DJ came and gave our roof the cleaning it needed as we made it ready to sell. Great communication, very responsive and most importantly he provides a quality service. He even stuck around and gave us a hand with a few loose shingles. Would definitely recommend his company for those in a similar situation!

Contacted to get a quote on cleaning my roof. Came out when he said he would and we agreed on a price to do my roof, house, and deck. Showed up when said he would and did an excellent job. Roof looks great, house and deck look fantastic. After the job was done he said there was still a solution on the roof to continue treating any mildew and lichen, after the first rain fall you could clearly see it coming down still working.

Overall I was extremely pleased with communication and more importantly, the work. I will certainly be reaching back out in the future.

Green Monster Roof Cleaning did an excellent job on our roof. DJ assessed our roof and determined the best course of action to make our roof look brand new. Our house is relatively new (built in 2015) so we were just starting to show black streaks and green moss growth. We will definitely recommend them to others. DJ Came out to clean the roof and siding on our house prior to us listing it for sale. There was a a lot of mildew especially on the back of the house and we had a lot of sap and pine needles on the roof from large trees in our yard. He did an amazing job! We had DJ out to perform 3 services at our home; roof cleaning, window and carpet cleaning. His work was impeccable and the results were beyond anything we expected!! I’m not prone to hyperbole but DJ had an unbelievable work ethic and when he finished, our home looked great! He even returned when I noticed a couple of spots on a rug return and he was able to spot treat and the spots have disappeared for good. Additionally, the cost was very fair! I had Green Monster clean my roof 3 years ago, and then I just had an appraiser come out to look at my house as I was going through a HELOC. The appraiser stepped out of his car and said, "Wow, new roof looks great!" I kid you not. The roof is 15 years old. DON'T get a new roof, call Green Monster first. Quick, easy and it works.

I will be replacing my shingles in the next few years, but in the meantime the roof cleaning makes it look so much nicer than having the moss and dark spots. Their total house cleaning (including under the decks) is fantastic!! A great experience start to finish.

The whole process was efficient and professional from getting an estimate to getting the job done. Roof cleaning and treating, power washing the entire house and the pavers of the walkway and steps, cleaning the windows inside and out! Absolutely perfect work, reasonably priced. Good things: Nice guy, feel comfy with him in my house, did a good job for what he did. Bad things: Arrived 90 minutes late. Didnt complete job. $1000 for 5 hours of work. You tell me. Left a pile of gutter cleaning debris under roof line in front of house. He said he didnt know where to put it. Lagit. Buuut he could have called me to ask or taken it away like most gutter cleaners do. Supposed to come back for work he forgot to do. Some windows inside the house and screens. He asked ME to remind him (really?) which I did and he hasn't come back. He doesnt give written quotes which if he did, the detail on them would remind him of his promises.

I just moved to a new home and were in need of a roof washing. I have a friend that does power and roof washing that gave me some ballpark numbers as what we should expect. My wife called around to different places and received outrageous quotes. I was taking in my trash when a Green Monster roof washing truck passed my house and I called the number. DJ picked up and turned around immediately to give me a quote that was along the lines of what my friend said our job should cost. I hired DJ this past fall to clean my roof and clean and seal my brick patio, walkway and driveway and to put it simple all I can say is WOW!!! He was there on time, very professional and his rates are very reasonable. I have used "franchises" in the past and there is absolutely no comparison. The big difference is he is not a marketing machine like the big franchise companies as he focuses on quality and word of mouth. I have already referred him numerous times and will continue to do so.
