We experienced damage to our roof and gutter from a storm in the fall of 2017. We contacted several contractors for a quote, and Phillip with Georgia Roof Inspections was the best by far. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and had very fair pricing. He did a great job! We brought him back for a new issue (roof leak near our skylight) a couple weeks ago, and he got the job done and saved us money in the process. We will use him exclusively for all of our roofing needs. A+ rating!

Phillip is one of the most professional and nicest person I ever met on a job site. I met Phillip after my roof was poorly done by GA Roofing, so I had to seek for a perfectionist to get the job done right once and for all and his company is the right one for the job. He never cut corners like the other company and my roof was completed the way it should of been the first time and I'm completely satisfy because they never cut corners form start to finish. Our Churches roof was reviewed by Phill Knox. Mr knox is the ultimate professional and extremely knowledgeable about roof installation. His Company agreed to work with our church and they were very helpful in walking us through some of the items on the Church's roof we were overlooking that could of created roofing issues in the future. We would certainly recommend Georgia Roof Inspectors.

Due to some issues with our insurance, we are having to pay for our roof out of pocket. I called several companies and got several estimates and met with many reps. By far, Phil Knox was the most professional, responsive, and timely of all the people I spoke with. It speaks volumes to have one person do what they say, when they say they'll do it, versus the other guys that I had to hunt down several times to follow up with. Not to mention, the price we got from GA Roof Inspections was very fair and affordable. I am certainly glad we chose to go with these guys. They showed up when they said they would show up, hammered away all day and got the entire roof done by sundown. They cleaned up after themselves, hauled all the junk away, and left our yard the way they found it. The roof was done beautifully and Phil even sent a guy back the next day to add a few "extra touches" that weren't necessary, but that he thought would improve the look even more. We are extremely satisfied with the in-depth knowledge they have of all-things roof, the level of service, and the professional, punctual way they handled everything. Highly recommended.

Great experience overall. GA Roof Inspections provided services of a new roof to my home. They met all scheduled appointments and start times. The Initial consultation was with Scott and Damon. They were friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable of their products and svcs. They were onsite when insurance adjusters conducted inspection and provided feedback that aided in the approval of roof replacement. Roofers were on time. Clean up was done relatively fast. And most importantly it resulted in a beautiful, quality roof. Neighbors compliment our new roof all the time. Thanks GA Roof Inspections! :)

I needed some repairs in a hurry for a sales contract and Georgia roof inspections was able to get me on the calendar and complete the work and provide a certificate. Great job and Phillip Knox is very personable and pleasant to work with.

I am writing another review. I have to commend Phil Knox for standing by the work that was done. I had let several messages for the inspector that was covering this area, and when Phil received word that the inspector had not come out to correct the situation, he was on it immediately. The work was corrected the same day to my satisfaction and I have not had anymore trouble with this. Thanks Phil for assuring you have a satisfied customer and attending to this matter so promptly and with the professionalism.

Georgia Roof Inspections did a commercial roofing job for me and it was a disaster. They may be a good residential roofer but they have no idea what they are doing when it comes to flat, commercial roofs. This job that was supposedly finished more than a month ago is still leaking after they have been back 3 times to repair (or at least said they come out 3 times). On more than one occasion I was told someone would be out to address the issues and no one ever showed up. I have had to hire another roofing company to redo their work costing me an additional 50% of their original contract. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR COMMERCIAL ROOFING WORK!!!

My insurance company had denied my claim, even though I clearly had damage to my roof. Georgia Roof Inspections assisted me in getting the insurance company to replace my roof by coming out and meeting with the insurance adjuster. It was such a blessing. This company was a delight to work with from start to finish. I recommend them, especially if you think you may storm damage and are dealing with your insurance company.
