Never used the company and never will, but after many attempts to contact Leo for damages done to a car... Insurance is now involved and Leo ghosted the person in need. Absolutely untrustworthy and not accepting the fact his crew damaged a vehicle even after accepting the fact they did... IN FACT... Damage a vehicle.

If it was not for a very helpful neighbor that witnessed the event and reported it to us we would have never known what happened. After approaching Leo and his team they said, "They tried to reach out, but were busy."

They were doing repairs on apartment buildings in Chehalis, neither Genesis or TJ Guyer assisted in any support done to the vehicle, which came out to over $5,000 in damages due to carbon fiber fenders and hood...

Absolutely disgusted with the treatment, mindset, and overall months of insurance and legal actions needed to repair THEIR damages.

The company person came over looked at my home and said he needed the weekend to email me quotes for interior paining and roofing. He never called, never sent an email. I called and left several messages and even texted him but no reply. I didn't know if I should look for another company or not. I think it's unprofessional to leave customers hanging like that. A simple text saying you are too busy to do the job would have been nice. Luckily I found someone who just completed the painting and will do my roof and exterior painting too so it worked out good for me.

Leo and team did a new roof on a 20+ yr old manufactured home that we bought in the area recently. They did a great job, were punctual, and paid attention to detail. Leo also communicated the job progress to me via instant messaging and I am very happy with the work they did. Their prices were also fair and competitive.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
