They did a Wonderful job! The crew showed up on time, covered stuff and worked promptly. THEY CLEANED UP WHEN THEY WERE DONE. I appreciate that! My insurance company is very happy with the job they did.

Garret and his team replaced the tin roofs on my front and back porches. Garret listened to what I wanted, asked questions, and the finished product shows his attention to details. He then followed up to make sure that the results were exactly what I wanted.

When straightline winds blew the corner trim pieces off my chimney, but the job was too small for an insurance claim, Swift had my chimney tarped within hours of my call (rain was forecast) and fully repaired and painted within a couple days -- even sooner than they had thought they could get to it. Looks great! Price was reasonable, too. I wish all contractors were this easy to work with! Perfect!

Swift Roofing & Designs replaced our roof in October 2024. I have never dealt with a more professional and organized roofing company. From our initial meeting through completion the team with Swift was courteous, accommodating, dependable, fair and provided excellent workmanship. In this industry there are a lot of crews out there that are less than desirable or reliable. This is not a concern with Swift, they are amazing. Even after the project was complete and fully paid for, they have followed up to make sure everything was acceptable.

Swift roofing was doing a job nearby and offered to check our roof after a bad hail storm at no cost. They found damage and gave us a report to file an insurance claim. We ran into a few issues with delays with insurance and problems with our solar company and it took longer than expected, through no fault of Swift Roofing. I can’t say enough good things about Kimberly. She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! She kept us updated every step of the way. When the issues popped up, she made it a priority to make sure we were taken care of and kept things moving. She was quick to respond to our questions, even on the weekends. Definitely recommend!

Swift just completed 2 things for us. 1-painted the exterior of my home. We had been trying to get quotes on exterior painting for several years now. The ones that answered our call were so expensive it was unaffordable or the never came back. Garrett took our call, gave us a reasonable quote and finished in 3 days. My house has not been painted for at least 20 years. The communication was excellent and the work was great. The paint job looks so good - it makes my house look new. They came out today and finished the bathroom makeover that my husband had started and I’m in love with it. I will continue to use Swift for everything that requires painting, roofing and construction. Call them- they are great!!

Chris from Swift Roofing came out after we had the massive storm come through Forney and we got a small water spot in our master bathroom. He was quick to respond, did a thorough inspection, explained that it was most likely rain getting blown in through the soffit and that we didnt need anything done to our roof or to activate our insurance. We have had several storms since with no sign of the leak coming back, it's refreshing to deal with great company who hires honest people and arent out just to take our money. Will definitely call them first if I ever need anything done based on this interaction, have recommended them to several friends and coworkers who have had roof problems.

Very professional, on time. Affordable , actually he had the best offer. After the last storm in may, lost lots of shingles, he worked non stop until he completed replacing all the shingles + cleaned up debris. Honest and will call on him again

When the hail storm hits in DFW, and it will, this is the company that you want replacing your roof. Period. Swift will handle everything for you. Dealing with the insurance adjuster and making sure everything is fixed to your satisfaction. Swift is very customer friendly and quick responding all through the process. All work is quality and materials used are the best in the industry. I am sure this is one of many five star reviews for a company that has a long history of doing great work.

Garrett and Swift Roofing have been incredible to work with! After the storm he came out on a Sunday to get our roof tarped up, so no further water damage occurred, no questions asked! He walked us through the entire process, met with the claims adjuster and got our repairs done promptly. I couldn’t have asked for better service! They moved all the potted plants and outdoor furniture then covered the area as to not make a mess and when the job was finished they spent hours cleaning up anything that was missed. Swift Roofing team was very responsive from the beginning. We had a roof antenna blow over and pull open a large hole in our roof. With his experience, he assessed the problem, put a temporary repair as the roof would need a new plywood base and finished with shingles. Crew was personal and professional. They went beyond by sealing several vents and nail heads. We will certainly be calling them back if we have another need.

Highly recommend this company. They came out for an inspection the day after the storm and gave me a quote the same day. They also were able to fix the roof at a transparent and fair price the next work day after I asked them to work on it. Swift roofing not only fixed roof damage made by a raccoon and worsened by a storm, but they coordinated with the pest control company that was getting rid of the raccoon and the interior ceiling repair contractors! Way to go above and beyond, making the repair so easy for me and my family.

The ONLY reason we did not use this company is bc the gentleman Garrett Ayers that came to do an estimate said we didn't need him @ this current time! He said there was one small spot that had some damage but recommended we not file a claim at this time! He took pictures of the small spot to give to my husband so he could repair it but ended up just repairing it while he was here AT NO COST bc he had the supplies/materials with him! So when the time comes (& in TX We all know it will) I will 110% be calling Swift roofing!

After having several bad experiences with other contractors who were rude, unprofessional, and skeptical.. to meet Garrett and finally find someone I could trust and who I felt was on my side as a homeowner and would make sure I received the best deal was such a breath of fresh air! He reviewed everything from start to finish with me, helped me with my insurance company and even when there were bumps in the road he even personally helped walked me through every step of the way (I was extremely clueless & was feeling very overwhelmed) & he assured me not to worry he would me sure I didn’t need to worry everything would work out.. and sure enough it all did! And then some! He was amazing, timely, friendly, wonderful at staying in communication with me about things and the job was completed beyond expectations!!!
(Side Note: after my project was finished I noticed a neighbor on my street getting their roof re done and their crew was there before we left around 7am and still there not even looking close to finish when I returned home around 6:30pm and they had made a horrible mess of the street and area.. unlike Swift Roofing was here before sunup and all the way finished before even 5pm (including cleanup! And this includes having to take a break pause for rain! Now talk about some hard working quality workers!!)
