Even though he was going out of town and swamped, Rick still took time out of his day to look at pictures and try to help me over the phone. I can tell he really cares about people and knows his business. I really appreciated it so much.

I called Rick for an inspection but he was super busy. Despite that he gave me a call and spoke with me about the potential issues I did find. He was very knowledgeable and even pointed out a couple things I didn't notice. Ive never had work done by then so I can't speak to their pricing or workmanship but in the RV industry, a knowledgeable mechanic can save you thousands as well as the high blood pressure associated with costly repairs.

I called & waited a week & called again & waited another week with no reply. I decided to dewinterize my camper myself & will winterize it myself. I assume my little job was too small for him to be bothered. There's a handy man at the campground where I stay so I don't need Rick's repair now. I would've appreciated a call back tho!

We had our roof ac torn off our rv. Rick, the owner, turned this nightmare into a wonderful, positive experience. He fixed everything related to this accident. The roof looks fantastic and now has a new ac and new wiring too. He worked so hard to work with our schedule. Needless to say, went well above and beyond!!!!

I cannot explain what a wonderful, absolutely fascinating, tremendous Job Rick did!!!
We were coming into Mystic Connecticut made a wrong turn our GPS put us down this road that was impossible to turn, as we did make the turn we scraped the whole back end and tore it loose the only thing that was holding it was the top of the door. I called him on Sunday he came out on Monday worked in the rain he was soaking wet. Had to stop came back Wednesday finish the job you cannot even tell anything happened. Very professional he fixes your unit like it’s his own.

After a long search for the right car to flat tow behind my class C RV I finally found one that I liked about a month before our first big road trip. The next search was for someone with the expertise to get the necessary tow bar and other parts needed and install them within that short window. I struck gold when I found Rick’s RV Care.

The pandemic had made it hard to get everything needed but Rick went way over and above in getting me set up a week before we were to leave. Let me tell you…this guy should be the poster child for what great customer service is meant to be! Rick had to source everything from four different warehouses around the country and stayed on it until everything came in for the job. Then he worked weekends and nights to make this happen for me and my wife.
Rick is a perfectionist in his work and his knowledge of everything RV is second to none. He actually cares about his customers and goes out of his way to make sure they get the personalized service they wish they could get everywhere. He treats you like you’re the only person that matters, even though he has tons of work lined up.

I know I’ll be calling Rick whenever I need any service or repair work done on my unit. Great guy, great service, best in the business.

Rick is the best. Helped me out with leaky toilet within 24 hours. Second time I've used him. First time was when a branch went through my roof. Does excellent work. Will always go back to him.

I called Rick to ask about a water heater valve issue. He talked through it with me on the phone and we worked out what the problem is. He actually told me not to come in to replace the valve because it would be a waste of money. You have to respect a business that puts the customer above its own profit. I'm very impressed and will be bringing my camper to Rick next time I need service.

We ran into a little hot water heater issue on our trip up North. Called up Rick's and the customer service was excellent. They had the part I needed and we were quickly back in order! They also had a great showroom with a lot of good accessories for camping and RVs.

This man is like the mad scientist / mad genius, pondering what could be wrong, experimenting to find the problem, and then fixing it. FAST! I had a water flow problem, and even though he had other things he needed to do, Rick fit me in and set me on the road to warm showers!

On our way to florida from RI I noticed the refrigerator was not working on gas. I consulted several rv dealers in Massachusetts and rhode island none of them wanted to trouble shoot the problem until the end of November. I googled rv dealers in Connecticut and found Ricks RV center. This man walked me step by step to trouble shoot via the phone and he made it work. Needless to say Rick will be my go to RV dealer in the future.
