The staff was very friendly and professional. Giffin's Tree Service was able to complete the job of tree removal and clean up very quickly and efficiently. I would recommend their services to any who are in need of a hard-working crew that is respectful of your property and surrounding areas and able to professionally and efficiently get the job done.

I got a recommendation from my neighbor and called Giffen’s. They called back, came & quoted a price within minutes! I gave the approval and they came and took out the redbud tree that was split, as well as branches from our neighbor’s pine tree that were hanging over our fence. Everything cleaned up and stump ground out. GREAT customer service and from call to completion, all in one day!!

Thank you to all seven hard workers! We had a tree fall on our garage and we called and they came that same day and cut the rest down and ground up the stump! I recommend this team for your next tree removal or trim! Thank you again team Giffin!!

My neighbor had a tree cut down which was approx 10ft from my house and the sawdust and twigs from the tree caused my downspouts to plug up and my gutters over flowed during this mornings downpour. A younger neighbor cleaned approx a 5 gal bucket of twigs and sawdust from the plugged downspouts. When I called to suggest that his employees act in a more professional manner he became hostile and accused me of wanting something for nothing even though I had asked for nothing other than a better work ethic from his employees.

Best prices, excellent work! Removed three trees at an incredible price. Fixed my fence (no, they didn’t break it). After clean up it was like they were never here. Great job.

They came out to assist on a rather large tree removal I had after ice storm . The crew was respectful, on time , and was very professional. They was very attentive to my property and did a great clean up . I would not hesitate to use them again !

They should rename their business, "4 Clowns and a Lift Truck". They know absolutely nothing about tree trimming, they simply have the equipment and are willing to do it on the cheap.

They have no idea how to properly tie off anything, and all they do is show up and drop everything on the ground. If your tree is out in the middle of a field or yard then you're fine, though they will destroy your yard and leave a mess.

If your tree is even anywhere remotely near something that can be damaged from falling limbs I wouldn't even think about using these guys. As I was watching this circus, they had guys under the guy who was using the lift to cut the tree as he was dropping limbs, I even saw the lift guy cut a small limb that hit him, and then it fell to the ground. He just smiled.

These guys don't understand anything about rope work or limb loading from what I can see and even if you hire them on the cheap I would be scared they would hurt themselves on your property.

Not really punctual but that being said, I am truly amazed at the job they did. Two large trees, five smaller trees (stumps removed also), one stand alone stump, and clean up. In less than 3 hrs. AMAZING. If you need trees removed call Giffin's FIRST! They are all you need! Super friendly, professional and affordable.

They were very quick and efficient in removing 4 of our trees. They were also mindful of keeping the road in front of our house open to travel. 10/10 will be using them in the future.

We tried to use giffins as a recommendation from a family member who had used them... We called them on 4/21, and spoke with someone who said they would contact us to come and do a quote. 4/24 someone came out in the afternoon and we agreed to go forward with having the trees done. 4/27 we get a message saying that someone will contact us to schedule for us to come out. When they wouldn't contact us back, we went with another company.

I must say have used this company three times I give them five stars always friendly clean up is incredible I would recommend this tree service to anyone. Affordable and incredible. They don't stop till the job is done.

Reasonably priced. Came out within a day of calling and both trees were down the day after that. Highly Recommended

First I emailed the company and got no response. A few weeks later I decided to call. I left a detailed message with the woman that answered. A little later a guy called me back. Come to find out he got his numbers mixed up and meant to call someone else. He said he would call me back in a day or 2 when he was ready to come look at the job. That was 4 weeks ago. They don't seem organized or dependable.

They did a great job we're very professional and the price they charged was reasonable I would use the again if needed.

Our house is surrounded by 13 trees, all huge and some that 100 years old. Needless to say we have had tree work done by several companies over the past 20 years. However I am super impressed with the work Giffin did for us this week. Our trees have never looked better and they went above and beyond our expectations. They are are pretty laid back, but it is obvious that they know what they are doing and really care about the trees. I would recommend them to ANYONE! Their pricing was fair and competitive but they truly did a better job than any other tree company we worked with. Thank You Giffin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
