We had holes and leaks in our home and garage. I called and spoke to Altin right away. He came and noticed problems I didn't even know about in my attic. The pricing for the project seemed fair. Gothic crew replaced my roof in two days removing two layers of old roof and much damaged plywood underneath. Among other things-they also replaced two skylights added a storm door and created proper venting in my attic that was missing before. I appreciate Altin's (owner) professionalism, punctuality, attention to detail and how he took the time to walk me through the finished product. I highly recommend this company!!! I can honestly say he is the best contractor we have worked with in our 8 years in Nutley. With a storm coming this weekend, finally we feel secure!

Altin and his team did a great job. We asked for a roof replacement and gutter replacement. After getting estimates from various companies (with varying prices) we chose Gothic construction . Altini showed us the material and explained why the material they were going to use was the best option. They also promised the job would be completed in one day. The roof was done in one day, and the gutters were installed the next day.We had a few minor fixes we wanted done, and made the fixes to our liking.

Altin, Erick and team are professionals who completed various jobs around the house including chimney repair, gutter repairs, rebuilding stairs and driveway pavers installation. Altin was very responsive, starting with Day 1 coming to the house two hours I spoke with him. He inspected the two leaks and looked at the inside of the roof and identified that after 24 years, the shingles are worn out as well as the plywood below it. He provided the lowest qualified quote for the job; we got Gothic's name through my brother-in-law.
After removing the old shingles, Altin noticed that the old plywood was only 3/8" thick and really should have 1/2" or another 3/8" added on. Yes, it was extra cost, but now it should last at least another 25 years.
Altin's crew was on time, did their work and left when they're done. Altin pulled out as many nails and debris as he could from our aboveground pool. Overall great work by Gothic.

Aldin from Gothic was extremely responsive and professional. I had an old (30 years original) skylight that was leaking. I got 5 assessments, around the same price range, but had no luck with the guys to provide me a date on how soon they could install. Aldin was on time with his appointment, proper assessment and quote. He had an original 1 week turn around for the install, but was able to make it in 4 days. The installation was quick and clean, was able to provide me pictures of before and after the install, with an assessment of my current roof which has a double layer of shingles.
This quick turnaround was much needed because of the damage it was causing from Ida and the rain a few days later. I highly recommend working with Aldin and team.

Alstin from Gothic was extremely responsive and professional. The quality of his work is excellent. Alstin retorched down my 3 car garage roof including the replacement of rotted roof sheeting. In addition, he replaced and wrapped all facia board on the garage. He also diagnosed and fixed two leaking valleys on my house roof. Work was completed as described on the written quote and in the time frame as promised. The work site was cleaned up and the dumpster was removed from my driveway. I would highly recommend Gothic Construction for your roofing needs.

It was a pleasure working with them. I was a part of the entire process and knew what was happening the entire time. We had more trouble with the roof as we needed to re-enforce the roof and then redo the chimney tops/flashings.
We also were able to get the gutter guards installed as well.

When you visit a chiropractor, an expert chiropractor will be able to identify the condition, area of damage, and mediate and resolve it. When asked about adding gutter extensions, Altin was able to identify the chimney damage that needed to be fixed. I never mentioned that I had a leak. Excellent quote to tear apart and install roof and new gutters. Of course, the roof already needed to be replace prior to COVID. He gave a quote that is still very comparable to prices before the materials sky rocketed. He was alway present with his crew. Immediate response time and very very friendly to communicate. Did a great job of the roof, beautiful and excellent clean-up process.

Needed my deck replaced and discovered Gothic Constructions Altin can replace my rotten deck. Called 3 contractors that didn’t have time in their schedule to come and replace it. What an excellent job from Gothic Constructions!!! Love my new Trex deck. Altin includes veranda (white coverings on the side) to hide any old lumber beams. Something new to me. He can include lattice under the deck, but I need to keep it open space.

When I asked Altin to fix my front stairs loose railings-grout and refill cement, he noticed that there are 2 bad steps. I already had prior knowledge before he told me. But who will come to fix 2 steps? Altin of course replaced my 2 loose stone steps, grouted, and filled the holes to the railings. Repainted the railings.

All prices are highly competitive for his workmanship. No need to worry about debris and garbage because he will haul it away in either a container or leftover heavy duty bags. Nothing was left for me to trash.
