fair bit of detail work and a few curve balls along the way- like the family of squirrels that they evicted from my attic. Mike and the team were here every day until the roof was done to our satisfaction.

Great job overall on the roof and skylights. In working with Sean, Raul and the team, several things stand out (1) they care about details. For example, they fixed an architectural error of my house of a flat roof section by adding a slight slant and lining it with beautiful copper work, which many neighbors have commented on. (2) they are really good on communication with the client via photos , FaceTime and in person. And in particular Sean is a great guy to work with. (3) when they made an error they went all out and fixed it, when I think most other companies would not have. Very impressed. (4) it’s a hard working crew. Thanks everyone.

From the beginning they were very attentive in responding to my questions to get the job done. Opon arriving at my home they informed me what was happening. All the workers were very professional. They covered everything up as not to make a mess. They stripped roof, replaced wood as necessary, an replaced shingles. All was done in 1day.

This was the very best experience. We've worked with many contractors over the years and this company is a standout. We wanted Hardie siding and Gunner proved to be the most qualified. The crew arrived on time every day, took a short lunch break and were back on the job in no time. Benito and his team worked from 8am to 6pm and accommodated all of our requests. Conor is the most responsive and helpful project manager ever. Andrew helped us figure out what we needed, clearly explained the various Hardie product costs and patiently answered our questions. This is our first project with Gunner, and it was an amazing experience; they installed a new roof (standing seam metal and asphalt shingles) on our home. Our project was managed by Anthony Alvarado who was outstanding is his role as project manager. He was knowledgable, and extremely patient in dealing with the twist and turns typically seen in construction. He oversaw and attended to every question and concern with care that we had along the way. His attention to detail and standard for quality is exceptional; simply the best contractor experience we’ve ever had. His team was equally professional, skilled, and dedicated. All our requested changes and adjustments were swiftly dealt with, and done without hesitation to further perfect the end product.
