Green Restoration of Orange

We had a real mess on our hands with some water damage, and Green Restoration Orange was a lifesaver. They came out quickly, which was a huge relief, and were really good about explaining what they were doing. No pushy sales stuff, just straight talk. They took care of the water damage, no problem, and then we had them back to clean our air ducts. Honestly, I can't believe the difference in the air quality – it's so much better! The guys who came out were great too, super friendly and professional. They cleaned up after themselves, which I really appreciated. I called Green Restoration in October after finding years-old mold in my crawlspace joists. David came a few days later for an estimate and to confirm the extent of the issues. He calmly walked me through the areas of concern and the process of remediation. When asked about other options like encapsulation (sealing) he explained the pros and cons given the age of my home and the condition of the wood.

David was upfront about his pricing and gave me a rough number before leaving based on the treatment area size. I received a proper estimate that same day within the range discussed. David appeared super knowledgeable and made comments about dehumidification requirements and getting certain materials elevated off the concrete floor.

Green Restoration was the most affordable estimate I received from four companies. I chose GR because I determined I needed more basic service (no demolition of walls) which is exactly in GR wheelhouse. They also follow recommended cleaning standards like HEPA filtration and air pressure sealing.

The day of the work the crew was on time, polite, and thorough. They did not wear full protective gear like body suits, which I assumed was because the mold was older and inactive from years of dehumidification. Their prep was fast and professional. They left no marks or holes where the plastic sheeting went up.

The two person team worked quickly to vacuum, scrub, and disinfect all my joists. They invited me to inspect the results before allowing the air scrubbers to work over 48 hours. During my inspection I pointed out areas I felt needed more attention and without hesitation the crew did more sanding and disinfecting.

The end result removed the musty smell from the space and months later the smell is still gone. I called David recently (November) a full two months later for a few minor spots. David sent someone out and treated the areas within a week. Green Restoratiom honored their guarantee and I’d recommend them without hesitation for non-demo jobs like mine.

In 2020 i hire this company to remove asbestos from my basement I was promised a inspection to make sure there is no asbestos in the air i was told everything was ok i should not go to the basement for 1 week. I pay the balance
of money. I went down in the basement 1 week after and some still there I call and they remove the ones I saw at the time with no inspection i was told I dont need any inspection .
One year after I want to insulated the basement they couldn't do the basement
because the asbestos still there i call the company i was told by the lady in the office I didn't pay for all the asbestos to remove. i call
Marvin the supervisor he send the same people back to remove it all this time and i was was promised a inspection and they will remove it all and apologized. I went back to the basement 1 month after my vacation they cover it with foam spray I call and was told its too much work to remove the asbestos, i call the back the supervisor
marvin and i was told by him that he himself would come out to remove it's been a month now im tired off calling to remove the asbestos.
