My roof was damaged after hurricane Ida. The people from Guaranty Sheet Metal were very helpful and sympathetic to my issues with the roof. I was told it would take a while. The workers who came to put the roof on were very respectful of our property and neighbors property. The work was done timely and there were no surprises.

Excellent experience throughout! Working with contractors can be scary, you just never know if the guys doing the work are going to do a good job, but I can tell you without any hesitation that Gauranty should be your roofing contractor. The inspector was knowledgeable, and was happy to share with me everything he saw upon inspecting two areas of my roof that were leaking. The estimate was clear, concise, and covered everything that was discussed in the inspection. The work crew was on time, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond the work scope where necessary. Afterwards, they cleaned up the site meticulously, and the billing was exactly as discussed. You will not find a better family owned roofing contractor in the metro area.

These guys are extremely unresponsive and provide poor customer service, especially Dennis in the front office. It took over a month with them sending two guys and probably eight phone calls by me to the office due to a leak in my ceiling. The first guy couldn’t figure out the problem and of course they didn’t call me to tell me that it took me calling them. The second guy came by and maybe was more knowledgeable but said that it was a problem in a window rather than the roof. Now over a month with no resolution and I’m back to the drawing board with how to fix the problem. Dennis gives an attitude as if I’m bothering him trying to get my roof fixed.

Reasonable pricing, very professional and very skilled at what they do. I use them for all my projects that require copper and metal.
