George O. Parsons came through for me in an emergency situation! They answered the phone , kept in contact and were able to send someone the same day to complete a job before a closing! I had never used then before but definitely will in the future!

George and his team made this roof job an easy process. I needed more than your average roofing company with a highly cut up roof. George and company made it look easy. Clean work never looked better

I had a great experience with them! They came and gave me a fair quote- much better than other companies. The work was quick, clean and efficient. All the workers were respectful and my roof looks awesome! They kept in touch with me throughout the day to let me know the process while I was at work. Definitely will be using them for my siding job this year!

Contacted the company to schedule a consult and they came out that same afternoon! I was provided a quote that evening and after agreeing on a fair price the work was scheduled luckily for the next day. It wasn’t a big job but very important and required documentation to be provided to the homeowners insurance company. The crew was on time, quick and clean! The documents I needed were provided in a timely manner as well. Highly recommend!!

I recently purchased a new home and was informed during the inspection process that several components of my roof would need to be repaired or replaced. After several estimates from local roofing companies stating the entire roof would need to be replaced, George Parsons roofing informed me that my roof had many years left on it and simply needed some cleaning and sealing! Needless to say I was very happy to hear that the cost of the job was a fraction of the cost of a new roof! They were punctual, hardworking and left my house and yard spotless at the end of the day. I highly recommend them!

We had numerous quotes for our roof, every company wanted to replace our entire roof. George was the only person to come with a ladder and a tape measure. Every other company gave us a quote off of google earth. When he got on our roof he noticed most of our roof was new and only sections above the soffits and our flat roof needed replacement. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up after the job was completed. We would 100% recommend this honest company.

We have used this company for a leaky roof- and from the customer service to the work- no issues making an appointment and getting the job done right- very reliable!

My husband noticed some loose shingles and called George Parsons Roofing for an estimate. My parents had used them before and were satisfied with their work. We thought the estimate was a bit high, but we needed the work done (before it caused any problems) so we agreed to the price.

They came the following day and began the work and then told me they can’t reattach the loose shingles, they had to be replaced. (I think he said it required two bundles of shingles). OF COURSE that meant it would be additional money - which was MORE than TWICE the price of the estimate. (I guess because of that (as a goodwill gesture) they DID reseal the top of our chimney with tar for free).

So overall… I was happy they arrived quickly to do the work, were friendly, seemed to do a good job, and cleaned up any debris caused by the shingle replacement. However, because of the HUGE difference in the estimate versus what they originally quoted - it’s doubtful I would recommend them to anyone (certainly not without warning them what happened). I understand times are hard, money is tight (FOR ALL of US) - this just didn’t sit right with me. I gave them a VERY generous three stars.
