This is a true story, now I am not angry or frustrated anymore because I've accepted my bad luck and realized that I was deceived! My roof was leaking one year ago, I hired Ben and his team because of their good review. Ben and his team replaced my chimney flashing in 01/26/2024 for $1500, one hour job. 01/28/2024, only two days later, it started leaking again , same place. I called Ben more than 20 times, and finally several weeks later he stopped by to seal the flashing again. 12/2024, I noticed leakage again, same place. I called Ben, he told me on the phone call( even without coming to take a look), he said this is not the flashing, it must be the chimney and he asked more money to fix it. 03/2025, I called several other roofing/chimney companies to estimate the problem, all of them said the flashing area was very messy and probably NOT replaced at all! This is it, I never wrote bad reviews, but this time I have to say something! Please think carefully before you decided to hire this UNRELIABLE team: Grand View Construction.
