After a recent hailstorm damaged my house, I didn't know where to start. I called the company my insurance referred me to. They didn't respond for days. I started looking online for contractors and GSO Contracting stood out. I called the number and spoke directly to Herman. He came out immediately to survey the damage. After receiving the check from my insurance company and I presented it to Herman, his team of professionals came to my house early and didn't stop until the job was done! Amazing company. Very professional, efficient, and detailed. They took time out to go over everything in detail and explain on the level that made sense. They helped me to navigate the process with my insurance company and took time out to address any additional questions they had. I was shocked that they were able to remove and replace my roof in one day in spite of the size and many levels. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Herman did the roof on our church sanctuary. He gave us a price that was truly God honoring. He did not try to take advantage of us being an entity but rather did his best to provide us with an architectural shingle roof at the best price possible. We will definitely be using him for all of our church’s roofing needs!

I spoke with Herman directly over the phone and in person. My home needed an entire roof replacement, vinyl siding and gutters due to extreme hail damage. . I would have to say that GSO Contracting Inc's work, pricing, performance and completion time are top tier.

Herman and GSO contracting did an amazing job. Herman was very easy to reach and answered all my questions. His team completed my new roof, siding and gutters in a timely manner. His team did a wondeful job. 5 stars performance

To preface I say this AS A ROOFER MYSELF, I have reason to believe this company pays deductibles as I called both the door hanger mobile number and office number listed- to which I asked both men(maybe the same guy) if the “you pay 500$ or less for your roof” was legit and I told him my deductible is $1000. I acted as if i didn’t understand the process . Eventually, more and more he tried to explain how they cover it, I finally proceeded then to ask if he would cover the 500$ of my deductible , the answer was “yes, yes now your understanding”. I even asked if he could cover the whole thing. He did not say no. I then said “isn’t that insuracne fraud?” He said “No we are not like most companies” Literal admission to insurance fraud. DO NOT SELECT GSO CONTRACTING IF YOU WANT TO RUN THE RISK OF JAILTIME. IF the cut corners up from what do you think they’ll do (or not do) to your home. Zero star review if I could for putting a bad name on the roofing industry.

Herman and his team did a great job replacing the roof, new boots, chimney flashing, etc on our investment property! They were very fast and efficient! They also cleaned up the site extremely well. Their price was very competitive and they scheduled quickly. I would highly recommend them!!

The owner personally came to assess my situation, and upon assuring me that the damage should meet insurance guidelines, he also returned to do a walk through with the insurance agent. I would highly recommend GSO Contractors for any roofing job. Hermen had excellent communication and was very professional from start to finish. He was able to come out the same day I called to provide an estimate.

About a week after I received the quote I called Hermen to tell him we would like to hire them and schedule them to come. They were able to come the same day to complete the full roof replacement. The workers were efficient and were able to finish the job in one day. They all did a great job cleaning up debris after they finished.

Most of all, they truly stand behind their work! I would gladly hire them again for any roof replacement or repair I would need.

We have been working with GSO contractors on replacing our roof. They noticed some missing shingles after a storm and immediately came and put roof tarps on our home so no farther damage was caused. We began working with our insurance and a wonderful representative for GSO contractors. He explained the process to us and gave us lots of options. We scheduled them and they came out and had the job done in 2days! I was home both days the entire time. They covered our bushes and moved anything that might be in the way and cleaned up afterwards and moved everything back. They did an amazing job!!! The workers were very polite and the hardest part of the process was waiting on the insurance company. The shingles we chose were exactly what they advertised and our new roof looks so amazing!!!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great price and great products.

I am the neighbor of a house owned my a property mgmt group and this company was working on their roof. They used my outdoor outlets every day they were here without permission, making my lights flicker. They used it even after I told them they did not have permission to do that. Good way to have a lawsuit on your hands.

As the roof was being completed the salesman came to us and dramatically explained that the soffit on the back of our house was rotted & needed to be replaced. He said this would cost an additional $1800. We had to have the roof & gutters completed so we had no choice. The extra work took less than an hour.

I recently had a new roof installed, the crew was great. Professional, courteous, and efficient. My new roof is beautiful and I am very pleased with GSO. I have recommended these guys to several of my friends. Thank you!
