Grange Home Improvements is Fabulous! They replaced my cottage roof after a storm. The work was fast efficient and they kept a clean work area! I recommend them to anyone looking for roofing or home improvements! Thank you Steve!

Grange came out to address a couple issues we had with our home. They explained everything thoroughly and actually determined we needed less intense and expensive work than previously told. They were knowledgeable and personable. I appreciate anyone who wants to earn their money honestly! Will not hesitate to call them for future needs.

Grange Home Improvement was super responsive when I needed immediate roofing work completed to sell my house. The quote was reasonable and comparable to others in the area. There was excellent communication throughout the process and Steve and his crew did a wonderful job replacing the roof on my breezeway.

So happy I called Grange Home Improvement for an estimate on roof damage from a storm. He immediately referred me to a Public Adjuster who was able to negotiate with insurance for a better settlement. Steven and his crew were professional, on time, polite, and cleaned up each day before leaving. Communication was excellent, and I enjoyed getting to know Steven. I will definitely be calling Grange Home Improvement for any future home repairs.

Steve Grange and his crew did an awesome job on my roof! I had some wind damage and didn’t realize the extent of the damage.
I called Grange Home Improvements and he was there the next day. He did a temporary fix to stop a leak and then after a thorough inspection/assessment, put me in touch with a Public Adjuster who assisted in getting the entire roof repaired, through my insurance company!
It was a fast and easy process, they did the job in well under a week. Steve also was able to replace 3 large skylights with the exact make/model I requested. I am extremely happy with my new roof, my new skylights, and the entire process! Thank you Steve and your crew!

Grange Home Improvements LLC is easily the best contractor I have worked with. A windstorm ripped up the rooves on some of my out-buildings, and Steve helped me traverse the insurance jungle, and get the job done. Steve was extremely responsive to all my calls and inquiries, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me get the best repair that I could.

When it came to doing the actual job, they came right on time, tore all my old rooves off, and had everything replaced and looking better than new in under 2 days. Their clean-up was also phenomenal. If you've had a roof done before, you know roofing nails and old shingle pieces get everywhere, it's inevitable. His crew made sure to clean everything up, and several weeks later I still haven't found a single nail in my yard. They made sure not to damage plants growing near the buildings they were repairing, and made the roof look as good as it did new. He even repaired some old rafters that were not a part of the insurance claim for just the price of materials.

Overall exceptionally great group of guys who truly know roofing and are passionate about what they do. I cannot recommend them enough.

Steve and his team did an EXCELLENT JOB on my roof, siding, gutters, and windows. Definitely recommend this company for your home improvement needs. Already planning on hiring them again, to do some interior work in the near future.

Steve and his team recently replace our roof, installed a new skylight and gutter guards. They were onsite early every day and did not leave each day until the site was cleaned. They secured and sealed each seam of sheathing before shingles were installed. Quality workmanship! I highly recommend these guys!

Steve and the team crushed it! Called last year for a new roof on house and garage, Steve and his guys made quick work of it all, priced it reasonably, and made it look so nice! This year, Steve and the guys(Murphy, Shawn, Brad, and Doug) have dealt with our insurance company, got us through the claim process, and are now installing siding, gutters! After the fire we had it felt like our home would never be normal again, the insurance claim process was intimidating, and we were overwhelmed. Steve has treated us just like family, has taken care in all parts of the process to keep us informed, is performing high quality work which looks great, all while being friendly, courteous, and professional. My husband and I were in the process of switching insurance companies, when, with less than 2 weeks to go before the switch, they informed us that they would not cover us because of the condition of our roof. We received a prompt quote from Steve AND he was able to make sure that our roof was done within the timeframe that we needed for insurance purposes. He and his crew were courteous and did the job within 2 days. They cleaned up each day and left no mess. My roof looks great, we have no leaks after some very heavy rain, and we are very happy with the finished work and service that was received. We highly recommend this company.

AMAZING customer service. Responded to a Facebook ad I posted and was here within hours to do probably the smallest job possible but he was more than willing. Will definitely use in the future for all needs.

I give Grange Home Improvements a solid 10! Steve was awesome, he came during covid 19 same day I called to inspect damages to my home siding due to high winds made temporary repairs right away. Steve explained everything in detail on next steps as well handled everything with the insurance company, he even had to fight for more money that the insurance company was trying not to pay and he won. Seemless process for me. I highly recommend Grange Home Improvements you won't be disappointed.

The owner, Steve, was great to work with. He was responsive, returning phone calls promptly and showing up as promised. He took pride in the quality of his work, as he quickly addressed any issues I had brought to his attention. He and his crew cleaned up the property thoroughly at the end of each day. Steve and his workers were top notch! Within days of initial contact, they were onsite and working. They removed the shingles and cleaned up the entire mess without any evidence of the task. They worked continuously to get the job done quickly. They also replaced gutter guards and replaced shingles over a bay window. I was amazed at how fast they worked and the progress they made each day.The new shingles look great. I would definitely recommend Grange Home improvements for roofing needs. We are considering a bathroom remodel in the future and will be consulting with Grange Home Improvements.

I had called several roofing companies for a repair job . I was lucky to reach Steve . I told him about the problem I had . He took the time to talk to me while he was work on somebody's roof . He sent an associate to repair my roof that day . The young man took pictures before and after the job , replacing the shingles and sealing them in place . I was very pleased with the job they did ,very dependable and professional .

Steve was very solid. Responsive, got right to it, consulted and showed me what the issue/problem was, discussed a solution, and took care of everything. He was willing to take the time to diagnose the issue, deal with someone else's work and solve the problem. Biggest thing was Steve wanted to help and he was willing to price very appropriately.

We lost a piece of siding in a recent storm and we were having trouble finding somebody to help us because obviously this isn't a big job, most places did not call us back except Steve! He was a pleasure to do business with and did a great job and it was nice to find somebody who is willing to help even though he knew it wasn't going to be a big money job. We are very happy with our new roof. Our roof had wind damage from a storm and Steven handled the insurance claim including working with them when they only wanted to cover 1/2 of my roof, they ended up covering 100%. He uses top quality name brand products. Unlike other roofing companies, Steven does the work WITH his crew who are hard working, nice guys who care about keeping the site clean, they cleaned up the site every day. We highly recommend Grange Home improvements, our neighbors are now using Steven and his crew.

awesome guy didn't hire him for work. because I found him to late otherwise I would have used him. I just got off the phone and asked for a quote on something else I want and he gave me the guidance I needed to do the project write and to make sure I wasn't being taken advantage of. speaks a lot for someone who is not making any money off of me. wish I would of found this company sooner!!!
