When my roof started leaking last May, I contacted Great Lakes and had the pleasure of working with Evan Griffiths. Evan is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented. Throughout the whole process, Evan was always available and willing to answer all of my questions. He tarped my skylights, which held up perfectly all winter long. I’ve now had my whole roof replaced, and the crew did a fantastic job. They paid so much attention to detail on both the exterior work and the interior skylight work. Evan also stopped by a few times during the replacement to make sure everything was going smoothly, which again just speaks to the level of care and customer service he provides. I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had with Great Lakes. Be sure to ask for Evan if you are in need of their services!

I had the pleasure of working with Great Lakes Contracting post a hail storm causing damage to our roof, gutter, and screens in 2023. Evan was our representative for the company. He came out mid 2024 to inspect our home and assess the damage present. He made sure to be here before our insurance company arrived to go over what the process was going to be like and answer any questions we had. He was professional, respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made sure the adjuster was fair in their assessment and even worked to get our initial denial revisited by our home owners insurance company and then ultimately approved following a second inspection-in which he was present for the second time- early just like the first time! I absolutely was impressed with him as well as the company’s ethics and high standards!! I am looking forward to my new roof! (Coming soon!!!) I would NOT hesitate to contact them and I would definitely ask for Evan! Thank you Great Lakes Contracting and Evan for such a smooth, timely, and ultimately painless process! I appreciated how customer service oriented, professional, and honest everyone we worked with at the company was throughout the whole process and would not hesitate to recommend Great Lakes Contracting or Evan to any of my friends, family, and strangers too!
