Chris and Seth were fantastic. We needed a new roof and decided to convert our back deck into a screened in porch. BNH drew plans for our enclosed porch and had it match the new roofline perfectly. The crew was professional and did fantastic work. I highly recommend BNH to everyone.

They put a new bathroom in my house and did beautiful work. Chris was amazing and always responded quickly to any questions.

Seth, Phil, and Chris managed the construction of a studio suite for us consisting of a main room, bathroom, kitchenette, and patio. The estimate cost was reasonable and, with the exception of sealing the patio (which had to wait until warmer temperatures), they worked hard to finish the job prior to the estimated end date. Seth was a good communicator who kept us well-informed throughout the construction process. Any unexpected issues were quickly brought to our attention, and on the occasion of an oversight or error, they were swift to not only inform us, but offer us options or compensations to our satisfaction. We found them to be honest and friendly, and we hope to hire them in the future for other home improvement projects.

BNH put in a new glass shower door for us. I had many estimates and no one would even listen, they just wanted to tear out my whole shower and put in new everything. The new glass door is exactly what we wanted and it looks amazing! I highly recommend them!

I had the pleasure of working with Seth and his crew over several months to complete general renovations on a home I was converting into a rental property. I would 100% recommend BNH Builders LLC with no hesitation.

I don't live in the state and was managing everything from afar, so trust was of the utmost importance. Seth was proactive about updating me on progress, immediately let me know if they discovered any unforeseen issues and presented solutions, explained everything clearly, ensured I was comfortable with decisions moving forward, and was even honest when something was accidentally damaged (and repaired it at no cost). They even alerted me to issues they found that weren't a part of their services or our contract (e.g., gutter cleaning, roofing issues, potential structural damage) and provided guidance on who to contact to resolve these issues.

The peace of mind BNH Builders provided during this process was priceless, costs were quite reasonable, and my home looks just as I imagined! Aside from the great business relationship, I appreciated the personal feeling that they genuinely cared about my home goals and the work they were doing, and that they were looking out for my best interests in the absence of me being readily available.

Only sad part is that they aren't closer so l can hire them for work on my actual home! I will absolutely use BNH Builders LLC again for any contracting needs in Richmond though (and you should too)! Definitely lucky to have found such a company!

BNH pulled off our old roof and replaced it before we install solar panels. They worked directly with Sigora and drew up the plans to change the vents on our roof, so we could fit more panels. They communicated with me in advance and even fit us in a couple weeks early when they had a cancelation. They were in and out in one day and left my yard clean of debris. I would happily recommend them to others.

They replaced the flooring and railing of my deck. They did excellent work, in a timely manner. It was also very affordable. Highly recommend them.

They were extremely pleasant to work with every day. When I had a different idea of how something should look, they made the change without a problem. The end result was a job well done and beautiful-a new deck and screened in gazebo made from natural cedar.

BNH built a detached garage for us and we love it! Chris worked with us to create the plans and then kept us in the loop each step of the way.
