I recently had work done on our front yard. Jay was so helpful in getting the brick selected and transforming our front walkway to have so much curb appeal. They were even able to finish the job in a short timeframe. I would recommend them for any remodeling project. Truly stand up guys.

I rarely write reviews but I would like to take this opportunity to thank Professional Home Remolding Inc. for the beautiful job they did this summer as they constructed a laundry room in my home. I watched as they took an old “catch all”area and changed it into spacious contemporary place to wash clothes. They did the siding on my house and left my house absolutely brand new and beyond beautiful. The owner himself came to my home to evaluate it and give me the a great price. because of him all my neighbors are so jealous of my house and want to change their siding. Not really a pleasurable experience. They did a fence for me and got the estimate over the phone. (Red flag)Lied about privacy percentage. (Red flag)Said it would be done with next week (red flag.)Was supposed to be done Friday. Got a text Friday morning saying that won’t be done today sorry will do tomorrow (red flag).
Opening left under my fence. Not closed up not spoken too about an actual attempt to see if it can look better than how it was left. Left bits and pieces all over my yard. I have a dog which is dangerous for my dog. Nothing special about the job they did. Looks mediocre to b honest.

Jay and Anthony changed my life. I had been living with a kitchen from the 1940s for 10 years! Also there was mold. Honestly, I was scared. Enter Jay and Anthony from Professional Home. They were able to demo and completely rehab and renovate my 84 year old kitchen and bathroom in about 3 weeks. Buh-bye mold!

Take professional home to replace a new roof was my worst night they did more damages and causes me more stress Frank and Neil who no longer works there knew my concerns and saw the damages inside my house after they did my door on a rainy day they painter fix inside but my attic is full of debris my awing damage where they place material and ladder to get on my roof my yard is black with dirt I call the office Mike told me he will send someone to check the awing the guy came and saw it . I call the office 3 numbers and left several messages and they refuse to return my call I email pictures to Madge and Mike in the office Freddy came and saw my awing when it rain the water fine down to my basement this is lot acceptable my neighbor have problem

We had a great experience with this company. From the start we met with Jay, he was professional and gave us all the information to ease our minds about the process, the price, the time it would take. While he was here , we mentioned an issue with the door, he sent someone the next day to take care of it even though it was not what we had originally asked him to quote. The job took one day, every one was friendly and professional. The clean up after was great. Highly recommend.

Total disaster ! Tile job horrible not grouted fully tiles popping out of bathroom wall. Place toilet and silicone right over dirt that was on floor. So now silicone has pieces of cement and grout in it. We are still cleaning tiles and floor of dried cement and grout! I ve had work done in my house before. Never in my life have I been so upset about a job done. I’m more upset with my self because I know better! I m writing this not to bad mouth this company but to warn potential clients. I should have thrown that man out of my house. Do not use Professional Home Remodeling /

But after Greg analyzed the bathroom situation, we realized that a temporary solution would cost us more in the end. So we decided on a complete remodel of our main bathroom. And Greg, Anthony, and the entire team were great to work with, kept us informed all the way, and completed the work for a fair price. I had to do some much needed work on my home. After years of looking for contractors, I found the perfect match with Professional Home Remodeling!!! Their name says it all "Professional...!! If you are looking for affordable, professional, amazing home improvement services, this is the company for you. Service was beyond my expectations. The attention to detail was amazing. I absolutely love my home!!!

Sales guy told me this is his company, it is family owned and operated, and most of the roofers are relatives. They will work on my roof like it was theirs. They have 40 yra of experience and he will make sure to be there in the morning before the work starts and will come back in the evening after the job is done to inspect it and make sure it it up to standard.
Turned out it was all lies and a sale pitch to get the job.
On the morning of the job, a different company showed up to do the roof. They told me professional home remodeling gave them the job. The sale guy never showed up before the work started nor did he showed up after the job was done. When I called him, he never answered his phone or text, until after a few days when I had to sign documents for payments.
After talking to a few of the roofers, their experience ranges from 6 months to about 2 yrs. Claiming 40 experience in roofing is misleading if the guy actually doing the work had a a few months or year experience.
When was time to install the gutters, again it was two kids from another company who didn't speak English and was asking me what they had to do.

I'm not saying the company is bad, but my experience with the sale guy was not very professional...seems like he was more interested in getting the job, and when he did...he don't care about customer relationship anymore..

We met with Professional to get our siding redone. A few days later they were here and got it done in 1 day. The color looks so nice and clean. It was a flawless installation. We will be calling them to do more work.

