Phenomenal Job. George and the crew had quite a job on their hands! I waited 36 years to replace my roof. 90% percent of roof's deck boards needed replacement! As I own a Palm Harbor manufactured home that was built quite well an endless amount of roof staples needed pulling etc. The crew was courteous and did a fabulous job (and a great cleanup)! The price was quite reasonable and the roof looks as new. They arrived as promised every day on time. The job was done July of 2022. It weathered this summer 2023 quite well. Totally recommend them. Very pleasant to work with. Greg did any excellent job spreading the silicone coating. He even repaired a hole where the old swamp cooler had been. I had no idea that hole was there. When I needed some drywall installed, I texted and they came out the next day to give me an estimate. Great job on the drywall. GM Contracting is my go to company.

I have personally used George's company on my home years ago and have referred him to my clients and also had his company do the roof at the clubhouse in my homeowners association. He's m6 go to person

Wow!!!! To say these guys are great is an understatement. I called several other contractors, and got nothing but empty promises. These showed up on time, provided a great estimate and installed a whole new roof for me, even breaking down all technical terms in layman’s terms. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!!!

This is the third project I have hired George and team for in the last six months. First, a replacement patio roof renovation. Second, a tile roof job and finally a whole house painting job. From the oldest to the youngest in the McMillan family - they all make sure you understand the process and answer any questions you may ask. Saying they are courteous would be an understatement. They define courtesy and willing to discuss anything with their customers. Even though George may use some additional team members, they also treat you with respect and friendliness. Even though George will give you a written quote, for me, at least with this company, a handshake would be fine. As a customer that has hired the McMillan group for multiple projects. I can honestly say I would, will and have recommended them to neighbors and friends. George is honest, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. They are punctual and will complete your project as intended. They will cleanup thoroughly after completion. So if you need a roof job, house painted. etc., give George a call. You will not be sorry. They are professional and do quality work. You will notice immediately that they define customer service and satisfaction!!!
