Communication is a priority to us when hiring a contractor. Although we received a few estimates for a large job which included repairs and a full bathroom remodel, we chose Golden Touch because the responses to our calls were instant. Then! The work itself far exceeded our expectations in speed, craftsmanship and over all advice and guidance. Nick was amazing in providing professional service. After purchasing my Tonal Gym, the installation team came in but couldn’t locate the studs, the proceeding by asking us (my wife and I) to have 2 (2”X4”) studs installed so they can come back and complete the installation. I did a quick search online, found Golden Touch and decided to go with them. I called the company, Nick was kind enough to setup an appointment for the very next morning. Upon arrival, he used a stud finder and located them right away. I can honestly vouch for his professionalism. Should you have a project, don’t hesitate to hire Golden Touch.

I found Golden Touch Renovation LLC on google. After reading a ton of positive reviews I decided to give them a try. I specifically asked for Nick because that’s the name i saw in the reviews. I requested a quote for a brand new flat roof with new gutters and I also needed an exhaust fan installed in my 3rd floor bathroom. Nick came out the very next day to investigate everything I needed done. Nick also sent out a quote the within the same day. I am a very punctual person and Nick gave me feedback in a timely fashion. The day my roof was installed Nick and his crew came and did everything I asked for. The crew was friendly and very efficient. Everything was done within 2 days max. Nick and his crew cleaned up after themselves at the end of each night. He also sent pictures of every step of the way. Nick explained everything to me very thoroughly and carefully. If you want a roofer who knows his craft, takes pride in his work and offers fair pricing, then contact Nick. He recently repaired my slate roof. Unlike other contractors who showed up never bothering to access my roof and just threw out a price, Nick took the time to climb a ladder took photos of trouble spots and then discussed the job with me. He matched the slates to my current color and proceeded to replace the slates using the same specialized tools and copper nails/hooks I saw craftsman use on YouTube. Besides knowing his craft, I found Nick very personable and eager to please. He works neatly leaving my property as he found it. You really can’t go wrong. He’s become my Go-to contractor.

We had a leak on the roof under our deck, and we were lucky to find Nick who had experience in both decks and roof repairs. He was knowledgeable, professional, and timely. He was able to pull up the deck, fix the roof, and replace the deck without any issues and on schedule. We haven't had any leaks since he completed the job - and plenty of heavy summer storms to test it.

I was very happy with the quality of work and the professionalism of the team. They quoted me a flat rate for gutter cleaning, and a fair rate to scrub/clean my roof shingles (moss was growing in a few areas). I like that they texted me photos as they were doing the job so I could monitor progress (it’s on the roof so I can’t inspect myself in real time). They also did a good job cleaning up after. I contracted Golden Touch Renovations to work on a bunch of projects needed to be worked on around my house. Nick responded quickly and met my budget and expectations in removing my old deck and installing new; removing my old front door awning and building /installing a new one; removing old storm door and installing new; re-framing my garage door and inspecting and repairing a leak on my roof as well as other misc sheetrock work. Nick and his guys are awesome to work with and very professional and knowledgeable. He will not work unless job is done correctly! This company proved to be professional. Nick and team were punctual - on time, he listened to me about the ongoing roof problem I had with the pitch and leaking into one room. He is a Working Owner, which is what you want as a customer. He only goes to pick up materials that are required. He brings his own tools and ladders and does not ask the customer for any tools. He stays until the job is done and does Not disappear, he and his team clean up, he takes pictures of his work and sends them to you, AND... Nick will give you a written proposal / invoice, if you want this, which I Do prefer. He does pick up the phone if you have questions after the job. A stress-free experience.

Called Golden Touch for a quote to address leaking chimney. They were prompt in responding, reasonable, and proposed only work to address the problem. Once hired, they arrived on time, worked hard over four full days. They kept me informed of progress throughout. At the end, they cleaned up and advised me of additional project work to consider. Very reliable and trustworthy - would use them again!

As soon as he came he evaluated, gave me a price and started work right away. Nick was ready! Will definitely call back for any other work we have to do. He even worked in the rain.

Nick repaired our aluminum siding. He was professional and extremely responsive. We met on Saturday and the work was completed by Wednesday even though he had to locate a similar type of siding to match the house. The price was competitive and he was a pleasure to work with. The company installed a canopy in the backyard. They worked with me to determine the proper canopy size to provide shading and clearly explained the construction of the required installed poles and anchors to ensure proper flow for rain. They took non related debris from the yard without a charge. They completely cleaned up the backyard before leaving.

Nick took apart our chimney and rebuilt it as it was leaking into our attic. He completed a beautiful job, always responded when we communicated and showed up when he was supposed to. We will use him again on other parts of our house as well.

Nick also redid a section of our flat roof where water was getting in, he completed that job quickly and was very clean.

Forward 2 weeks and our basement flooded in a large rainstorm which typically would mean that the attic would get some water. After the rain storm, we went into the attic and there was no water.

I am so thankful to Nick for taking away this worry from my family. We had multiple other companies try to do some work on the attic to repair the issues, which never worked and we also had a lot of other companies give us quotes for work that wasn't needed.

Nick also reached out to us after he completed his work to see if there were any issues after rain storms.
