And Chris Garcia managed a wonderful crew in blistering heat to produce a top notch roof, keeping me updated all along with pictures even.

Goliath replaced the roof on my townhouse earlier this month and did a great job. Wesley kept all residents of the four units updated and helped us through the process . Five stars to the team that did the job for us.

Goliath Roofing did a fantastic job with our roof replacement. Chris Garcia was the project manager and made sure everything was completed to Owen’s Corning specifications. Joseph Simpson was the sales rep and made sure everything was ordered according to what was needed for the 50 year warranty.

Wesley and Goliath roofing has been great through the whole process of my roof replacing project. They are very knowledgeable and guiding me steps at a time. We are working with insurance company which can be very painful, with Wesley’s help, it can’t be anything smoother. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and families!

Goliath Roof just replaced our roof and we are so pleased with the entire process. Wesley was honest, upfront, and very helpful getting the process started. Matthew was courteous, informative and prompt with getting the materials and crew scheduled. Project manager, Chris, kept us informed and made sure all our questions were answered. Mat and his time They were very professional. They kept me informed through the whole process and sent pictures showing the process, step-by-step, until they were finished and very courteous. They did a good job of cleaning up behind themselves. I came home and I didn’t find any leftover remnants from the work they did, Mat came back the next day to re-check my yard for any more missing leftover remnants that I may have missed.

I never answer the door when I see the roofing guys walking down my driveway but today, I did. I could go on and on about them. I met Josh and James. Incredibly personable, HONEST, knowledgeable… explained things to me that I did not know. They were not pushy, they showed me what they saw from standing in the yard and said if I wanted he could have someone come by to inspect the roof and take pictures. He said IF I wanted. Again, not pushy, just educated me and was honest. I agreed to have someone come by and 15 minutes later I met Justin. Same experience with him. Professional, personable, honest… and explained everything to me. These guys represented this company in such a professional manner, were excellent communicators and honest. I’m big on customer service and employee interaction. I cannot speak highly enough about these guys and what a positive experience I had with them.

Luke Serrano came to the house and asked if he could inspect my roof for any hail damage. From that moment it turned into a pleasant experience. I was advised of the issues with my roof. He dealt with my insurance company and we spoke on several occasions about color, dates of installation etc. The roof and gutter crews made installation and clean up a breeze. We just had our roof replaced by Goliath. They were recommended to us by our home insurer. The roof looks great! Ben and Chris were wonderful to work with. Both are professional and very clear about what to expect regarding dates, times and procedures. Chris came the day after the roof was done, he picked up nails around the yard and went up on the roof and did some finish work and took pictures. From start to finish, these guys were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to work with. Our salesman, Tripp, explained the situation we were dealing with and walked us through the entire process and how things would go, and (looking back) everything went exactly as explained.

After agreeing to the very straightforward terms and conditions (also explained very clearly), they worked with us to schedule the job for a time that worked best for us. Although they experienced some delays beyond their control, they went above and beyond to still finish the job on time....and with everything 100% complete and cleaned up behind them. Thanks to Matt, our production manager, for the constant contact throughout the job and keeping everyone safe!

Even down to the final step and billing department, Connor was available for questions and easy to work with.

Goliath Roofing had installed a roof for us last year. With the recent storms we had a minor leak where roof meets the wall. Chris and Matt were very quick to respond. They were working on it till late night to ensure that someone is available to visit the property next morning.

Upon seeing the issue, they were on the top of it till it was fixed properly at no charge to us. Their workmanship was and customer service has been exemplary both at the time of sale as well as for warranty issues.

I highly recommend them.

Project manager Matt Lambert arrived on time with a fantastic crew and got right to work! Project manager Chris Garcia followed up to complete the job. All work was done in a professional, neat and timely manner. The workmanship was off the charts. After the work was completed Chris conducted a 100 percent inspection of the job and job site! The only thing left behind was a beautiful new roof that makes our home look fantastic!!

Goliath roofing put a roof on my house April 2023. They did a great !
Just recently, we had a lot of wind and it blew off a piece of my facia on my top peak. I called Matthew Lambert from Goliath and told him my situation at the same time I noticed that there was some damage to other pieces of facia from when they did do my roof back in April. Matthew said not to worry about it that he would have one of his guys come out and fixed where the facia was damaged as well as replace the entire piece of my facia that blew off from the wind all at no charge. I can’t say enough how great their services, the workers and Matthew Lambert as well have been to work with. I appreciate all they did for me and would recommend them to anyone looking to have a new roof put on.

In the past I have managed companies from Naples Fl to Boston Ma. I would have hired these gentlemen for any of my projects. I wish there were more companies as wonderful as Goliath Roofing of Greensboro. My hair would be less grey and there would be more of it.

I had used them to look at a rental property they impressed me so much I decided to call them about my house the rep.calib looked at my roof there seemed to be hail damage he worked a deal with my Insurance company and I was approved for a new roof for little to no cost to me the roof looks great thanks to there follow up I would recommend them to any one that needs a new roof and gutters.

Great company! We first got introduced to Goliath when they patched a hole in our roof (free of charge). This was before we even decided to use them to get our roof replaced. When the time came to get the roof done they knocked it out in a day and a half! The roof looks great and the yard was spotless of left over materials. Jamie Barham came out literally within hours of my call to assess the damage and recommend how to handle the insurance claim. I have never met someone so kind, professional, respectful and punctual. Goliath roofing recently completed a complete roof replacement job for me.

Cody Organ was the sales person and my primary point of contact. He is very knowledgeable and patient. It took him a few months to get everything approved with the insurance company but he remained on the top of everything. I admire his perseverance, hard work and experience. He does not rest till the work is done.

I then interacted with Matt Lambert. he handled the project. He ensured the work is done right, completed timely, with through cleanup.

Overall, I am very impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

They were great to work with and very easy to get ahold of and very instructive on what was gonna to happen and what time they were gonna be here and get done. Jaime Barham came out and did my inspection and made the initial process very easy. Matthew lambert was here the day of the roof installation and went over everything they did and the process and gave a rough estimate of time they would be cleaned up and gone by. They did a very good job of clean up. I would say they got started by 745 or 8 and were cleaned up and gone by 3pm.

Connor deals with insurance, inspection, and contract, while Matthew oversees roof installation. Both of them are very professional, courteous, and responsive. They walked me through the whole process and always addressed my questions or concerns promptly. Our house is pretty big, and it took a day and a half for the team to finish. They also cleaned the debris as much as they can after completing the work. We are very satisfied with the results. Highly recommended!
