The folks at Golden Sky Roofing came to my house to perform an inspection of a high quality 44 SQ. concrete tile roof. There were no structural issues with the roof and it is in excellent condition to my knowledge. The roof will likely be structurally sound for another 50 years. The Golden Sky Roofing inspector apparently noticed some cracked tiles, likely from someone walking on the roof, that do not impact the structural integrity of the roof. I believe it only impacts the cosmetics of the roof and there are spare tiles for such minor repairs.

Golden Sky Roofing said the price estimate is $167,650.00...yes, you read that right, $167,650.00 because of some cosmetic cracks on the roof tiles. Golden Sky Roofing even wants to replace the gutter system which is in excellent condition. Why would a roofing inspector provide such an outrageous price quote? You decide the answer, I think I know and will never have this roofing company anywhere close to my house.

Rob and his team were timely, professional, and provided us with a reasonable quote. My client will be using him for the quoted services. I am already using Golden Sky for another job! Highly recommend!

Rob came out promptly and provided a thorough video assessment, explaining everything along the way. When I called to discuss the roof replacement, Rob continued providing detailed explanations and answers to all my endless questions. I now know more about roofing than I ever thought possible! He was kind, patient, and personable, and promised to get my job done by my desired deadline. Golden Sky Roofing has helped me so much in the past year. They met my adjuster on the roof and did a walk through of my home to point out all the damage from one of last summer’s hail storms. They helped with a new roof, decking, gutters, downspouts, skylights, a chimney cap. They helped work with my claims adjuster and insurance company, and the finished product looks so nice. Can't even begin to express how awesome this company is. We are a commercial building and finding someone to get up on the roof and report findings is always a gamble as I wasn't about to climb up there to see for myself, but Rob explained in great detail with photos and videos of what he saw and what needed to be fixed. I felt extremely confident in him and his company. The cost was reasonable, but even better they were able to start when they stated they would and finish on time. I will use them in the future for our office as well as my home!

We had severe hail damage from the storm in May and Golden Sky was immensely helpful! Due to the heavy rain we've been having this year, we had to wait for the weather to clear to get our roof and Golden Sky was tireless in ensuring we had emergency tarping and leak repair until we could get the weather needed for our new roof. Once the weather cleared, they immediately got to work on our beautiful new roof! We also added some attic venting to improve our utility usage as well as brand new gutters with leaf guards! When we had our roof inspection by the city this week, the inspector said it's one of the best quality roofs he's seen all year! I called Ron at Golden Sky Roofing when preparing our home for sale. We needed to get the gutters cleaned, some repairs done, and down spout extensions done on all of the downspouts.

We needed a relatively easy repair to our roof vents from our bathroom fans. Being new to the area we contacted a couple of other local businesses. They were non-responsive or not interested due to the size of the job. When we called Golden Sky Roofing, Rob called me back almost immediately. He was working another job but came out once the weather cleared and was very helpful. He noticed what we needed and was priced very competitively. The crew came out as soon as they could and completed the job without any issues. Golden Sky was terrific. Highly recommend the company.

Great service and great company. Rob came to the rescue on a short notice and worked for two long days until my attic was completed correctly, up to code, and I was able to close on my house on time. Rob also corrected deficiencies that were not even related to the attic and fixed them without charge. Yes, the original house builder cut corners to save on cost, what a surprise. I would definitely recommend Golden Sky Roofing to others. Attic and insulation work is hard and laborious so get a professional like Rob to give for your piece of mind. He will explain and show you everything that will be done and show you photos and videos of before and after. Trust me, you don’t want to be up in the attic fixing anything. It is a hard work and you won’t last but 30 minutes.

My attic had inadequate venting, and the venting it had would allow wildfire embers to enter. The insulation was also inadequate. Golden Sky Roofing was used by my family because they do more than roofing. They installed, at my request, fire- resistive soffit vents – Vulcan brand. They are the only authorized dealer in the area of Vulcan vents. They also arranged to increase the attic insulation up to R60. They were efficient and owner Rob kept me up to speed on everything. He is very conscientious and wants to make sure the result makes the house more comfortable. Much warmer in the house now this winter.

Golden Sky roofing is the best roofing company I have seen. I have been in the construction industry most of my life, building well over 100 custom homes, and for the last 15 years as a building/quality assurance construction inspector, inspecting projects in the metro area, western slope, and several other western states. My focus was on the exterior envelope for water intrusion. I’ve seen good construction, but lots of bad roof installations. Rob uses top quality products, he is very professional, honest, knowledgable, detail oriented, straight forward, and watches over his jobs closely. On my home, he made sure any issues that arose were addressed and corrected immediately. At the end, he checked every component to insure the final installation was top quality. The clean up was one of the best, no debris was left in my yard. If you want a quality roof installation, I highly recommend Rob Clement with Golden Sky Roofing.

I'm so thankful for Rob and Golden Sky Roofing. After one of the recent storms I received a text from a neighbor with a picture of one gutting hanging on by a thread. I posted the pictured to my neighborhood FB page and Rob quickly responded. While we were hopeful it would be an easy fix it was not. After the initial inspection Rob let us know that he found quite a few issues with how our gutters had been installed (a warning to all you who buy a new build). Thankfully Golden Sky Roofing was quick and efficient at getting the issue fixed! They also fixed the rain barrel gutter that had fallen earlier in the summer! Thanks Rob!

We recently used Golden Sky Roofing for a small leak repair. In addition to the repair, Mr Clement also conducted an overall inspection of our roof and shared a number of insightful points. We’ve had two other roof inspections since purchasing our home and neither had presented what I would consider significant considerations found by Mr. Clement. These included issues with the installation of the shingles themselves, the interaction between the roof and stucco, and the gutter system. His approach was never pushy, but left me feeling more aware and educated about my home. His communication throughout the small repair process was top-notch, proactive, and certainly left me feeling like a valued customer. We need another large storm to fully validate the leak repair, but I would feel confident going back to Golden Sky for future roofing needs.

As with most major purchases on a home, I was hesitant to get a new roof at first, but after meeting with Rob I knew we made the right decision contacting him for our roofing needs. After a very thorough consultation, including video of the current status of our attic and roof, we decided to not only get new shingles, but insulation and gutters as well. Rob walked me and my spouse through each step of the process ,and the benefits of what having a new roof could do for us. We were out of town when the gutters got installed, and upon returning, the site was totally clean as if we hadn't left and it was such a fantastic site to see the fully completed set up.

At the initial consultation, we were given a detailed video walkthrough of our roof showing the problem. During the repair work on the roof, Rob and his team were prompt and efficient; communication top notch and every milestone was met as promised. Clean up was impeccable and besides a well repaired roof, there is no evidence that there was any work done at all (no damaged landscape, stray leftover material, broken concrete, etc…). Upon the repair conclusion, we were given a final video and pictures of the repair.

Because we have a tile roof, we’ve had challenges finding qualified contractors. However, the entire experience of working with Golden Sky Roofing was great. The team was personable and instilled a strong sense of confidence that such a crucial part of our home would be repaired correctly.
