We had our solar done a while ago and Geo Roofing was the contractor for the roofing part. I should have gone up and inspected the roof myself just thinking between the solar contractor and a roofer it'd have turned out better than this. I called another company yesterday to do an inspection on the roof and these are the pictures he brought back with him. The concrete used separated from the roofing tiles and now I have an ominous chunk directly above my front door entry way, cracked tiles, unused tiles sitting in my garage but they left asphalt shingles between the solar panels, cracked tiles in the same area as the panels, leftover debris just sitting on my roof, zero idea why different colored and textured tiles were installed instead of using what was already up there, chunks of concrete left up on the roof for who knows what reason? I'm glad I demanded that all my old tiles remain on my property instead of being removed off premises because now we need to now only have their work redone, but also finish the rest of the roof... I'm thankful we didn't let them do the whole roof though because we'd never have known about the mess left up there.

Mike Petersen was very helpful in making recommendations, adjusting scope of work, and providing quotes. It’s good to know that during the monsoon season, we are living under a newly replaced roof with a 20yr warranty.

My family had our home and patio roof redone and four skylights put in back in 2013 with Geo Roofing. They had very competitive pricing and the roof has been great and looks attractive. I had questions about a faulty skylight shade motor several years ago and Geo Roofing helped me get with the manufacturer of the skylight for warranty replacement. More recently, I had a small roof leak due to the installation of a new air conditioner where the roof was not patched and sealed properly for the new unit's installation (new unit had different fit so had to move where new unit sat on the roof). Even though this was the HVAC company's fault, Mike with Geo Roofing came out and inspected the issue for me. This was years after Geo Roofing's roof install. He took pictures for me and gave me advice on what needed fixed so I could be sure the HVAC company did it right. So, for me, Geo Roofing has always supported their products and their work, even years later! The company is easy to work with and Mike Peterson, my contact there, is always quick to help and provide information and answer questions. Great company to do business with!

Customer service is outstanding from personnel across the board. I am certain they set calendar alerts for every stage of the process. It's difficult to find a reliable roofing contractor in Phoenix. I called several to get quotes for a leak repair. Geo Roofing wasn't the cheapest, but they were very competitive, and the estimate was the most comprehensive, and their scheduled service was quicker than any competitor.
The work started on time and when the crew discovered some damaged roof decking which was outside the scope, I called Mike the General Manager concerned about a huge change order. He responded quickly with the additional charges; about a 10% increase ($250) which was a great deal. The work was done professionally, and the crew cleaned up after the work was completed.
I highly recommend Geo Roofing because of the fast (compared to other contractors) response time, cost competitive estimate, and thorough and professional work.

My wife and I decided to get solar placed on our roof last year(freedom forever solar) and they wrapped a roof into the package deal. Well I can tell you right now it was the worst decision of my life. We had bad monsoon rains this year and all the water came pouring down on all sides of my chimney and when I went up to the roof to inspect it I noticed after looking at it real well that the flashing was never replaced and in fact they just painted over it white because The new shingles were white. We contacted the company and a man by the name of Jose replied back saying that he would call us back and let us know when he can have a technician out which he said he could do same day. Well we never heard from him after that and even sent him videos of the water leaking around the chimney and showed how the flashing was never replaced on the roof and still we got no response. I will definitely be reporting the solar company and this roof company to the Better Business Bureau. I take pride in everything I do I am a veteran of the US Army and I got this house through a VA loan. I’ve been trying to fix it up and sell it to provide my family a better life and now it seems as if all of that is crashing to an end. Run do not walk away from this company run as fast and as far as you can and let everyone know how disreputable they are.

Decided to get solar (Freedom Solar also terrible company) panels installed on the roof of my home and Geo Roofing was hired to replace the roof. I asked them to make sure all around the edges are cover and fill in so no rain can seep in but look at the picture. They are not going to fix it until it leaks. They also left tear down debris like roofing nails on roof and the yard everywhere. I highly do NOT recommend this company.

Decided to get solar panels installed on the roof of my home and Geo Roofing was hired to do a partial reroofing. Not only did they do a very poor job they failed to complete it and my home received water damage due to rain. It’s been 3 months and the issues still isn’t resolved. I highly do NOT recommend this company.

Mike Petersen was referred to me by my handyman to fix 3 slipped tiles on my roof for the sale of my home. Mike offered to come out at no charge and fix it for me, but he went above and beyond by checking my whole roof and fixing all the potential problems! Can’t thank him enough!!

They did a very good job fixing the issues. I would say please call and set up time to have these guys come out and help you with any roofing needs. Warranty is most import bec it after the work has been done. We have Roof Deck they do the work on. I will be using these guys again...

