I can't say enough good things about this outfit. They are prompt and very organized. I called a few places to get quotes on a pressure washing my house and out of the 3 companies I reached out to, Josh not only got back to me quickly but I was put on the schedule. A day before the service I got a text as a reminder which was helpful and he showed up exactly when he said he was going to show up and billing was so easy. Will use again.

So impressed with Josh for all of the reasons!! We realized our gutters were probably clogged two days before this big storm hit! I reached out to several different gutter cleaning companies! He impressed us with his Very quick response time! He then Made an effort to squeeze us in to take a look and see if he could clean our gutters prior to the storm. He was very professional and kind. Gorgeous Windows & Gutter is an owner owned and operated business that I’ve used twice once July 2022. Josh Elkind is a professional with a heart. I had a gutter that kept overflowing so I called and scheduled a gutter cleaning (having never used his service previously) but there was a wait before he could get out to clean all the gutters. So, because he was in the neighborhood he made a special trip to my home and cleaned out that one gutter that was causing me so much grief, never asking for any payment. I was so touched for this service. Josh is a professional and gives good advice for roof maintenance. He’s reasonably priced too. I recommend him highly to anyone that needs gutter and window cleaning. You will not be disappointed.

We have had Gorgeous Window and Gutter do work for us twice now. Josh is the real deal. He is reasonably priced, does what he says he is going to do and shows up when he says he will. Josh removed moss from roof and cleaned gutters. Did an excellent job! Others have balked at the steep roof and difficult access. Not Josh - he scaled it and cleaned it well. He even patched a couple of missing shingles.
Updated May 2025: Still using Josh!!! Josh has done an excellent job cleaning our roof and gutters and recently we had him do our windows too! He will send you a write up of what to expect and he delivers on those promises. The first time he did my roof there was significant greenery, and he walked it, cleaned off the big chunks, and then put down a non toxic powder that gets the rest within 2 weeks. I was a bit skeptical when he was done and my roof wasn't sparkling - but he is right. The little stuff browns up and falls off soon and doing it Josh's way is gentler on your roof! Trust the system! In regards to the windows, he is super efficient, no big water system around your house, no groups of folks traipsing around and through your house - just Josh methodically making every window sparkle!

Very responsive, professional and wonderful customer service. Some professionals that clean gutters tend to make a mess as the debris is removed, but Gorgeous Window and Gutter runs a very clean and professional operation and keeps everything tidy.

They asked where I would like the debris out after -- and cleaned the areas. Service was on time, and prompt - and they are excellent at communicating times and any schedule updates. They are my annual go-to when my trees lose their leaves.

Josh is amazing. I saw what he cleaned out of our gutters and it was not pretty. After he left, it was like he wasn't even here. Windows are sparkling and he even offered to come back if we see any streaks as he usually checks the windows inside, but because of Covid, he is not offering that and we are thankful for it! Great work! We are thankful Josh could attach a shade screen kit to some very high windows that had been reflecting and concentrating beams of sunshine on to our neighbor’s porch like a magnifying glass, melting and nearly igniting items on their porch. Now that the screens are installed our neighbors can enjoy their porch again and we are happy our windows will not be destroying their furniture or starting any fires!

Owning a house in the Pacific Northwest is like owning a ship only it is turned upside down. Much of the same hard work, precautions and constant care apply. Left unattended nature will quickly do damage to your most important components. For some years now Josh at Gorgeous Window and Gutter has been part of the crew keeping our ships in shape. Great shape. I'm 100% serious when I say we literally sleep better knowing he's done what we needed and kept an eye out for any potential problems. We're at the point now where we would never trust the work to anyone else. More than this I can say of no one.

A very fair price and great service from Josh and Gorgeous Gutters! Josh told me exactly what was going on with my clogged downspouts. He even dropped in a couple of screens for us to reduce problems in the future. We will definitely use them for windows in the spring.
