Gladiator Roofing

I have had 3 other companies out trying to locate and repair a leak in my roof, one of them being from my insurance company. None of them could pin point the problem but still tried some little fixes which did not work. My wife called Gladiator and they showed up later that same day and did a very thorough inspection of the area on the roof and came up with the conclusion that one of my gutter down spouts was incorrectly installed and was dumping water behind a trim board. A few days later they came out with a 90 degree elbow and installed it to redirect the flow of the water. And to top it off they did not charge me anything. I will diffidently be using them for all my
roofing needs from now on.

Scheduled roof inspection, Anthony B. arrived as scheduled. Inspected roof and determine no major issues found. Some shingles had loosened from wind damage, he serviced those as part of his inspection. Very professional and HIGHLY recommend!

After all the (tiny) hail storms recently, we wanted to make sure our roof was in good shape. Scheduling an appointment on the site was so easy and William and his brother, Anthony, showed up right on time to inspect the roof. I appreciated that they took the time to explain the damage and show some pictures during the inspection. They gave me an estimate for some minor damage , and I got an appointment scheduled for the next week for repair.

Anthony and his team showed up right on time for the appointment and was very upfront about what to expect and how long it would take. Anthony even cleaned out my gutters (AND swept up the debris) while he was up there! Really friendly and professional staff in this business - above and beyond my expectations. We had a great experience, learned a bit, and will definitely use them again.

When I had initially contacted the company, I had a wonderful experience with Jennifer Bigby. She provided amazing customer service and was so attentive to my every need as well as answering every question I had. She was so patient and kind, I could not have asked for a better person. As for the actual roofing experience, Anthony was extraordinary. He did everything I asked for and more. He was vigilant and very considerate towards my every need. I will definitely go back to this company and recommend it to my friends.

Gladiator Roofing did a great job on our roof after Hurricanes Laura and Delta. They were very fast and completed the job very soon after speaking with us. Their work was quality and we are happy with our roof. They listened to our requests and got us a timely roof replacement.

I contacted Gladiator about an inspection for my roof. I gave my insurance company the inspection report that Russell had done, and they sent out an adjuster to do an inspection also. Of course they gave me the run around. I gave my insurance company permission to communicate with Russell and he was able to get them to pay for my roof to be replaced. The workers were here early and they were done in 5 1/2 hours. They did an awesome job!! Thank you Russell for all of your hard work and for working with my insurance company to get my roof done.

Gladiator Roofing was recommended to me after Hurricane Laura and I could not be more pleased, Chris came to my home and looked at my damages when he said he would, agreed to come back and meet with my adjuster and I, and a few days later, I had a new roof, the roofers showed up when promised, did an excellent job and cleaned up the area before leaving, except for the new roof, you would not have known they had been there. I have more damages and I plan to use Gladiator Roofing for all my storm related repairs.

After a Google search i found Gladiator roofing. William came out to my house and looked at my roof after my insurance company did. He covered a few holes in my roof and even said if I didn't use him that I could get the tarping free. He helped me through this process as I've never had to go through this before. His son Chris stepped in as well as his local manager Russell. The crew that showed up worked great and were very fast. They did a great job cleaning up the yard as well. They were shipped some dented vents and installed them on a temp basis. They were out the next morning changing to new ones that weren't dented. They made sure the job was done great and according to how it should be done. They have worked with me on everything and helped me understand the process. Great crew and management team. I have been recommending them to everybody I know who needs roof work. Also I didn't lose a single shingle during hurricane delta from what I could see. They held up great and the roof was only a week and a half old and hadn't set fully yet. The craftsmanship held them down. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a new roof.

Chris with Gladiator roofing kept to his word as being there when he said that he would and kept us informed of each step of the process of getting our house roof again. There was even a supervisor on property during the process and after the project was completed, it was completely clean up. You can not go wrong with using Gladiator roofing.

After promises made by other roofing companies with no call back, Gladiator not only returned phone calls but within a week we have a roof that took only a day to complete with their 12 man crew. I called Gladiator after hurricane Laura severely damaged my roof, to come out and tarp my roof. They only fixed the three tarps I had already put up there leaving the other 2/3 of my roof still exposed leading to further water damage in my home. Then a gentleman from Gladiator called to schedule an appointment, it got canceled due to rain which is understandable, problem is its been a week and a half and still no communication. I called them back today, 10/7, to share my frustration only to get a "Good luck." Needless to say I will be hiring another roofing company. Gladiator, I'm sure this will never actually see the light of day on Google reviews but if you do read this you should have held up your end of the deal. Oh and GOOD LUCK, seems to be solid advice to hand out these days.