I needed to remodel an outdated bathroom. With so many searches and ridiculous prices I happen to stumble upon Professional Home Remodeling. I met up with Greg and Anthony who were both friendly and easy to talk to on what I needed to be done. To my agreement, I was met with each team member bright and early every working morning. There was a Demolition Crew, a Plumber, an Electrician, Tilers, Painters, etc. Each Team Member had a job to do and they all did an EXCELLENT JOB! They were able to turn a very old bathroom that had an iron tub into a big beautiful walk in shower! I can't stop looking at my new bathroom, it's unbelievable! Needed the entire roof redone due to years of patch work. Took a chance with PHR and im glad i did. From the flexibility in pricing to the prompt workers, i am more than satisfied. Needless to say, after a few HEAVY downpours, everything is still in tact! They worked fast too. The main man Greg was honest with the work being done and the on site Foreman Corey was helpful as well. Whenever there was a matter of concern, he addressed it right waya and reassured any other concerns that came up. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone tht needs wrok done fast and at a decent price. I also look forward to working with Greg in the future.

Top Notch service. I ordered a new fence windows. Fence was installed and i am greatly pleased. Windows took some time as they have to be ordered but once installed, transformed the entire look of the home. I recommend this business and will use them again.

Honestly I think I took best decision hiring Home Professional Remodeling. Jay was very nice & kind. He was Professional , attentive and took good care to fulfill my Demands. Gregg Fariello was our contact person when my husband and I reached out to Professional Home Remodeling. Gregg was very professional and took his time to listen and go over everything that we needed done. Gregg made sure we were happy with the completion of the work. PHR did a great job on masonry work. They told me it would be completed in 7-8 days. It was completed in 3 days. Workers cleaned up their work and did a great job installing my steps and concrete my driveway and backyard. Little expensive but great job!!

I would like to first start off by saying that I am an avid do it yourselfer. Over the years, in my home I have replaced the plaster walls to install insulation, sheet rock work, wiring for home theatre, ETC. My last project was the Kitchen redo, in which I did the teardown and prep work and had installers for the cabinets and quartz countertops. Floors, backsplash, vent exhaust and under cabinet lighting were all completed by me.

While the savings was significant, the time for each project was extremely protracted. Each project took months to complete. When it came time for the bathroom, my wife put her foot down. She made it extremely clear she wanted the job done quickly. If you are married, then you can guess the rest.

I met with Jay, who is the owner and we immediately hit it off. He did not tell me what I wanted to hear, but rather he focused on the what was feasible for the space in the bathroom. I did meet with other contractors after my meeting with Jay, but finally decided that Jay’s company was the best for the job and the timeline to completion.

While Jay should get the credit he deserves, the real stars are Randy and his crew. They advised the job would be done in 3 weeks. This was a full demo, re-piping, radiator replacement/relocation, full tile, new electrical, in addition to the new fixtures. I can tell you that not one corner was cut during the renovation and that is the best compliment I can provide. The job was completed on time. As a matter of fact, they may have been a day early if not for the tub not being available when needed.

The bathroom looks amazing! The wife is super impressed.

You can count on Jay, Randy and his excellent team to do get the job done right, and on time. I cannot emphasize enough that it is better to have it done right the first time and with Jay, Randy and his team, this is exactly what you will get.

My Husband and I had the retaining wall in front of our house redone, it was falling apart. We met with Greg from our first conversation through the whole process he was so amazing and a great help. He made sure all our questions were answered and that we got everything that we wished for as well as making sure it was within our budget.
We signed our contract and he had Manny and his team here the next day. The team was great they were very professional and talented in their field. They worked hard and finished the job in 2 1/2 days.

My small bathroom was old, not-up-to-code, the shower faucets were frozen due to lack of use and some of the tiles had fallen off. The shower area was too dark: it had a ceiling which dropped about 11” below the standard ceiling and the dusty pink tiles did not reflect much light. Also, I wasn’t sure if it was waterproof.
Professional Home Remodeling did a complete renovation of the bathroom. The men doing the work came when expected – they took precautions to protect their pathway to the work area and limit exposure to dust; they finished the job in less than 2 weeks and cleaned the area when done. They replaced the old walls and floors, updated the plumbing and electrical, added an exhaust fan, replaced the toilet, sink, medicine cabinet, fixtures and tiles. In the shower area, they changed the ceiling to the standard height. I declined their offer to add a light in the shower; instead, I selected mostly white tiles that better reflect the ambient light. Now the shower is functional, the shower area has plenty of light, the exhaust fan helps dry out the area when needed, the electrical is up-to-code and the bathroom is beautiful!

We recently used Professional Home Remodeling to redo a bathroom, fully paint the interior of a new house, and help us with a number of other small projects before moving in. From our first meeting with Gregg, he was extremely transparent and professional. Throughout the project he was honest with us and there were even times we asked his opinion on something and he let us know it would just be needless spending which we greatly appreciated. Any time there were issues (which are bound to happen with any project), Gregg was responsive and addressed them right away.

