I had the pleasure of working with Great Lakes Contracting post a hail storm causing damage to our roof, gutter, and screens in 2023. Evan was our representative for the company. He came out mid 2024 to inspect our home and assess the damage present. He made sure to be here before our insurance company arrived to go over what the process was going to be like and answer any questions we had. He was professional, respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made sure the adjuster was fair in their assessment and even worked to get our initial denial revisited by our home owners insurance company and then ultimately approved following a second inspection-in which he was present for the second time- early just like the first time! I absolutely was impressed with him as well as the company’s ethics and high standards!! I am looking forward to my new roof! (Coming soon!!!)
