Even though I live almost 1000 miles away, I honestly couldn't have been more pleased with my experience in purchasing a new vehicle from Gregg Young Cadillac. They received an allocation for a car I was looking for, and even though it was several months out from being built, Nick and Casey updated me constantly throughout the process all the way up until it arrived at my home. It was such a seamless process, that they will definitely be my first choice to work with if Im ever in the market for another Cadillac.

Gregg Young Cadillac roadside assistance was absolutely spectacular last week when we had a flat tire on I-80. In short time a state trooper arrived to direct traffic, Myles from Gregg Young arrived a short time later and swapped out the spare, and Lucas who helped us with our coverage. All told, they were so professional and polite and the entire experience should be a textbook example of how Roadside Assistance should work. Hats off to the team at Gregg Young Cadillac!
