Matt and his team are good guys and very respectful, they care about truckers and the price is very reasonable. If you guys are stuck in omaha or Fremont NE find this guys.

I got needed a tow for my truck and they came very quick. Very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Their saving grace is they did decent work. Failings- once my truck was in the shop, we got put down the list because they had so much outside work come in. After I explained how much this was costing to have this truck and driver down, they got onto my truck. But what really burned me, is they put additional charges AFTER the invoice was issued, and card was charged an additional $145. When I called Matt on it, I had told him it is illegal to add charges without notification. He said call my attorney and hung up on me. Believe me, we will NOT be going back here

Correction - they did horrible repairs. Within weeks, I had over $20000, yes $20000 in repairs to fix what they messed up. They apparently are good at cutting corners to get you out fast only to cost you more later.

Great shop highly recommend!! They got my truck towed in right away and were right on it!! These people really know what they're doing, very professional operation!! Got the truck up and running in no time. Excellent rates very satisfied. Can't say enough good things about this company highly recommend using them!! Thank you again for us at Valley Express Inc.

We want to thank Butch and his crew for helping us in a real bind. We were traveling in our motor home and lost a rear axel seal. A friend suggested BTTR, Butch and his guys were terrific. They had us back on the road in 24 hours. The entire crew treated us like the most important customers to walk through the door. Thanks again, you guys are the best!

Butch and his sons are awesome guys got me right in with an ac issue got me fixed up very reasonable price and good work recommend anyone to there shop they use to drive so they understand and get you in and out thanks guys

Update: 5 months later still the same great service. Even though they are extremely busy because of the weather, they still take the time to take care of each customer, whether in person or on the phone.

Great vibes at this place, I will keep coming here with all my trucking needs, whenever I am in the area.

I highly recommend this place. My AC went out in my truck and I needed to get it fixed because I was going to California.

I called a few other places they did not want to take me in because it was close to 5, but these guys said to come on over so they can check it out. They were already busy but they still took the time to take care of me.

Matt and Corey gave excellent customer service. They diagnosed that my AC compressor was bad. I am so grateful that they were able to fix my truck promptly and the price was fantastic.

I told my boss if any other drivers are in the area to definitely come to this place.

You won’t find a better place for a truck and trailer shop than Bassett BTTR repair shop in Fremont Nebraska. Outstanding people , great mechanics , friendly , very knowledgeable and they treat ya with respect . They make you comfortable and listen to ya . No added charges , plus they are very very fair ! Had a ujoint going bad called and asked if they had one and time to put it in ,he said yes once I got there they brought me in immediately and was done and leaving in 45 min, great service highly recommend

Had an airline leak on my trailer & went in and they took care of the issue immediately. Were honest & reasonably priced. Didn't charge an arm & leg as many shops try to do nowadays. Good people there.

Today I stopped in for a simple mud flap replacement and they literally had me in and out in less than 10 minutes!!!!!
Again I'm very happy with them
