I worked closely with Casey as we worked out a hail claim and roof replacement and navigated insurance to sell a house. I've worked with a few roofers, and he is by far the best at explaining the process. Everything went well. Highly recommend him and his team.

Bob was quick to respond to my request to inspect my roof after some recent hail storms. He came out the same day, walked around the roof, took several pics and came down to talk about his findings. He recommended that I don't need a new roof at this point, there was minimal damage on one side that wasn't posing any type of issues. His honest assessment has made me a customer without actually being a customer yet. He will be the first call after the next large storm.

He was professional and everything that he said he would do he did. We had a bad hailstorm in October 2024, I did not think twice and called him. Texas roofing contractors team did a fantastic job on my roof. I love that they are efficient with their time. Early start and finish and cleaned up by 6pm. Casey the project manager made the process so effortless and that means allot to many of us who don’t understand the insurance language. The team moved flower pots and other items close to the house; trees and shrubs and air conditioning unit were covered. To top it off my roof was upgraded to an impact resistant rating shingles. TRC was exceptional to work with. Working with Casey made my life so much easier. Casey was able to work with the insurance adjuster from the get go as well. They ended up redoing my entire Roof, Woodwork, Gutters, downspouts, and Gutter Mesh Covering. They did everything in a matter of 2.5 days. We called Josh to have him come over to take a look at a couple of minor issues. We explained it was a very small job, but he assured us no job was too small and every customer is important. Rather than simply inspecting the areas and giving us a quote, Josh got out his ladder, made the repairs and didn’t charge us anything. He also made a few other observations and rather than trying to sell us on his services, he suggested we contact the builder to have them address it. We don’t run across people with such integrity and kindness very often, he was very professional and knowledgeable and he will be our go-to guy in the future.

From start to finish TRC did what they said they were going to do and did it well! I feel they gave me a fair market price for my roof replacement,as we were not going through our insurance company on this roof replacement. The crew and the project managers showed up when they said they were going to, they were quick and efficient and cleaned up with a magnetic roller to remove the nails during the install. The project manager made it a point to sweep the driveway himself before leaving the jobsite to assure no nails were left behind. Definitely the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. Josh Taylor has worked with me, keeping me informed on all issues and price concerns, I had with my roof replacement. Josh even meet with my insurance company adjustor, during my roof inspection, to get the best possible claim assessment. Josh and his team did an excellent job on my new roof. This is my 3rd roof replacement and this one, is now my Best roof replacement I have ever had. After my roof replacement, I discussed with Josh, what options I may have on getting my siding replaced. Once they finished Rico even did his final inspection to assure the roof was done and the screens were done and the gutters were all done properly.

The entire process of getting my roof replaced was extremely and quick. The roofers started around 6:30am and were done by early afternoon. The neighborhood was hit by the tornado back in 10/2019 and several roofs have been or are being replaced. I've not seen anyone do it as quickly and with the same great results. I'm so thankful for this company. After Sunday's storm, I've had some very minor damage and lost a roof vent.
