These guys are exactly what they claim. We had hail damage from the spring of 2024 and ended up going with Good Guys Roofing and Exteriors. This company has subcontracted crews that do really good work. [Before you read further, please note that I gave this business 5 stars and read all the way to the end.] Unfortunately, in our case, the crew (while the work they did on the roof was second to none) they were a little destructive to the rest of our property. They put a hole in one of our screens, broke our American flag off the front of our porch and left it on the ground, destroyed the flowers in our flower beds, and left black marks on our siding. Another large problem was that our 3 foot satellite dish from 3ABN was thrown away. I was upset and brought my concerns to the company. Let me tell you that this company has gone above and beyond to make these issues right. Workers came and cleaned my siding, fixed the screen, and replaced not only the flag holder but got us a new flag too. Then they cut me a check to compensate the replacement of out 3ABN dish. I have been in construction for many years and know well that with any kind of construction, bad things happen. Bad things happened during our roofing project, but it did not end up being bad. We now have a top of the line roof and everything else around our property is at least as good as when the project started and some things are even better. Good Guys Roofing and Exteriors is a great company that you can trust with any project they undertake.

Dan and his crew are the best! They communicated better than any company I’ve worked with, the price was right on point, and they were professional and quick! I needed a roof replacement and Dan and his crew replaced that in less than a day and even replaced a few pieces of siding that were damaged in high winds for free. These are just like their name-good guys! I highly recommend!

I recently built a custom home. GGR did the siding and did a fantastic job. They provided the best product and best value of any other bids I looked at. Out of all the subcontractors in all the trades I worked with, GGR was by far the most professional and most responsive. I had several questions and Dan took the patience to walk me through the whole process. I made several calls to them and Dan either answered or returned every one of them. The crew was polite, quick, and cleaned up very well after themselves. We had a couple call backs to finish up some details and they were extremely responsive, polite, and professional. GGR and Exteriors made the process of replacing my roof and gutters smooth and easy. From my first contact until the job was complete, communication was top notch. GGR is top notch! They showed up to tear off our old roof and install new shingles at 7:00am and were finished up by 4:30pm that same day. Great communication, cleanliness and to top it off our roof looks excellent. I definitely recommended using GGR!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with GGR & Exteriors. I had Dan come look at my roof before filing a claim to get his opinion about whether it needed replacing. He confirmed that it did and showed me exactly what he saw. Dan also came here when the adjuster checked out the roof to make sure they were on the same page. My claim was then quickly approved and Dan reviewed the insurance company's estimate with me to explain exactly what would be done. The materials were ordered and arrived within a few weeks and Dan scheduled a crew the very next week as soon as the weather was favorable. The crew was able to strip the old shingles off the house and a storage shed and install the new roofs in 2 days. It's been a few weeks now since they completed the job and so far I have only found 1 nail on the ground, they were that clean.
Dan was also able to get me the highest rated shingles which will save me on my insurance premiums going forward. They did everything they said they would and helped make this process very easy.

I love my windows, soffit and gutters! The Good Guys were great - they worked hard to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend them in an instant!

Five stars is not enough for how pleased I am with GGR & Exteriors! They worked with me every step of the way from answering every question I had to the moment of showing up for the job on time as promised. With a busy life being so chaotic it was very reassuring that they took care of everything for me from beginning to end. The work crews were very courteous and pleasant as well as the quality of workmanship. I'm very pleased and would give GGR a positive recommendation to anyone.

Communication was great. They made the process as hassle free as possible. The laborers were extremely professional in their work and left the job site in better condition than when they arrived.

Dan was super responsive when we needed to replace our roof before we could move. He was able to start work immediately and materials were delivered the next Monday. Crew was very efficient and left no trash in the yard. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a chimney crumbling. They removed it and roofed over the opening. They also fixed some loose siding for me. Hard to find someone for little jobs. Great guys to work with.

Good Guys Roofing sided my house with vinyl siding last week.
From our first meeting with Dan to the last everything was very professional. We knew everything that was to be done. The crew that did the work was all business and we couldn’t have asked for more experienced workers. Very impressive company! I called and they came the next day to fix my siding problem from wind damage. They checked my roof and made some repairs. They wete very friendly, professional and explained everything. They went above and beyind for me and I would highly recommend this company.

Good Guys came through when my insurance company advised me after the close of my home that I would need to replace the roof at my cost. They guided me through the entire process and assisted me in understanding class 3 impact resistant shingles. This allows me to save a percentage on my home owners insurance! Due to high and damaging winds, my roof edging was coming off. I contacted Good Guys and with in a couple of days they came out and took care of it at a very reasonable price. I will definitely do business with them again!

I called Good Guys for a small repair due to a inspection finding on a home sale. They came out SAME DAY and got me fixed up and provided before and after pictures. Kudos to Dan and Chris they really are super Good Guys. I will for sure use them again if/when I need a roof or roof repair.

Dan and Zach have been so helpful, GGR worked with me for gutter replacement and also roof/tile caulking. What impressed me the most is Dan From GGR looked over my roof after a hail storm and reported back that all was fine with my roof. I got an HONEST assessment of my roof after a storm and this is why I will only use GGR after the next big storm rolls through.
