Atlas went beyond their coverage area to do warranty work for me and the service was exceptional. They were easy to talk to and Kiefer (the service tech) was very polite and knowledgeable. Thank you Atlas!

Very bad service..got upset i only paid for diagnostic fee..I paid $450 for them to tell me what was wrong..I wanted my refrigerator fixed that day but they did not have the parts so I ordered and fixed myself..they diagnosed my furnace but did not hook up the Propane line back.i called and messaged no answer..I disputed the charge of $200 for diagnosing the furnace..then.Rocky calls back upset..I told them im ok paying the charge but can they hook back up the propane line so I can cook and have heat...he threatened me to get the charge plus extra fees instead of coming to just hook the line up...best advice if you're in a RV park ask the people around...don't use these guys.

If I could give them less than a one star I could. Needed my refrigerator fixed, Rocky assured me he would make sure I had all of the documentation to be reimbursed for the replacement. Charged me $4800 total for a service call and a new refrigerator. I paid Atlas after being assured I would be reimbursed by Keystone. We were only reimbursed $2100 from Keystone because Rocky would not answer phone calls or submit the proper paperwork. Keystone tried, he refused and cost me a lot of time and money. Then the new refrigerator did not work. He did not stand behind his work and charged my extended warranty $1700 for parts. I never approved him communicating and billing my extended warranty. He also admitted to overcharging me $100 initially, but didn't reimburse me. He was paid over $6000 for a refrigerator replacement that took months. He doesn't stand behind his work, refused to fix the nonworking refrigerator that he ordered and installed without additional payment first. His people are good, to bad they work for a complete scam artist. He banks on getting in and out and either you move on down the road, or he just stops answering the calls. Would NOT recommend unless you want to be scammed.

8-21-24 Keifer came to my site today, first of all, im happy they are mobile techs!
Secondly, He did a wonderful job repairing the issues I had, and gave me suggestions to deal with some other issue I asked him about. Patient and thorough, he gave me an estimate prior to doing work, the final bill was exactly what he had quoted me. Highly recommend.

The only hard thing for me was waiting for the appointment.
Their company is understandable busy this time of year, but I found communication slow and appointment was made two weeks ahead of time. None of my issues were immediate.

I had to revise my review I have an attitude issue and tend to over react. Even with my old horrible review and my rude voicemail Rocky called me back with the upmost respect. My apologies to Atlas, Rocky, and the rest of the workers at Atlas mobile RV repair

It felt as if all of a sudden our trailer was falling apart. And we were becoming depressed.
Well, once the repairman got here, it turned into be a pretty simple fix. Now our trailer is up and operational everything is working fine and they are going to come back and do some minor maintenance for us

What a breath of fresh air. Atlas Mobile RV Service really came through. Rocky and his team got us up and running after a long (6 month) and tedious repair process by a dealer. Long story short, we had upgraded axles put on our fifth wheel and when it was delivered back to us. The brake line had already shifted into the tire rubbing a hole in the line. No Brakes!!! So contacted Atlas. They had a Keifer (tech) over to me in a day to diagnosis repair. Part was ordered and was given an ETA for delivery. Unfortunately the ETA was for a Tuesday after a scheduled trip. To our surprise the part delivered early. Contacted Rocky that morning, let him know the part was in and if they some how could get it installed that day our trip could still happen. He made it work, Keifer was over in a couple hours and we are back to enjoying our fifth wheel. Thank you for the incredible service. Highly recommend Atlas Mobile RV Service.

I have had the distinct pleasure of dealing with these gentlemen on several occasions. The first time was to fix a bad repair done by RV Dr. Barrera. They were courteous, professional, and fixed the mess Barrera had created for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. I've used their service another 3 times, and have always been very happy. Kiefer really knows his stuff! Rocky couldn't be more pleasant to work with. I would give them 12 stars if I could! You can feel very confident using them.

Atlas mobile RV service is a breath of fresh air especially when compared to the RV dealerships in the Tri-Cities Washington. It is especially convenient that they come to you!
Initial scheduling was not that bad as Rocky was able to get me on the schedule in a reasonable amount of time.
Christian, the respectfully conscientious service technician that worked on my fifth wheel was able to immediately diagnose and a short in light harness as well as why my kitchen slide was not working correctly. Both work perfectly now!
If I ever have any issues again, will not hesitate to call Atlas mobile RV service!

Kiefer came to Walla Walla and serviced our air conditioners and repaired water leaks in our Class A Motor Home. He was professional, did a great job in all areas with a fair price. We will be glad to work with them again in the future if needed.

My Power Gear leveling system had an error and they diagnosed the problem as a faulty break on the passenger rear jack. They replaced the break and reset the system. It is functioning fine now.

We used Atlas Mobile RV service and was extremely satisfied with their prompt service. The service technician that helped us was extremely knowledgeable. He ordered and replaced a leaky toilet in a timely matter. I would definitely use and recommend them again!

We had storm damage to our trailer August, '22. Atlas responded to our needs and worked with the insurance company to get quality parts and make needed repairs. The biggest obstacle was to match up inside cupboard that was damaged. The custom cabinet and ceiling panel look great. Brian was always responsive to my monthly texts and gave me updates as to the work being completed. I am certain the repairs completed by Atlas are far better and quicker then any local RV Company would have been. Atlas is highly recommended. Thank you Jared and staff for a wonderful service. I called Atlas to inquire about an issue with my holding tanks on my 2016 travel trailer which I live in. Not only did they provide excellent service and helpful tips for the future but they were efficient, fairly priced and knowledgeable. Any issues I have in the future I will definitely be calling Atlas. Customer service is very difficult to find and Atlas provides it like the good ol’ days.
It’s been a few months since I left the above review and I have had to call Atlas again for an issue with a leaking propane regulator…they were there to rescue me with prompt service, knowledgeable service man and all around exemplary care got the customer. On a scale of 1-10 they are unquestionably a 12+.
This kind of service is becoming a thing if the past but not at Atlas Mobile RV Service; they are a model for others to follow.
