Fast and reasonably priced service for roof repair. For decades my family has used Grant & Son for decades for several roof replacements and repairs in residences, rental houses, and garages. We wouldn't consider any other roofing company.

Grant and Sons did an amazing job putting on my new roof. The office staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The roofers were on time and did a fantastic job. No wonder they've been around for so long. Would certainly recommend to friends and family.

They came out on a Saturday to fix a leak we had in our roof where our roof meets our porch. They installed flashing and fixed any broken shingles we had. We haven’t had a leak since! They recently redid their showroom. It looks very impressive!

If these winds keep up, I'm sure I'll be seeing a lot more of them this year, until I finally get them to replace the whole roof (the house is only 10 years old, and they didn't put the original roof on unfortunately...or else I wouldn't be having these problems).

They came out on a weekend and did not charge me extra. Friendly and got the job done. They did some shingle repairs and sealed spots they thought leaks were coming from. I would use them again.

I called Grant and Sons for a quote on a metal roof. Owner came out personally and quoted a fair price. I had questions about the thickness gauge of the metal to be applied. The owner cut a piece and brought to my house for me to compare with competitors. Installation crew were nice , polite and very courteous. As I do with all contractors, I judge them on how well they clean up. Before they left, I walked around garage and could only find 2 screws. Furthermore, Had a problem after installation, Owner came out 1 hour after the call and remedied it on spot. I would recommend Grant and Sons fully.

Great company. Good service. Have always been very helpful. The office manager has always taken time to answer my questions. They showed up on time, did an excellent job. Would hire them again.

Grant and Sons did the roof on my pre1900's house in Harrington, De. It had three layers of old asphalt shingles over cedar shakes. It was a big, nasty job. But Bob, and his crew, came in handled business. Not only were they the cheapest but they knocked it out in short order. Please don't base your choice on how someone feels about their experience with the secretary. These guys are the real deal.

We hired Grant and Son's to reshingle our roof. There was rotten wood around some sky lights that they replaced. While the guys were working they dented out gutters with their ladders and said they would fix it, no one ever did. After the first rain we had a sky light leaking, the woman on the phone was rude but sent someone out. That guy says there is no flashing that's why it's leaking. He pumps some caulk above the window and we get a bill for 25 bucks. Call after call NO RETURN CALL and they never fixed the flashing or leak.

We had two roofing jobs done with this company. Estimate was very fair and workers were hardworking and cleaned up thoroughly. We were very happy with the work.

Called a few roofing companies, Grant & Sons what the most professional. They are an established company in Milford De. They other companies seemed to just be a guy and a truck. They have some impressive equipment to help get the job done quickly. The crew is local and all speak English, this is very helpful to make sure the job gets done correctly!

Whoever answered the phone needs to be fired , experience with her was totally unpleasant so I googled another company in the area and they installed my roof , I am a buyer and this company lost a lot of business within a short conversation , I will make sure the other contractors/buyers do not work with this company .
