Signed on with Mr. Steve Burton after hearing about & seeing the great job his company did with the home of co-workers. After having conversations with Mr. Burton & Mr. Joshua, we felt confident our roof would be repaired. After awhile the two aforementioned gentlemen stopped taking our calls, did not return txt messages & would not respond to messages left for updates. My last communication to Mr. Burton & Mr Joshua was in August, 2021 for a progress report. If we've heard from them...you have. The company is now called REVIVAL Restoration Roofing Siding Solar. Our roof was never repaired. Never received any further communication from the two reps. No explanation as to why they didn't move forward. After all of the positive hype we received from Mr. Burton, we felt the company was better than what we were subjected to. Do wish we could have had the same positive experience others expressed in their reviews.
We are very pleased with the work done on our house by G.R. Restoration inclusive of quality service and products - roofing , siding and gutters. We enjoyed working with Josh Gardner.
Everything went great, Joshua and his team was extremely helpful and provided A+ service! We couldn’t be happier with the work they provided and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for contractor services for their home or business.