We had Geo come to fix our roof after a big wind storm and they came out quick, got it fixed and was a reasonable price. Now a year and a half later we needed a tile shifted back cause of a home inspection for the sale of our home and Mike came out and fixed it for us no charge. Great company!

BEWARE OF GEO ROOFING!!! GEO ROOFING IS A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! IN EARLY FEBRUARY MIKE PETERSON (GEO SALESMAN) CAME TO MY HOUSE AND GAVE ME A QUOTE FOR A NEW ROOF ON MY HOUSE. HE SAID THEY WERE RUNNING 2-3 WEEKS OUT. I PAID THEM A DOWN PAYMENT OF 5500 AND THEY GAVE ME AN INSTALL DATE FOR FEBRUARY 26 2019. LETTY (GEO OFFICE MANAGER) CALLED ME ON THE EVENING OF FEBRUARY 25TH (THE DAY BEFORE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO START) AND TOLD ME THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO START UNTIL MARCH 6TH NOW BECAUSE THEY WERE SO BACKED UP. MARCH 6TH CAME AROUND AND NOBODY SHOWED UP AND NOBODY CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. I TRIED TO CALL MIKE PETERSON (GEO SALESMAN) AND HE DIDN'T ANSWER. I LEFT HIM A MESSAGE AND HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. HOURS LATER LETTY (GEO OFFICE MANAGER) CALLS ME AND SAYS ALL HER ROOF WORKERS GOT IN A CAR ACCIDENT AND NOW THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO START UNTIL MARCH 11TH. SO THAT DAY CAME AROUND AND GUESS WHAT...NOBODY SHOWED UP AGAIN AND NO CALL FROM GEO LETTING ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. I TRIED TO CALL LETTY BUT SHE WOULD NOT TAKE MY CALL. THEY HAVE A RECEPTIONIST SCREENING ALL THE CALLS. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY INSISTENT ON GETTING MY NAME AND WHY AM I CALLING. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY 5500 DOWN PAYMENT SO I HAD TO CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND DISPUTE THE CHARGE!!! THIS COMPANY IS SOOOO BAD. I JUST DON'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYBODY ELSE. They were amazing, showed up the same day to look at my roof and the repairs were done ahead of schedule.

A neighbor of mine contacted GEO concerning some roof tiles that had come off her roof during a storm earlier this year. She contacted GEO to have them look at the roof and quote on the job. Mike, from GEO, came out and after replacing the tiles indicated that there would not be a charge and that he would generate a quote to perform a permanent repair due to some damaged underlayment. I was very impressed by Mike’s professionalism, care to detail and thoughtfulness on consider the cost for an 87 year old customer. I relayed the story to another neighbor he immediately wanted to know if I had a spare GEO business card. I will strongly consider GEO if I need a roof repair and when it is time to replace my roof.

Knowledgiable company that does good work. We had them do 3 cool roofs and service 7 others all at the same time.once and they did it in a timely manner. Only one minor incident and the company addressed the problem immediately. They are really on top of things.

The installers did an excellent job! Thanks again for all you've done. 2 and 1/2 hours for all the system to be ready for the inspection.

Referred by another roofer that was too busy. Very painless, scheduled pretty quickly, gave me an estimate, good communication before during and after, did the work, reasonable cost (didn't compare), all is well. I don't love that I had to do the repair, but at least this group made it easy. Would have liked a little better clean-up. I had to throw away a bunch of junk cement and wood pieces they left. That took 5 minutes, so not a huge deal.

Absolutely the best to work with. Nick was our sales and site supervisor and he was at the house daily. Great communication and the job site was clean every day when the crew left. The roof looks spectacular.

I have a large home in the Rio Verde area and after hard rains we discovered that we had a significant leak in the roof tiles on the back side of our home. We contact Geo Roofing and they came our right away and fixed the leak that same day. Not only did they fix this leak but they also carefully inspected the rest of our roof and repaired several other areas that also needed attention.
We found them to be polite, professional. efficient and reasonably priced. We were very pleased with the job that they did and we will be very comfortable referring them to family and friends.

These people take advantage of veterans! They lied! They try to take all your money that an insurance company gives you to fix things after hail damage! They promised to take care of everything and don't do anything but threaten to take out a lean on ur house! Come in to ur house start ripping things apart and use scare tactics on u so they can rip u off!! They charge you for things other roofing companies do for free! Like putting plastic on your house to protect it and they don't even cover your whole roof. 2 days later it blows off your roof and they never come back to fix it but yet want $3,000. And then they tell you a new roof would cost you $15,000 and they charge you $21,000. Don't use this company just a big rip off!!!!!!!!!
