Absolutely abysmal customer service and zero communication with the customer whatsoever. Not even sure how this company is still operating if they’re treating customers the way they treated me. I would be embarrassed to work for this place. Over two and a half years and a job halfway done. Ridiculous.

Edit: I had to drive an hour and a half to get answers after multiple phone calls not being answered. Not one phone call was made to me about any “payment plan”. It is funny that you think you can just say anything that you want and blame us when there was no communication whatsoever and no proof of any phone calls or “ghosting” when you were, and still are, not even trying to work with us. Someone was out to look at the house in June and since then I have not received a single phone call or text to update me on anything that was going on, which is obviously nothing because nothing is being done. I sure do hope you can be more honest with your other customers and not make it look like this was all my fault on a bad review just because your communication was horrible and you did nothing for me.

Also. You were paid after you finally emailed us that we owed more, after it was promised that insurance would be involved if you needed more money an entire year after the work was done on the roof. It has been fully paid for 6 months now. This is not the first time we have contacted you. Trying to lie about this situation is a bad look and I have receipts to prove it and you do not.

Seth came by after a huge hail storm and did an amazing job getting us all set up. He was polite, honest, and straight forward. His communication was timely and clear. Absolutely loved working with him!

Ray and Seth were amazing to work with. They came to inspect my roof for hail damage. They did a thorough job. There was minor issues on the front porch but nothing worth filing a claim over. They could have said that there was more damage but they were honest and sealed up two minor spots just to be safe. I definetly will go with them again on any other roof related issues.

Very quick to respond to my inquiry, barely any wait time for them to come to my home, and accommodating of my schedule during a busy time for them. They were extremely kind, helpful, thorough, and knowledgeable. A total pleasure to work with! All of my questions and concerns were addressed. I was 110% satisfied when everything was complete! It is easily seen this company prides itself on honesty, integrity, quality, and putting their customer's best interest first and foremost. Ray and Seth are a pure reflection of that! They had an open line of communication with me throughout the whole process. The job was done in a timely manner and the cleanup was thorough. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience and the job they did.

The crew that did my roof drove over 2 hours to get to my place. They arrived before 7am and got started. I was already at work, so I don't know exactly the time. I'm sure they had to stop several times during the day due to rain. I got off work around 530, and they were still working on the house. Around 930 p.m., they finished. The estimated cost was to be under $9,000, but the final invoice is close to $12,000.

Cannot say enough about these people! Andy and Ray were awesome to work with - super professional, honest and accommodating. Could have sold us more than we needed - most other people tried to! They were knowledgeable and got the work done in a timely manner and explained what was happening every step of the process. Our attic is in much better shape thanks to them, and I can't recommend them enough!

We had Tyler with A&A Roofing come out to give us a quote for siding, gutters, fascia and soffit and never heard back. We called and emailed and were told by the receptionist that he would be getting back with us right away with our quote but never did. Nobody from the company contacted us with any update or quote.

This is a clear sign of how they run their business. If they can't follow through with communication then they're not reliable and more than. likely would be the same or worse had they secured the job.

I would not recommend this business to anyone due to these reasons.

This company is THE BEST company I have worked with in the construction industry. I have managed new construction projects and personally remodeled my entire home. The level of work done was superior and was treated with respect and kindness. I appreciate not being "sold" on things that I do not need to improve the value or esthetics of my home. Damages were repaired well and in a very efficient, timely manner. A competitor was going to charge me ten times the amount. I would recommend this company to all family and friends.

Selling my home so I called for an estimate but couldn't use services due to being out of range. Raymond took the time to not only ask me how I'm doing and how my day was but to also look up in Google to help me find a couple places near me that could help. Told him I'm selling home to move closer to taking care of my sick mother and he even said he'd be praying for us. Luckily I'm moving closer to their area. They did such an amazing job helping me when I wasn't a customer so I can't wait to see how well they do when I use their services. Great job and hats off to Raymond. Seth came out, I showed him where we we having some problems with ice dam build up during the winter. While he was here he noticed a few touch up things he could do to the roof, and as he was working on it he explained why he was doing what he was doing. After he had finished he made me feel confident in what he had done and said he would be glad to come back out if we needed more work done.

After a violent hailstorm in July, 2014, A&A Roofing & Exteriors provided repair/replacement services to the roof of my home. The entire experience was one of exceptional customer service and professional conduct.

A&A kept me in the loop every step of the way providing a detailed estimate which included a description of each service to be performed. That degree of care and concern gave me a level of personal comfort that is rare when one is involved with repairs to a roof or anything that is related to the investment a home represents.

Scheduled an appointment to get a quote on a roof leak. Eric came out looked over the roof figured out it was not the roof causing the problem gave me a few other ideas to look into. Also repaired a couple minor issues on the roof as he inspected it. Very professional and very good to work with I would recommend them.

We have a leak in the roof and I called them for a quote. They came out the next day and gave me a quote. And even though we are not able to commit to having them put on a new roof yet they put a temporary patch up for no charge to hold it until we can afford to replace the roof. Thank you for saving us from more water damage!

My neighbors all had stories with the issues they had encountered during the process. I had nothing but positive to say about A&A roofing. I've heard several bad stories about roofing companies, but from my experience A&A is very trustworthy. Eric really went to battle when the insurance company tried to push back, and he kept me in the loop during the whole process.

Eric came to my home to check a leak in the roof over the garage. He found a small, bent piece of trim flashing and several nails that were not sealed. He replaced the flashing and sealed the nails. He wouldn't take any payment, he said he had that piece of flashing left over from another job. He earned my trust and business. I recommend A&A Roofing!

I want to take a moment to share my recent adventure in replacing the roof on our house and garage. Now, the idea of replacing these was daunting, not to mention the days of preceding panic thinking “how are we going to get all this done and get it all paid for!?” We were down to the wire and our insurance was not going to renew our policy until these were taken care of.

​That was when I got ahold of A&A Roofing. Dan Gaskin was our go to guy; he was out to start the process within a week! Fast forward a couple of weeks and the insurance adjuster was scheduled for a visit. Dan was there all day with us and the adjuster; that’s right, I said all day! It was a little touch and go claiming storm damage, but with Dan’s help pointing out all the dings, HE GOT IT DONE! Our insurance company was great through this whole thing as well, but I attribute that to Dan’s attitude and easy going demeanor with the adjuster that got this accomplished.

​Now on to the work! We were so fortunate they had a cancellation the next week. The roofing crew was out bright and early Monday morning. They had the roof on in ONE day, and gutters the next! And when our insurance company indicated we must also have the tree trimmed back, Dan was on it with one text.

​I LOVE the red shingles, and I am so glad that Dan brought by some bigger samples for us to look at. He went above and beyond for us, and I can’t say thank you enough!
