They were very helpful in navigating the insurance claim process as well. The quality of work was top notch, and they made sure we were satisfied with the final product. I highly recommend GFM Construction. The team recently remodeled my master bath, hall bath, and laundry room. The quality of work, especially the tile work and custom shower, is fantastic. The crew was timely, kept the work area clean, and did a good job communicating with me on any challenges that came up (like in all construction projects!). I’m already planning my next project with GFM. As someone who has done a lot of home improvement over the years, I can say with confidence that this is a company can be trusted to get the job done and done very well.

We needed a lot of repairs to our basement after a sewage back up. We were referred to GFM by our water mitigation company. Alex worked tirelessly with our insurance company to get everything approved, and his team did excellent work to restore our home to a beautiful condition. From drywall to flooring, a shower install and more, they did quality work. They also worked with us to repair things not covered by insurance. I would highly recommend! I will definitely reach out to them again for future needs!

Working with Alex and staff of GFM Construction LLC was indeed a good experience. They even dealt directly with our insurance company for cost estimates as this was a property damage claim job. They and company were responsible for phase 2 for the finished room at the end of our garage that had received significant water damage in an exterior wall and part of the ceiling from a leaking patio roof in late summer 2024. After the phase 1 was completed by the water mitigation company, Eco Water Restoration LLC, GFM Construction replaced insulation, drywall, drywall finish, and final painting. The room looks like it did before all the water damage. And they cooperated with us to use Low VOC paint as well. I have already recommended GFM Construction to a friend of mine in Seattle. I wish them well.

Alex and his team were phenomenal! Very professional and kind. GFM Construction came highly recommended after I had a leak in my stairwell – they took care of drywall and paint while navigating a set of floating stairs. They were highly responsive, efficient, and my ceiling / walls look like nothing ever happened in the first place. I even had a new light fixture arrive much later than expected and Alex worked with me to get someone out to quickly get it installed. Would certainly recommend GFM!

Alex and his crew worked on post leak repairs and upgrades to our home. He has a friendly, professional and full service crew that takes care of moving things, repairing, upgrading, etc.

Unlike other contractors who work with insurance companies, he did not put any pressure on us to sign up with him by asking us for money to provide a quote or sign some papers to represent us to the insurance company. He generously spent time with us to provide us with quotes, advice and support through the tough process of recovering from a leak. He also communicated with the Insurance company in a very professional manner.

His team did great work to project manage and complete the work on time. One area (sort of) that they could be better is the delicate and detailed finishing on paint jobs. Take this with a grain of salt, not being an expert in costing of such projects, you might find GFM to be a little expensive. So do your own due diligence there.

I would gladly work with him again if I ever have the need to do so.

Alex and his crew were proficient & a good group of folks in general. We had a leak under our kitchen sink that turned into a complete remodel. Everything that needed to be fixed was done in a timely manner and done professionally especially when dealing with our insurance. They even went above and beyond and did extra repairs for us, including some sheet rock that had been previously damaged. You can feel comfortable in your decision to utilize their services.

Great local company, with honorable staff that do work with integrity. They do house additions, remodeling, interior and exterior. Very responsive. Thankful to know them and highly recommend them to others.

My two bathrooms were heavily damaged due to a leaky pipe in the walls between them. I was introduced to Alex at GFM by my water mitigator who gave GFM very high marks in skill, timeliness, and customer relationships, and he was absolutely right! Alex and his crew (Alex and Sergei) took excellent care of my home, did lovely work, and were unfailingly responsive and kind to me, I actually enjoyed having them around! They hurried for me so I could return to normal life, and I'm very grateful. I am happy to recommend them without reservation!

Alex and his crew are without a doubt the most professional, contractor's I have ever worked with. Our kitchen had water damage and they not only did a brilliant job addressing all the damage, the flooring, tile, and appliances were much better than anything we could have found.on my own.
