GHI refuses to honor their installation warranty.

I had GHI replace my siding and a couple of doors a few years back. The siding work was and remains excellent. The doors have been an issue since day 1 though. I have lived with a slightly off-hang since installation, but it's finally hit a point where the door no longer functions properly. They are blaming it on an after market doorstop, but the kicker is that their workers had installed it for us at our request. If we had been informed that it could potentially cause an issue, we would have figured out a different doorstop solution. It's beyond infuriating given the initial pricing for the job as its not even fully paid off yet.

Joe & his team were absolutely wonderful. We had a number of projects that we wanted to get done . Global Home Improvement responded immediately to my request, came out the next day to review the projects & sent an estimate within 24 hours. I had to contact an architect which he recommended, Joe and his team walked me through every step. The team was ready to start within less than a week (once permits were ready) & hit the ground running. We had siding,chimneys fixed,roof, addition added ( master bedroom and bathroom with master closet, replaced all first floor ceiling beams and added all new recessed lighting, new electric panel & they handled it all amazingly with no damage nor horror stories that we often hear about. Joe discussed each change with me & made sure I was comfortable with the adjustments. The team is incredibly nice & respectful of our home, space, & time. They protect areas before working to minimize damage/dirt & clean up every day after themselves especially knowing that we were still living in the house while construction was being carried out.
They went above & beyond to have my vision come alive, so much that they made everything look SO good. It's easy to say that we would recommend them to everyone, since we have actually started thinking of recommending them AGAIN for ourselves. Hands Down!! Global Home Improvement INC is the way to go, great job and continue doing the amazing work you do!

Hate to leave a bad review because they came highly recommended. Set up an appointment to have them come out for an estimate only to get a phone call and a text from them that they double booked and made an appointment for another day. Waited for several hours for them to show on the new day only to have no one show up. I texted the woman who makes the appointments only to have her say she would get back to me and find out what happened. Never heard back from her. Maybe they do good work but I will never know, they have terrible customer service.