Anthony and the rest of the crew not only did exceptional work, but did so with a smile. They helped us come up with creative solutions and were always willing to go the extra mile. Even when we were doing some odd jobs ourselves, if the guys were around they would ask if we needed help.

After a devastating sewer backup and flood destroyed our finished basement my wife and I had the unenviable task of finding a good, honest and reputable contractor to get our house back in order. Craig and his team did an excellent job of remodeling our basement from scratch. From the beginning we told them exactly what we wanted and that's what we got. They were also accommodating to changes throughout the process as opinions change and new ideas come up as you see the development. Very happy with the finished product and would call them again for another remodeling project.

Professional Home Remodeling remodeled our master bathroom. Our initial consultation with the owner Gregg was through and informative. Throughout the process the work was led by on site manager Anthony and everyone on the team during the process; communicated everything step by step and provided updates almost daily.
There was regular walk throughs and check ins until the remodel came to a close. I would definitely work with them again on another home project!

Highly recommending this company. Had sidings, 29 windows replaced, pavers, concrete work, leaders, gutters and doors done. Everything completed timely. No gimmicks. Jay, Magda and all the sub-contractors were accommodating, friendly and professional. Works were done professionally and they picked up all refused after finishing. Professional Home Remodeling stand by their name. From the beginning you'll witness their continuous expertise. They catered to their client's best interest. Any complaints or dissatisfaction are addressed immediately by the Property Manager that visits your home every day. The Property Manager assigned to my home had a keen eye. He would see a better adjust and check with the Crew (workers) for their opinion before any changing anything. Their teamwork was phenomenal. Strangers in your home everyday for six weeks can be unsettling; but the Crew (workers) was respectful, pleasant, trustworthy and they worked their craft with such diligence and pride. The Crew did a fantastic job. I saw no walls or fall and how the Crew wiped bare walls clean before they proceed with installation and dry walls. This won me over because the hidden disaster of my home structure is properly rebuilded. The icing on the cake is praises to the Sale Manager who took me to the show room to pick out my kitchen and bathroom. I enjoyed every bit of the process because I was involved in the pickings from largest to the smallest knob. Now, as I enter my Kitchen or Bathroom, my face hurts because I'm smiling from ear to ear. PVC White Fencing : Professional Home Remodeling installed a PVC white fence in my backyard. This is probably my 6th time using this company and as with the other five jobs done well. I would recommend them especially for your first home project.

I’ve used PHR twice; recently May 2023. I will continue being a customer as long as the service continues to be outstanding. Service started the date promised, the time, the men took cane of my property, and the clean up was the way they found it after a roofing job. Both of my experiences I’ve been left satisfied and know when I need another job done Jay will be called. It is a pleasure writing this review especially when I’m left so satisfied. Another satisfied job completed.

Multiple Updates – Ongoing Issues Since 2020

3rd Update (July 2025):
I’m still waiting for them to come fix the bathroom ceiling, the bathroom vent, and now—once again—the toilet, which continues to wobble. This will be the second time they’ve needed to fix it. I have to stay on them like I would a teenager about chores—if I don’t follow up, I don’t hear from them. With my travel schedule, it’s incredibly frustrating. I’ve attached a photo of the ceiling taken today, and it speaks for itself. It’s been years.

2nd Update:
After months of calling and messaging, someone finally came to look at the ongoing issues: a leaking bathroom ceiling, a faulty toilet installation, crumbling caulking, and more. They sent a crew out, but said they couldn’t fully fix anything until they repaired the roof again—for the third time. After that, I still had to follow up because the ceiling kept leaking.

The exhaust fan also stopped working within the first year of installation. The leak began during year two. It’s now year three, and I’m still chasing them. Every time I call, I’m told someone will follow up—but no one ever does.

Initial Update (about 2+ years after project):
We got a new roof and bathroom in 2020. By the following year, we had problems. The toilet began leaking from underneath. Water comes up randomly through the base onto our new floors. I called them—multiple times—and they never came.

The bathroom vent stopped working after a year and a half. Then a new leak appeared—on the opposite side of the ceiling, where we’d never had issues before in over 30 years of living here. A tech came out and said it was just “wind damage” and reassured me it wouldn’t happen again. Less than 6 weeks later, the ceiling started puckering again.

I’m an actress, I travel constantly, and I trusted this company with a major home renovation that I’m still paying off. I did not expect to deal with more issues than we had before the upgrade.

Original Review (Feb 2020):
Woweee! Around Christmas, a piece of our ceiling literally fell into the living room. My brother found Jay from Professional Home Remodeling, and we hired him for a roof replacement—and ended up redoing our entire bathroom, too. The team was professional, friendly, and thorough. They also replaced fans, refurbished the front door, and fixed another roof section.

At the time, we were thrilled and planned to use them again. Unfortunately, the work hasn’t held up, and we’ve had a frustrating experience with follow-up and repairs.
