STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!! Be very careful with this contractor, simply put he is a thief. We hired him to repair the roof, gutters, replace vinyl siding, steps and brick work on the front of the house as well as install pavers in the front and back yard.
It was a complete disaster, he never finished a single thing, bricks that he installed were not in straight line, looked like he hired day laborers to do the work, siding was not finished and it actually popped out in one part of the building. He kept insisting on us making payments even though as per our contract we were on schedule, and after we made another payment, he simply stopped answering our calls and abandoned the job.
I think all these reviews that he has are fake and given by his friends and relatives!

The entire process from Design to Completion was excellent. I have used Germizi company in the past and would absolutely use them again in the future. The quality of the work is excellent and there is great attention to all details of the project . The workers are courteous and take great pride in their work. The owner of the company gives a complete detailed schedule of the project from start to finish.Germizi Construction Did it!!! EVEN BETTER!!! Great service from germizi construction and his team. They completed a full roof replacement for me on a large 2 story home. The price was fair and the crew worked steadily to finish in a reasonable timeframe. I am very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them for any similar repair project.thank you !

We needed some stucco wall repair work done all around our building. We had other contractors repair the damaged stucco wall but within the month the problem (the cracks) kept coming back. So we tried Germizi Construction and I have extremely happy with the service and the job they have done. I will definitely refer them to my friends

My neighbour recommended me Germizi construction pro roofing and chimney company and i call them, so They came really fast at my home and replaced my entire roof, they did a perfect job. They were very polite and good people. Robert offered me the best price of any other company. I will use this company again and recommend to everyone. Thank you so much!
