Justin and his wife are very kind and profesional and they care about their customers. There has not been one time where I have called his business and he has not helped me and my family out. We lost the front portion of our roof driving down the highway. Pulled off to Ace hardware to come up with a game plan and then Justin from badger canyon mobile Rv came and saved us ON THE SPOT! My husband and I have needed a repair on our RV, here and there, for 5 years now. We have hired several different people and unfortunately felt ripped off and broke every time, until we met Justin.

Our introduction came about with an emergency and he was there that very same day and within an hour!

Recently, we have had thermostat issues and though he is managing more than the average person and is out of town, he responded right away, and talked me through the situation.

He is the only RV repairman we trust. Learn through our mistakes and save yourself some fret and worry. If you need repair, call Justin!

Came out to my house to repair my RV, showed up on time, got everything done, saved my camping trip! Very happy will use again!

Found myself with a few issues with my new to me MotorCoach. Have to say if it wasn't for the great service & friendly "we can handle that" to above & beyond, not only fixing, but providing electricity & water, & placing my freezer items in the site freezer but also a large ice chest for the refrigerated items available to me.
They found within 20 min the problem with dash light, leveling jack shorting, stuck keys, & tilt wheel engine stop. then because I didn't know any better & hadn't been made aware. You can't run the fridge at angles.
& fixing that took at least a day then overnight to ck in the am. All good great temps. The boys worked pretty strenuously as it was tight quarters & ouches for fingers, toes, backs, wrists, & forearms. That fridge weighs every bit of 250#
I couldn't have asked for better with this business. & because I believe, He will provide & absolutely came through here.
If I am in the area or can get there, I don't care the travel time can be states away,
I'll make the trip.

Badger Canyon RV saved our trip! We are on leg one of a cross country trip and our slides stopped working. Justin gave me several things to check while he was working on getting a tech dispatched to us same day. His knowledge, ability to communicate details to a limited technical person (me) and patience was so amazing. With his guidance I was able to fix the issue with no tech dispatch required. I just can't thank Badger Canyon RV enough, with out Justin's help my retirement trip would have ended before it really even began! 10 stars in my oppinion!

Justin is incredible. I started working with a different mobile repair company and what a mistake that was. I saved thousands by calling Justin before I got in too deep. He really knows his stuff. He’s honest, responsive and very focused on doing the right thing the right way. Badger Canyon will always be my first call from now on.

Terrible communication and customer service. After weeks of dealing with a broken fridge - it finally got installed. The existing wires were used from the old propane/shoreline fridge to the new 12 volt. As you may suspect - that didn’t work. This led to another $100 loss in groceries. Zack came out to rewire and when he was done - he knocked to say he was finished. Imagine my surprise when I went to empty my black tank and found this - no mention of him stepping on it. Come on - you know when you step on a sewer hose! So unprofessional and incompetent. I was told by Sheena, in the office, that my repair was covered by my warranty company. I then received a bill from them for $817…..‍♀️

I cannot say enough good things about Zach. He worked thru diagnostics and found a serious problem with the electric in our rv. This could have been a fire hazard and we cannot thank him enough. He is important part of your company. Thank-you again.

This company went above and beyond in helping us with finding an air conditioning unit and installing it. They came through for us in an emergency last-minute situation. Very nice people too.

Great customer service. The team was able to get my RV in and fixed by the date Broadmoor wanted me to drop my RV off to get a estimate and then we would need to set another appointment for the repairs. Probably 1-2 month out in the middle of summer. Justin had me in and out in under 1 week.

5th wheel roof AC was making a loud squeaking noise and it was over 100F out. Have a student staying in there. Badger RV was out by that afternoon and fixed the problem within minutes. Very prompt service!

Justin is amazing so happy i was referred to him. Put an inverter and lithium batteries in my boat. Just a perfectionist. Highly recommend him.

