We had Greg and his crew supervised by Kenny add a 10' shed dormer to the back of our 1975 Cape and I am exceedingly pleased with every aspect of the work they did. Not only is the quality of their work superb but how they did the work was just terrific. Kenny's team would start at 7AM and that meant they were parked on the street 15 minutes prior waiting to start. They kept the work site immaculate and I was surprised by how quickly they were able to complete the actual work. There were some challenges with scheduling but that was in large part due to supply chain issues and because they are in such high demand. We have a lot more work to do upstairs and I will be exclusively using Greg Lawrence in the future. I can not recommend them highly enough.

We used Greg and his 4 man crew to remove (old) and replace our house siding, repair/replace/cap posts on our front porch and repair a section of our back deck in March 2024 plus a new back door installation. How many contractors show up -very- promptly on time EVERY day, answer your question's and concerns very well and address and resolve any issues that you might have and make you feel that the project is going to turn out to be very well done? Greg's crew did all this and more. They cleaned up every day before leaving and left the job site very clean and neat. Everything was done to our total satisfaction to say the least. We plan to have Greg back for another estimate later in 2024 and back for a new job for next year. 5 stars all around.
