What can I say about Salvador at Global Concepts Construction? There is so much to say! He did beautiful work at my house!! I gladly give him a 5 star recommendation. He did framing, drywall, floor installation, stucco work, installation of plumbing fixtures, interior and exterior painting, building of cabinets, installation of a new kitchen and 6 bathrooms with all that entails, hanging shelves, cabinets, fixing electrical, ..... he did everything that one needs for building a complete house. I tell him that he can do anything--that he can even do construction miracles!! I could not endorse him any more highly. You will not be disappointed if you hire him. He even came to help me with a problem one evening that he was not at all responsible for. He spent 2-3 hours helping me and did not even charge me. That just shows the caliber of man that he is. He made my house showhouse quality.

My husband and I first came to use Salvador Linares Global Concepts Construction LLC company in Tri-Cities Wa. We purchased a 3,400 sq. ft. house that needed a major remodel. After hearing rave reviews from our new neighbors and friends about him and his company, we interviewed and hired them.
He/ they added crown, window, doorway and baseboard molding in every room. They masked, covered and painted moldings and some of our rooms. Our new flooring remained untouched from drips and splatter. Our fireplace mantel/ surround was transformed by the custom wood work.
We recently bought another fixer upper. Global Concepts company made such an Wonderful impression on the quality work they did in Kennewick we of course hired him again to take care of our new home. We highly recommend Global Concepts Construction, their custom work turns a house into a unique home.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