Looked to do a battery upgrade on my RV. I drove out to Benson City, met with them and requested a price quote. Sent them specs on potential new batteries. 3 emails and additional phone call nothing. It would appear I wasted over a month...gee thanks.
Now on the hunt for someone reliable to do the upgrade.

The tech arrived on time, he was friendly and was able to diagnose and complete our project in a matter of minutes.

Had electrical issues with the furnace/AC, stereo, TV and needed our solar system checked. Justin was able to diagnose and fix the problem within minutes. I will be taking my RV to Justin for additional work and no place else.

Badger rv in Benton City WA everyone was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! They replaced our old air conditioners in our 1998 Ramler with new heat/air conditioning heat pumps that can be operated with an app and they work great! Price was really reasonable especially compared to other quotes. We also came back for some more little fixes and as long as we’re in WA we’ll be back!

Very personable and willing to listen. Upfront and honest about possible repairs. They completed the work requested with a guarantee. Will take my trailer back for winterization in the fall.

We had a water issue in our rented RV that we needed some help with. We were on a strict travel schedule and were worried how we might get it fixed. Found Badger Canyon RV and they looked reputable. They were more that that. Within hours they had a competent technician (Zach) out to meet us 20 miles east of Benton City and fixed the issue. Thirty minutes and he was on his way. Saved us!

Justin - owner/proprietor of Badger Canyon RV Benton City, Washington. My Ford Class C RV had a hydraulic leak on my EQ Systems Leveler system. I was stranded. Justin was able to come to my RV and assess the situation. They did a very good job and got me in quickly with a power failure and a trip coming in a few days. Fixed it quickly and did a very good job. We used them again in October 2024 again excellent work.

This company was extremely patient and concerned with my lack of knowledge with Fifth Wheel trailers. The owner took the time to explain, describe and teach me the basics I needed of living in a trailer. I highly recommend this company.

Our water heater went out in our 5th wheel and Justin was able to get out to diagnose order and replace the water heater within a few days. Working with him and his lovely wife, Sheena was a great experience! We would call on them again, no question. Highly recommended!!

We rented the bigger trailer for the weekend and it was amazing. More than enough room, everything worked great, all of the beds were super comfortable especially the queen sized bed in the main bedroom. TV’s in every room that had all the apps. We had zero issues and they were super friendly and easy to work with. We will definitely be renting from them again in the future.

Justin and his guys did a great job on installing new landing gear on an older fithwheel toyhauler. Fast and really great pricing. Way better than having to take it in and wait 3 months. Thanks guys!!!

Justin never followed through with work for solar/battery/inverter/electrical upgrades even after checking in once to remind them after not hearing anything for weeks.

Wasted time I could have put into getting someone else to do the work waiting on a game plan from him. I wouldn't recommend Badger Canyon RV for any sort of work related to this kind of thing.

I have been using Badger Canyon RV for approximately two years and I have been very happy with their work and professionalism.

I had a pretty technical solar install to be completed on my coach. In addition to a full solar install there were additional issues that needed attention. I was having trouble finding someone who had the technical expertise to do my install and had talked with 4-5 different places. I was referred to Badger Canyon RV and after discussing my needs with Justin I knew he was the “go to” guy for my needs. Justin and his team had my system installed, up and running in 2 days and I couldn’t be happier with the work they did. This was no small install and I have a new service provider for myself and HIGHLY recommend you contact him for your RV/RV related needs whether it be for repairs or installs you won’t find a better team than those at Badger Canyon RV! And they are VERY reasonable! 10 stars for them from me!

These guys are just plain awesome. They were recommended to us when our RV Service couldn't get us in for weeks and we were leaving in two days. Justin was the only mobile rv repair service that called me back out of 6 and did it with an hour of me leaving a message. He got us in the next day, early on top of it. He had our trailer brake system fixed in 15 minutes and was super friendly and took the time to chat no less. These guys know their stuff and we won't be looking for any other mobile rv repair services as they are now our go-to guys.
